The Shadow People

I will provide a link here for those who are unfamiliar with the phenomena: http://www.shadowpeople.org/ .

I do recall incident(s) of some interaction between myself (when I was a child) and what is now referred to as "shadow people". These events occurred in the early hours of the morning in my bedroom. All I saw of these creatures (?) was a outline of a form, and their eyes. All I can remember of our interaction (conversations ?), whether it was mental or verbal I really cannot recall for some strange reason, they stated they are the "creators" of some sort. this begs the question, creators of what? This interaction was sometimes quite intense and drawn out. But why cannot I remember?

Years ago, before I started opening to my own spirituality and gifts, my oldest told me about the "chocolate man" who would stand at the end of his bed and stare at him. A chocolate man with red eyes. Having been raised in a Baptist home, originally it scared the bejeebers out of me. I did what any parent would do and told him it was okay, it was just his mind making pictures, nothing to be afraid of, just pull the covers over your head and go back to sleep and when you look again he'll be gone. My son was all of four at the time.

Oddly enough the chocolate man followed us from one house to the next. And then my second oldest started seeing him, too. We lived in very rural Indiana, where African Americans were few and far between. My boys were using their own age-limited and experience-limited vocabulary to describe what they were seeing. To this day, I'm not certain whether they were seeing tall shadow people or if they were seeing the spirit of an African American man.

I've had my own experiences with shadows, mostly smaller, animal sized. I've never been afraid of them, just curious. I tend to see more dancing lights than shadows.
