At first, this article would have you thinking that the reason
why these plastic street lamp covers are melting is because
of global warming. After all, the temp was around 115 degree's
on the day that this happened.

Reading further on i the article, it says that someone from facebook
made a post and said that the reason why the lamp covers melted
was because there was a near-by dumpster fire and the extreme heat
from that melted the lamp covers.

But fear not, the fire itself was still caused by global warming. The
dumpster must have just ignited itself because it was hot outside.

These people will stop at nothing to promote their lies...

The Sun has become an anomaly indeed. Not only is it extremely hot, and sucking the energy out of me these days...but the sun IMO.... is undergoing some sort of transmutation....if you will.

Re: The sun of late thread i posted!

I don't know how they do it in Oklahoma. I use to live there as a child and I remember the high humidity but not the soaring temperatures. Now I live in Southern Nevada and we have been having a lot of humidity lately (30% is high for us). It definitely feels much hotter with high dew points so I can only imagine what it feels like in Oklahoma with 115 degree temps plus the very high humidity. Sending prayers of cooler weather for the people, animals and plants of OK.

Ouch! Sending intentions for cool breezes, cloud cover, lower dew points, and for the sun to CALM THE HELL DOWN.

Now we are having some very bad wild fires in Oklahoma. At least one of them they are saying was set. Unbeliveable that someone would be so evil!

Looks like there should be a bit of a cooling trend for central US, warming in the Pacific northwest:

Take it from me, in some parts of Australia (the Dryest Continent in the World) we experienced 1 in 100 year DROUGHTS only recently...

...and the KEY POINT I urge you to pay attention to is this...

Our Criminal State & Federal Govts. in Cahorts with the MSM played us like FOOLS yet again...

We had the Press Beef-Up the Global warming CON
We had the Press team up with Govt. waging a Massive FEAR Campaign
OMG they said "If we don't mitigate the Problem, we might run out of Water
Water Restrictions were enforced and still in place in some areas
Problem - Reaction - Solution kicks in
Then we have Costly $Billion Water Desalination Plants built all of over Country

Then it Rained and in some instances e.g. Queensland, NSW & Victoria it FLOODED

Which left us with UNWANTED Desalination Plants all over the Country with (No-Bid Lock-In Contracts) that the Taxpayer will be left Paying-Off for decades...:faint:

Criminal Govts stopped building Dams years ago, but they were happy to build USELESS & COSTLY Desalination Plants to increase the Debt-Burden and help out their Criminal budies who built the plants.

PS - If I didn't get my point across clearly enough America..?

You are being CONNED yet again...:yes4:

Usually the people that stop at nothing are working for the elite. The earth is warming. However, to try to blame melted streetlamps on it is plain silly ... ;)

While I was in Iraq the temp in the sun was around 155* (see my profile for a picture) and those people are still living (and have been for a long time), so am I!!!

suck it up ! ( :D )

oh, and send some of that global warming up to Alaska would you? it hasn't broken 75* yet this year, been in the 60*'s most this week......

I'll see your silly graph and raise you with this:

Fancy, but perhaps you fail to realize that your first graph only shows that the atmosphere next to space is cooling yet if you read it properly, the atmosphere next to earth is warming (indicated by the fact that mb is air pressure) and your second graph is only indicative of the last 25 or so pixels on my silly graph. This means they are all likely using the same data but when you look at the larger scale, my silly graph shows a broader view than the tiny sample your graphs show ;) ;)

(in fact you can see the same points on your second graph at the very wee end of mine .. lines up almost perfect ;) A perfect example of using very select samples to show something other than it is)

The earth is warming. The con is some people trying to use fear to make money off it.

Dumpster fire (http://dailycaller.com/2012/08/02/dumpster-fire-not-global-warming-melted-oklahoma-streetlamps/), not global warming, melted Oklahoma streetlamps

From the picture, anyone with half a brain could tell the heat came from one specific direciton, and it wasnt the sun.

If it was heat from the sun it would have melted all over, similar to what happens if you put a plastic bottle into an oven that's been on for 30mins.

The effect on those lamp posts is the same as holding a lighter to a plastic bottle, it burns/melts/distorts the part closest to the flame only, but leaves the rest intact.

have they realy dumbed us down that much that people will look at that and accept its the truth?
