Dear Friends,
I'm sure EFT is not unfamiliar to many of you here. As we're all looking for some kind of fix or relief from the stresses and challenges that comes with one's life, I found my self revisiting this protocol again, after watching a Bruce Lipton video recently on the "Power of Consciousness"
The information he explained absolutely took my breath away. After further research, I found he endorsed EFT as an effective means to re-boot our sub-conscious mind, which, as we all know stifles and limits our true potential for pretty much everything, due to 'the programming' right?
This brings me to Robert Smith's FAST EFT (Ferrari version) as opposed to the traditional Gary Craig FT method, though still very good, but can be quite tedious.
If you have ANY deep emotional issues, trauma, fears and the like, I highly recommend you look into this guys information (much of it free on You Tube). The speed at which you'll be able to "SHIFT" these problems is phenomenal and a true gift to all the persevere with it. Robert Smith is a genuine genuis IMO. Enjoy :)

Thank you for this thread Wiremu2011.
Just tried it and it really works. I worked with 2 emotions and they both got released in this way.
It is simple and I like simple :)
I did some searching on the website (http://www.fastereft.com/) of Robert Smith and found a video where a highly sensitive woman explains how she used the FAST EFT to get over her allergies, anxieties, low self esteem, control mechanisms etc. She healed herself with this and is now able to live a normal life. Pretty impressive.

I will use this technique for sure.
thanks again!

Yep i can vouch for EFT, it works and fast.
Rob Smiths version i liked better as the original one was
a bit too long winded for me. After a while you can train
your body to just use one point , and shorten it even more.
That's what i did anyways, but that's just me, i like to take tools
and then make them my own in some way.
The only thing i would add to his work, knowing what i know
now, is a transmuting step. Too many practitioners teach to release
your "stuff" just into the ethers.. and its a big problem.
IMO anyways..

Good point... are you able to share a transmutation protocol that you've found to be effective?

I have been using different variations of EFT for several years. Using it for specific fears or any other unwanted emotion or pattern, current or long-standing, works wonderfully for me. Even tapping for several minutes with no goal in mind other than a general tune-up leaves me literally breathing easier (every time!) and feeling more relaxed. I haven't looked at Faster EFT yet, but I will. Thanks for starting the thread. I am curious about how many folks on Avalon are familiar with EFT and use it. I don't always remember to use it because it's so damned simple and if I'm my old stuff, 'simple' isn't what I reflexively remember to seek out first. Much conflict and discussion on Avalon would be minimized or eliminated if members used this simple technique when viewing posts or threads that activate strong emotions against the writer or their message, but who comes here to minimize discussion?! : )

I am quite familiar with EFT as I use to teach it. Gary Craig's method ( more or less ) because I learned from him.
I am also a practicing hypnotherapist ( actually, I don't 'practice' anymore as I actually figured out how to do it ;-) ) although I don't mix/combine the two ( hypnosis/EFT ) in sessions.
Once you've been doing/using EFT long enough don't actually do the tapping but just imagine/visualize doing it. You might be amazed at the results.
POST EDIT: I watched the video and noted how just the 'visulalization method' was demonstrated of which I mentioned above. It really does work. I believe Gary Craig also suggested that way back when.

Well, my first impression of Robert's method from the video in the OP was that it sure looks simplified and therefore of interest
But then I went to his website, and my scam alert went off, code red, when viewing the 'opportunity' to become a practitioner. When anyone offers a basic course for free, with an incidental $50 administrative and mailing fee for grading your test, I have immediate questions about that presenter's integrity and motives. Robert has put some hours and NLP skills into turning what was originally an essentially free teaching into a huge, complex money cow that only he can offer. I'm not buying it.
TAP TAP TAP.

I've only done the basic tapping from the video above and it's done wonders for me already. I'm not as strung out as I can be and more importantly I want to process as much fear as possible in order to further expand my awareness.
With all due respect to Gary Craig, this faster method cuts the chase for me. It's quick and it works (for me at least)
I think Roberts been generous enough to give enough info for anyone interested. Those that want to pursue it further, then that's cool to if you're willing to pay for it. If not, then that's cool too. I'm grateful regardless :)
