Hi, i would put this in the other forum but I'm not allowed to yet it seems.
lately i have been feeling a overload of energy surging through my body, it's coming from my meditartion technique, i learned it from yoga, however it feels like i'm in a transition period into attaining a paranormal abillity.
I don't think this is something new, i'm just rediscoeving something from the past but it would be nice to talk to some people who can tell me whats happening with my body at the moment, i'm not sure,if anyone here is from London and could discuss this please this would help me a lot. Seems as if there is nobody in London who I can trust to help, little frustrating.
