I've been home for over a month now. I have often thought about how to say thank you. Words don't seem to be enough. Most of my time was spent rehabbing. Learning to walk again was the hardest thing I have ever done, but now is the most worthwhile thing I have ever done.
I had drop foot.. That is a condition where I had no control over my foot. It was not expected to heal. I had to wear a brace to keep the foot stable and not hanging there while I walked. Sometime after the healings were sent, I was able to start moving my foot. I don't wear a brace anymore. Just thought I would share that.

First I had to tell the universe that I was accepting of all healing.

Thank you Brian, and I am so happy to hear how well you are doing. Prayer is so powerful, and one of the greatest blessings we are allowed to do for one another. Please let us know if you are having any other difficulties which need a touch of prayer. I would like to share something with you regarding my healing. I nearly lost my lower right leg in 2000. To make a long story short, I was in a wheel chair for 4 months, had 4 surgeries, on crutches for over a year, and told I had the ankle of a 90 yr old and would probably never run again, much less walk well. I lived with incredible pain for close to 9 years and sometimes my job would demand that I be on my feet for 8 plus hours. There were days, I walked with a cane for support and go to my office and cry just because it hurt so much. I did not complain, I was glad I had a leg frankly. But, I would soak my foot in ice water, do the usual stuff.

Then one day at work as I was sitting outside in the warm sun on a cool day and my foot was hurting me .... again.... I just meditated, turned within and talked with God. He said, all things I have given to you, and just as you must learn to love all, love the pain as well. Sounds kind of well out there, but I just went into that divine union space and the next wave of pain I felt I embraced it. I thanked God, and when I went to go inside, I walked normally. I mean normally. I did not hurt. I still can't run and yes, I have tried, but I no longer resist it. As a reed that bends, I accept the pain with love knowing it's for a purpose. I'm not sure why I am sharing this with you. Maybe it's the "learning to walk" again thing. Anyhow, I just want to say that I'm really glad you are home and getting better. Thank you so much for sharing and updating us.

I started this thread a year ago. I've been out of the hospital for the last year a couple of short stays for procedures that required adnittace but nothing serious. My sentiments are the same though. I have tried to thank as many people this past year as I have done little of this on my own. Sure I did a lot of the work,, but everything else....
