Hello Avalonians

May i be very honest today and do a summary on whats actually happening out there and on planet for our forseeable future.

Its come to our attention ( our as is those concerned with us ) that the alternative media community is going a little off the rails in terms of the spread and belief of outlandish claims as to whats around the corner.

Firstly can we put to bed some important ones and why.

CONTACT: There will be no mass disclosiure or contact from any caring or benevolent race or event where they cme down and walk around shaking hands and showing us their latest version of the ipad... This will not happen and heres why. A benevolent caring and intelligent race would not put our entire planet into turmoil by just showing up. Wont happen end of story. Sorry for those who want it deprerately.
On the other side of the coin YES there is contact being made and has been for thousands of years. IF you are selected to be in touch its because you have been monitored for many years and for a specific purpose. I have been monitored and contacted and explained to me exactly what my purpose is and why. I have accepted this purpose and continue on my path. One of my purposes today is to set straight some things that have been put into our media lines to deter us.

Falce Hope over time diminishes faith. This is what these falce stories are designed to do. Do what you will with that information.

Please understand above all the Experiment on Earth has been happening for tens of thousands of years. The ones in charge of this have a non interfearence rule. They are not about to muck up an experiemnt before its time. And time is not even a reality let alone how they work.


NOTE : if vast number of un manned drones come down , DONT GET ON BOARD ! thats all ill say on that one.



Secondly : Messages from Archangel Michel , Argon , Sebulba , Metatron, Darth Vader ,the Boogey Man etc etc are not ACCURATE or even REAL in 99% of readings. Chanelled information is very sketchy at best. On most part these are done by well meaning people who are auto writing their own deepest beliefs or desires. Most of these supposed " Channelings " are wonderfully written and hugely positive, so in terms of content they are a good read and lovely fiction however please treat them as such. I know first hand Spirits and Archangels do not speak to us in reams of information NOR do they offer Protection. Protection is pretty much the OPPOSITE of their desires in wanting us to EVOLVE spiritually by eliminating fear. By relying on a spirit to come forth and save us is perpetuating fear, it is best to use free will to take responsability for your own mental and emotional state. Please realise this. If you are someone who has reached the mental and emotional maturity to handle such encounters , dont worry they will talk to or connect with you but dont expect a huge conversation. at best they will give you a notion or a feeling , MAYBE 2 or 3 words at most which will have a simple yet profound missive for you.

In my experience with an OEA ( outside earth alliance ) is they cannot interfere directly by making direct changes to our time line. However they may " Help " by making contact through means of developing our connection. They do this to monitor our individual emotional state.

Please understand that when you make the step into 4 or 5 D you basically lose all will to communicate with words. Its not how they work up there. It is a vast and extremely well connected mental and emotional state of KNOWING. The state of Knowing is a means to perpetuate absolute truth. Words can be twisted as we have experienced. There is no time line for this event of ascending. it will happen when the sequence is correct.

So this is not all negative. But please understand any extreme thing or story put forth can be used for and against you. If you want something to follow that you can take to the bank then this is it.

I have been asked to make further clarifcation.

Due to my brash nature with regard to preperation or detail i do leave things out some times or assume things that should be better explained.

Hence forth a combination of these as a supliment of the former.

It is with some regret whenever i write to you. I feel sometimes i have no right to state things that may mke chnges however this is merely my ism.

As a proportion some 14 - 18 % of this planets population is capble of, at this point in line, having a confrontation or happening event - be it brief or long in duration, would be apropriately prepared and able to negotiate full contact and or a plan of disclosiure. ( When they speak to me or we communicate via telepathy they say the word " line " instead of " time " they have suggested it to me as its in keeping with higher vibrational thinking process )

( personally i cant see a point to disclose anything as it would be a very long standing event as opposed to an internalised admission to being " ok " with the idea that other life forms in the infinite galaxy, do indeed exist and some if not many share commonalities with us as sub species. ) perhaps this being the most practicable. FURTHER CLARIFICATION : if as a species you have the mental capability to see past " confusion " and use your own internal intellect to believe your own truth and indeed have the intelligence to realise that there is no possibility , regardless of proof, that we are alone in this universe. In fact when you denounce this arbitrary belief of being the only ones out here, then you start to see whats " actually around you " hence why disclosiure must be done in a slow and individual basis. Shocking us into belief is not in their way of doing things. They prefer us to evolve on our own terms. " Shock " and " Awe " are PTB traits .



My limtations too recently having to type on a virtual keyboard which i detest still. . . And lying down while i do it. Its really a strange ay to report thngs but who am i to question :-)

FURTHER CLARIFICATION : I am geting used to lying down and typing because its what they do in some of their communication suites. It has something to do with energy flow and it also eases pressure on the spine. Something they told me which helps increase energetic flows. it feels uncomfortable till you get the right position , then you can type away but you get a lot more blood rush to the brain which is needed when you think at dual processing speeds. Dual processing is the ability to sepperate the brain into its sepperate hemispheres. Then using them as a dual processor. Its an electromagnetic process you can learn and what it does is sepperate conginitve thopught process to individual sides of the brain so that you can sepperate best cognitive function to the side thasts better equipped to deal with those thought patterns or needed responces. They then "spit out " into or through tthe pineal gland as a " final version of thought " you then " feel " this information. If it " feels good " then you automatically say it or communicate it telepathically. This is why i sometimes come across as " arrogant " or " Brash " in my communication. Its a knowing and sometimes we forget to understand some arent up to speed. this is something i am trying to change if i am to be effective in communicating .. mind you its something ive suffered all my life anyway ..

I am also being taught how to feed the brain so it can work at much faster speeds and acess more of the brain. In acessing most of the brain you can achieve what humans would term 4 digit IQ readings, however humanoid IQ testes are very limited as they do not include emotive processing and understanding of concepts typically thought as " impossible " by human standards. So in learning KNOWING , which is a subject out there, with ONENESS or spirit sonnectivity ( a type of musical or vibration connection ) you can acess trillions of terbytes of information in milliseconds . And you dont need to LEARN anything ! all you need to learn is how to be connected. All this schooling we go through to memorise and regurgitate information is really quite primitive in their eyes , even for our evolution standard at present.

Its an on going thing having to un learn in order to open up access of the brain which is shut down by Fear, emotional turmoil , belief structures perpetrated by TV "anti intelligence programming network" ( thats what they call it ) if you knew how damaging TV is to your intelligence you would throw it out !




My time is sometimes limited and in the time i have to genrate communication in on or through various vessels is not what im used to so please excuse my aparent strangeness. Some things get lost in translation across languages, space, energy and symbols.
FURTHER CLARIFICATION : I am intergrating with their knowledge so they use a myriad of what i call " short cuts " to communicate. It includes reams of information condensed into a sound or a symbol or a sequence of language which can be combined with any one of these to then further expand the original communication. Much like hyrogliphs which is now old schiool and has been refined now. One symbol will represent an entire " feeling " of a subtext of information. This " feeling " can then be " offset " with another sound or word that then gives it an entirely different meaning yet it somehow still relates to the original thought or subject matter. Its complex but really simple once you get the feelingof it.

First an apology as is customary to those who have faith in above mentioned or referred to beings is subtext or context within my communication. I do not in any way dnounce their existance. This i mst make clear. My main aim is to state we need to understand freedom and confusion ar being misused in this paradigm. So simply beware of all the things you read.

This is the best way to go forward. If you jst manage to get your own individual cell working in a good and respectble manner then we will have a faster line to being unified.

Forseeable agregates and perameters change all the time. This is why time cannot be icluded within the predictive.

i am fine , just integrating is a huge and on going task. understanding off planet technologies and thinking is vastly different to what we have down here. i guess integration changes the way you see things retrospectively speaking. so my views etc may also change as i evolve.

i have been through a recent and very challenging stage so i have been quiet. But im out and getting a feeling for my new limbs so to speak : )

i also sometimes write while connectred to other " friends " so we do this co writing thing. i make a few spelling missatkes here and there but i dont really care to fix them .. i just do things so quickly these days , details sometimes are not so important.

Oh one clarification is important. I respect all involved with experiment earth. I do not wish to tip scales or tread on toes. I am very neutral in my essense. PTB all the way to religious and spiritual groups. They all have a part to play and the game we are in is an experiment.

So while certain states of being are preferred now and again some of the more " agressive " players need to be respectfully reminded in a subtle and thoughtful way to " play nice " .

I reread your posts and yes I get something out of it, including something very essential about the ideology how "they" don´t wan´t to help or protect us, but instead assist in waking up in us the will and ability to protect and help ourselves.

As to your question - in the lines of the former they are invisible to us, as it is very important to us in general to feel genuinely alone to stimulate us to find the will and strength and connections in ourselves. Well, probably a million other possible reasons, but let´s say that.

Ok reationship has been on going since about 1974 on and off. Started out as an educative program as a child. all my siblings are average achievers. I turned out to be a lttle more ambitious.

The stages of understanding and learning have changed as my own evolution changes. Its all realtime, so as i change so too does the information i receive.

Its almost lke i always new it, i just have those " ahaaa " moments and the knowing is something familiar and in accordance with me.

Have had really strange things happen. Nothing fearful or bad at all. Lots of healing, healing the body and mind. The stress we have here compared to education to deal with it is un even so we are going a little off the rails in terms of emotions at present.

Ok i have been asked to share some advanced technology to do with i supposea spiritual advancement or technique we would consider spiritual. They as in them, would consider this more scientific as a method but because of our particular social conditioning, which needs re arranging, we feel other wise.

Ok this is a technique you can use to wake up energy centres we call chakras.

Firstly this technique is ued for various things but all i will do today is show you how to ignite your hand energy. Hands are directional conduits for channeling energy. Before i go on i should qualify what i say with some history so we can all relate.

Remember when you fell off your bike and grazed your knee? Remember your very first reaction to it? Yes you put both your hands on the wound and rocked back and forth. This is a programmed responce in or dna. This is an auto method of healing.

The hands are there to supply fresh healing transfer. They also block oxygen getting to the wound and to stop the bleeding.

We stop oxygen to reduce infection. We stop the bleeding so we dont bleed to death and we supply energy and a, what they call, pulse block.

You see when you hurt your self your energetic system along with a myriad of other systems kick in. Energy along iwth hormones and chemicals flood to the energy call centre or hands. This focuses resources to the affected area.

Now this is where we get it all wrong. Our automatic reaction in these cases is we feel sory for our selves, this reacion is one to attract help or attention. The problem is this reaction also slows down the healing process considerably. So what should you do?

Be neutral. Do not feel anything at all in fact what you want to do i concentrate on the pain and allow it to work its self out without you having an emotional attachement to it. You want to dive right into it and feel it, this process helps let it go by virtue that you have no emotional atachment to it. You attention however sends further healing resources to the ffected area.

Ok at this stage you will feel a pulsing in that area, you may also feel that its in unison with your rocking cycle. The rocking cycle is a vibrational rythm your body sends out as an sos and its frequency helps calm the body.

Ever held a person crying and rocked gently with them? :-)

Ok now we need to feel the pulse. Our natural reaction to this puse energy is to hold onto it, another fault of mis guided teaching or lack thereof. Instead you are meant to let the pulse go out like its returning the unwanted portion of damaged energetic pain and disease, this then gets re cycled into the energetic matrix.

Emotions are a bonding agent to experiences. This is why when you hurt your self its important to be emotionally neutral. You can do this easily if you meditate often.

Ill give you an example.

Remember that first summer you were allowed to go to the beach with your friends. That perfect summer day, sun, surf, laugter, romance and coconut tanning lotion! yes? lots of positive emotions around that event yes?

What happens each and every time you smell coconut lotion? It reminds you of that day and if you had particularly strong emotions tied to that event you can even trip back in time and feel that day.

Well same thing happens when you get emotional over a broken ankle for eg. The emotional you get over it ie holding onto the pain, the longer it takes to heal. Its because you are telling the body to remember the event throug an emotional bonding moment.

This is one practical piece of technology you can practice straight away indeed use or adapt to other situations using the essence of this technology through adaption. This is spiritual science.

Ok suppliment to energy hands.

This will eventually lead me to showing you how to re arrange your brain hemisphere or electromagnetic synaptic responces to thougt dealing.

But we are a long way off this, first things first we have to understand how to ignite the hands.

This was something shown to me long ago and i call this the Mr Miagi move. What im about to show you simply wakes up the energy centre by firstly thinking you want it to happen because you will give a command. This is instant in responce once you have set up a program.

Ok her it is, stand with your legs slightly bent at the knees. concentrate for a moment and clear the mind. Clap the hands quite hard together 3times slapping the palms. Macing a loud clapping noise is good.

Then counter rotate the palms one inch apart n a vigerous fashion. Ok now you have ignited hands, depending on how well you did it they will be on fo up to a minute.

Once you do this a lesson to practice increase energy is to make an energy ball by making the hands come close and pull away repeatedly.

Practice this and next ill show you how to reset your gateway or we call crown chakra. :-)

NOT AT ALL : 0 ) people will realise not to mix the techniques when it comes time to do a specific task as the tasks i describe need a certain sequence in order to work correctly ,this is time to play with and recognise the powers we have . all information is good and people will discern what works for them.

Interesting fact i have been told. The way your energetic matrix works is dependant on your belief around it. The more you " surrender " your mind to the possibilities of your Energetic Powers , the more resources your mind opens to your needed or desired abilities. This is called your Psychic Personality. A lot of this information is commonly shared with aincient religions and spiritual belief systems that were taught many years ago within the entities we called Bhuddah and Jesus as well as many others. Excellent example of a modern day Religious or Science Spiritual method is Usui Reiki.

Mikao Usui was the grandfather of modern reiki techniques. The way he did this was to meditate for a long time , around thirty days in fact. On the last day , because of fasting, he had a vision. He saw a sequence of symbols he then did what we call a " ritual " to imbed these symbols energetically with certain mechanical abilities. So when you use them today and are indoctrined to the ways and have studied its machination, you may "conjure " the intended effects of the symbols. FYI long periods of meditation starts to feed bile or acid into the blood stream. This acts as a release method for DMT and your pineal gland starts to kick in or release hormones to open the gateway or what we call the Crown Chakra. There are other techniques to do this but you must be aufait with meditation first.

Some call these methods Witchcraft , Religion , Spirituality etc etc where they come from it is merely Science as these studies are commonplace and regarded as essential learning.

Caveat : Please understand we need to dispence with previous related beliefs around the words Spiritual or Religion or Witchcraft. If you associate stereotypical anecdotes to these words within the context of what is written here you may lose the jist of its teaching.

The reason these techniques have been shunned or " lost " is because the PTB want us to become sick and un effective . this is a control mechanism for less desirable people we call Governments. a Govern is a control , Ment is a term for mentalism. This intergration that is occouring now is a pre term for the golden cycle or as depicted in the myan calendar the return of the golden age cycle. All this talk about September 2012 is merely the beginning of a golden age cycle where our psychic energies will increase IF we do not give into fear.

PTB have many disasterous events planned to distract us and loure us into further submission through fear. It is important you do not pay attention to these fear making techniques. They will stifle your Spiritual Science. It is important only to do one thing between now and then and that is to concentrate on yoru own individual connection. Develop the gateway and get used to your connection. You will need this when the time comes.

That actually worked for me. I placed my hands on my stomach after clapping and rotating.
Now it's 20 min. after I did that - the place still feels very hot in a very nice way. Not to mention the pain is no longer there.

CAVEAT : all science of the subtle or energetic body require practice. It takes time and depends entirely on the individual. it took me quite a few years of practice to get it right. PTB deterants to make us scientifically lazy are pharmacutical short cuts. These short cuts are chemicals designed purely to mast sumptoms but offer very little if no actual remedy to the cause.
This is a plan to make us scientifically lazy. The more you take these drugs the more lazy your brain becomes and you submit to nothingness.

All remedies for the body are present in nature. All working antidotes are in plants for any possible ailment that we have presently except for some particularly nasty ones purposely made by ptb and distributed to us in the form of vaccines.

In order to remain healthy the mind must be in a good working condition and free of fear and doubts. Best way to strngthen the mind is having faith and being self relyant. Removing fear from your life is the result of releasing fear and judgement in your life through pensive meditation.

In order to defeat peacefully the ptb we need to unite within a short period of time, less than a generation or 50 year period. Ptb understand that unified status depleates every 50 years or generation. Notice most main wars ar spaced apart every 40 -50 years? This is to catxh us when we are least united or have forgotten about the previous war results. So we are supplying information that can be carried on perpetually and will help us evolve over time and gently make the ptb redundant by non conformist methods. One day the queen will have her birthday celebrations and nobody will show up :-) no ratings on tv. Nothing, no attention, no power.

Ok i have been given clearence to state some of my contacts. at the risk of seeming like a fanciful fiction writer ill give some basic encounters. Regardless of what people think of me, my contacts or my stories. They are not important however the information on useful techniques to heal etc should be given a chance regardless of what you think.

The Myan and Inca ascended people have created a " family " in a what we would call " spiritual realm " however this is known scientifically as a " holographic state " within this holographic state they can monitor what is happening down here and indeed offer help through us which is what they term " vessels " . We are equipped with a type of internet port on the top of our heads called a gateway. We term this a crown chakra.

I have also been re united with various family members on D9. apparently i am sitting there and beaming in from that place but its a concept i am still trying to come to terms with.

I have had very specific surgery done, while awake, by andromedan surgeons. This was something else. Ok ill tell the experience in brief.

When i was about 15 i suffered what i think was a minor brain clot or tumor. It happened while iwas at school. I fell over and when i got up half my face was numb and i lost feeling, it was like a general anastetic from the dentist. I couldnt smile properly for a few weeks while i did basic repars to myself. I didnt tell anybody, i didnt panick, i fell into my trainig and healed it as best i could. I managed to get by but my attention span went down hill from there. Before this id tought my self 3 and 4 unit chemistry from the age of 8 to 12. after this brain episode i lost most of that ability or knowledge. I had to re develop focus so i studied martial arts and became quite proficient. This really helped me re train my brain.

Ok one day i felt a lump on my head over the part of the brain that was damaged. I had it cut out. I then developed scoriosis on that part of the skin. I went to my healing place in the forrest not far from my home. Is stood on my healing rock and looked inside. I saw the tumour or damaged section of the brain. I then saw it slowly reduce and vanish. Shortly after this in meditation one day i was hit with a knowing. I was being prepped for surgery and i knew why instinctively. I was happy to go ahead so first i started to hear a series of whooshing sounds from my left ear. This was a type of monitor and it sounded like wind wooshing up and down with my moods. Then i saw a series of pastel dots appear floating in front of me, this was a visual scan of the iris to see into the brain and see what parts were damaged. I then heard a series of sounds that was testing my hearing.

I then felt my hair on the left back side of my head get somehow pushed aside and a long lance went into my head. It was like a probe. I was seeing everything happen if i wanted to. If i willed it i could see the probe go into that part of my brain and i felt a great release of pressure as the affected area was recycled.

Once this was done i was instictively told to lie down and i fell under into a very relaxed sleep for about an hour. When i woke i felt awesome. And guees what, no more tumour :-)

This was one of the more memorable happenings.

Yes i hear you, no i do not take drugs of any kind. That day i was completely sober and indeed fasting while meditating. The only thing i consumed that morning was some black tea. So just in case you think im a tripper sorry to dissapoint.

One thing i do know is they use meditation as a go ahead for contact. This is apparently the way they know you are accepting of their contact or that is a good time for it.

There are more races i have been in touch with but cannot be named at this time. Most of them we have possibly never heard of anyway.

Then counter rotate the palms one inch apart n a vigerous fashion. Ok now you have ignited hands, depending on how well you did it they will be on fo up to a minute.

That actually worked for me. I placed my hands on my stomach after clapping and rotating.
Now it's 20 min. after I did that - the place still feels very hot in a very nice way. Not to mention the pain is no longer there.

Well I have constant pain and havines in my digestive system for years.
My diagnoses have varied through the years - from cancidosys to collite (I don't even know if I am spelling that in a correct way).
I have a very good health insurance - so I checked everithing regarding the problem. Done tests. Drinked pills. I tried also alternitive medicine, reiki and meiki :) and hurbs and murbs and so on... I mean - I tried really hard.
This thing with the clapping hands keeps me energised from yesterday. I forgot I have stomach - which in my case is achievement :)
I usually never forget.
About how it feels - it feels hot. Not only from the inside - I am a scientist in a way and I made other people actually touch my stomach and give me feedback - it felt over hot fot them too.
Now I am relieved from the pain for more than 24 hours. And I keep clapping and placing my hands on the area. I recommend that any one try it for themselves and see how it feels. And give a feedback pls...
I will be glad to see action happening in this forum.
Some personal experience of what somebody else has sugested to be helpfull. More follow up on ideas. Not just some quotes and proffesor like thinking.

What I very much resonate with is the unattachedness while providing energy with your hands. There seems to possibly be a confusion in this thing.
Instead of recognizing that most ailments requiring healing are those that we have originally attached a strong emotion to it and we try to heal them with much emotion, we - if I understand Nanoo Nanoos stance on this is that when healing the ailment, you should be detached from the emotion - just provide the energy for the healing to happen. I guess many times when in pain, we attach strong emotions to the healing process and ask for "outside" help. Instead we could provide energy for the healing to take place.
In craniosacral training a teacher of mine put it very well: we don´t heal, instead we facilitate healing. That is exactlly what happens at times: I put my hands and clients body will begin to search for a correct position and the healing is thus facilitated. This can be quite surprising even scaring when this first happens.

The machination or deeper understanding goes a little like this. Scientifically when we are in pain certain hormones and chemicals are released to calm the body and repair the area. This generates electrical energy in that area. This energy needs to be recycles by leaving the body.

When we have an emotion the energy it creates releases hormones to keep the " memory " of that energetic event within the body. The problem is the hormones released to keep the memory actually slow the healing process and work against the hormones released to heal the affected area. So scientifically this is what happens.

If you have a good command over your emotions, which takes practice, you can curb the hormone release that will slow the healing process. You will also allow the energy to flow out rather than keep it. We generally have a scarcity mentality regarding energy, hence why we try to conserve it. But energy cannot be created or destroyed because it will always be perpetually abundant and recycled. So theres plenty of it out there.

There is enough energy in one cubic foot of space to power the planet for 10 years approx, will have to check my notes on that one but its a long time.

Further clarification :

Extra terrestrials and and what we would term Spiritual enteties or Ascended Masters all have similar capabilities in terms of communication with us. They much prefer having an electromagnetic or what we call psychic connection with us as opposed to a physical one. You will find as time goes on we will be visited more in an electromagentic manner.

So these extra terrestrials have spiritual capabilities and spiritual ascended masters have extra terrestrial capabilities, yet they exist on different planes of the vales. This helpes them stay out of each others way but can still work in tandem with each other. Put it this way, immagine a 9 story building split into 3 storie sections which are circular that abound a galaxy. And these three stories are tansparent so you can see into each floor while not influencing it with your presence. However these floors are sepperated by different densities and this is what keeps them from intergrating in a physical sence.
Within each floor or vale is a dedicated communication network we call a connected knowing. Any information on that floor or vale is shared without any comparmentalsation. You are there by virtueof thefact that you understand your place and function, so you work within that function. now between the vales differing densities can share knowledge because its easily seen or acessed and its acessed by default as the floors or density states that house the entities actually communicate with each other to facilitate information relative to thought processes that are pertinent for that cognitive proces. so each floor or vale is actually alive as a network so to speak.

Now the connectivity n these vales is multicellular and multiversial. This means that all cells within a vibrational entity are connected to the others directly and in 360 degree multiversially or multispherically. This is a series of feelings communicated by basic sound vibrations. Because your vale is housed by a certain density sounds will travel within them exclusively yet can be acessed outside the vale on another floor by tuning into that vibration + that vales density.

And all this happens in milliseconds :-) The beauty is you cant cheat, lie, manipulate ( allthough a lot of manipulation happens, just not how we do it down here ) or gather for your self. Its a realm of absolute dedication to the cause. Even when entities physically solidify and act as we do in a 3d plane they are always on task and on plan. As soon as something starts to go a rye, its dealt with in a fair and ammicable way.

If an entity is not content with its tasks or out grows its tasks it is changed to ones that better suit it. You dont climb a ladder or become a seargent with beter pay. You dont get paid anything as cureency dosent exist. Payment s the satisfaction of achieving your unified goals. I have lived it; I was once committed to such a life...it was in the Baha'i community...
yet I could not keep it up...not because there was no pay in it,
nor because there was no vacations...
nor even the lack of personal status bothered me.

and who did everything they could to make life hell for the truly dedicated crowd.
I suspected them to be CIA infiltrators. People who worked for secret societies on the side.

Here on Avalon I feel that there is a similar atmosphere...
one can grow spiritually and move towards collective unity, without giving up one's sovereignty.
There is mutual respect.
And even though there maybe a few presences here who want to upset the applecart
the mechanisms to keep the equilibrium are in place and working rather well.
This allows for gradual change and a refinement process.

I am convinced that this equilibrium is what governs the entire universe in an orderly way,

Interesting how some may make it their task to mke it difficult for others. Its a shame, sounds like a nice community to be a part of.

Regarding equellibrium, yes i agree with your understanding. There is a push pull effect on energetic values and the charge they eminate. Some times certain energies we deem " un desirable " are actually energies other entities feed on. Similarly how certain lets say cruel or abusive entities here will find joy or reward in seeing one suffer. This is an energy transfer that actually feeds them.

Conversely entities can feed on good energy. Good vibrations i guees. Entering a room full of lets say, happy people, :-)celebrating an occasion. The joy in the room, if you enjoy that energy, will feed you. You absorb the emination and in turn you dispell unwanted waste energy that is then bsorbed by ones who feed on it.

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

An important part of this is focus. Now what i am about to tell you is pretty hard to grasp. Indeed it took me months to accept and believe. The actual dimentions we talk about 4 th and 5 th dimentions are in existance and run here as an exact replica of your 3rd dimention. Now the more you focus on positive harmony the more you can slip into 4th dimentional life. Everything is the same, same happenings etc but what changes is how you experience it! I have slipped out into 4 -5 d for an hour or two at a time and its something else.

I was, at the end of last year, living on that plane continuously but when i tried to integrate with a group of particularly negative people they eventually brought me back down. It was quite crappy and now im working my way back.

I cannot tell you how much concentrating on negative media keeps you locked into a sadder version of your existance. This is exactly what is keeping us dumbed down and asleep. If you wanted some excellent advise, stay away from this as much as you can. As strong as i was with, how can i say it, " the force " , a group were still able to bring me back down just by being around them.

Before this i was 24 - 7 in an absolute joyous plce. I cried when i saw the sun rise it moved me so much. I walked in the forrest and felt so connected to everything. Life was beautiful beyond words. Anyway, i got there once, i can do it again.

Ok supplement to energy hands

Closing the crown chakra.

The crown is like a gateway to the universal internet. Sometimes we want it on and sometimes we eed some peace and quiet and shut it down.

Ok so energy hands clap 3 times and vigerous circle to bring up the energy from the core. Then place the hands like you would be applying conditioner to the hair from the front of the forhead cover back to the back of the skull about just behind the ears and pill the hands down o er the ears so that the index fingers tace the jaw line to the chin.

Like putting on helmet and strapping it up.

This puts a close on it till you want to use it again.

Now the chakra system is something of a nightmare to use and understand. Its a system of access points to the individual energy points. These are, how can i say it, an old system, one thats a bit difficult to use proficiently. In fact i just use one core energy and shut them all off.

So instead of many smaller vibrational access points i have just one super high frequency one working in my core chest plexus area. I then use this in conjunction with my gateway. The gateway is traditionally thought of as just a small port but in actual fact the entire brain is a transmitter. When you are fully charged your entire brain will turn on nd fire up connected to the ethernet.

Now when i do heling work or want to meditate i will either use my core energy or plug in and connect with a friend or higer vibrational entity that has specific abilities i need. Most times i use both in unison and this is a complex one to do. So for now just practice shutting off the crown and being in your own space.

Some have said this works well to stop internal chatter or help with headache.

Ok i have been asked to elaborate on the chakra system.

Take a deep breath cos this will be a bit daunting.

Ok, you are alone. . .

Thats what we feel like sometimes and this creates a craving for being a part of something, knowing there is someone there thats perhaps caring or able to provide. the chakra system is, with regard to our knowledge here, some sort of spiritual spinning wheel. They are electromagnetic access hubs to specific areas of the body and each part of the body, when poked, will evoke a type of emotion. So when we feel something for example like love or joy we will naturally feel fuzzy in the chest. Or when you feel afraid you feel a constriction in the pit of your stomach.,

These ar the chakra hubs reacting to real time emotions. The problem with chakras is they are a bit complex to work with and quite confusing.

Its like driving a car with 7 accelerator pedals and brakes. Except each one has a sligtly different brake or acceleration thats specific to a different terain. Kinda confusing and requires a lot of study to be proficient. By compartmentalising the energy hubs or chakras we can sepperate them and access them individually,but this is a slow process and they sometimes work against each other.

Ok when we have 7 doors to a house it can become a little hard to monitor who is coming or going and whats being taken where, right?

So if you were to reduce the acess point to just one door the whole life thing gets simpler right?

So here is the clincher, the chakra system is out dated technology thats like an old operating system devised by a really great designer that built in way too much access. This is why we feel so much confusion about them. Too many areas to cover and way too many acess points.

So what i have done is shut them off and just use one core power cell. This makes things a heck of a lot easier to do. And it is quite empowering to liberate so much resource and make it so much more central and easy to use.

So ok i have perhaps thrown a curve ball. Yeah well we crave info, but sometimes not sure what to do with it. The best part is its up to you :-)

Ok the net result of closing my chakra access hubs is i feel more like me. I feel more direct, more efficient, less vulnerable and quite content to be left alone and in my own company.

The amazing thing is we are already playing with this and have for a while, and most times by exersising optomism or pesimism.

Really depends on how you are wired. Our DNA parcel has had some pretty amazing engineers play with it and like any machine the owners have found ways to manipulate it :-)

Good question. Well i suppose theres two answers. One is i eventually came to the conclusion that they were too hard for me to manage. My heart chakra was very well clogged because it hadnt been serviced. But how was i supposed to know? So once i did it and cleared it it felt great! But i had to do it so regularly. now during this period i know i had some ups and downs but not all the time. So why was it still going off?

Because they were designed and implimented at a time where people prayed and were a lot more spiritual. So their hubs would have better maintenance. In fact you need to do it daily! But we dont, we dont, generally speaking, have a clue how to. So wether i decided or the notion came to me i cannot recall but when the idea popped into my head it felt right. By virtue of making this decision or discovery i had information come to me which i could tell was right.

By reverse engineering certain acess or feeling on top of my brain or transmitter i can feel certain shapes? On my head. I have been able to identify what they mean now. So when i feel two pressure points on top of the head just forward of the back corners in the shape of a V facing each other, i know the info is from a good scource and this is a good move. Besides when i was doing it several entities were trying to stop me by shaking their head. But i had no idea who they were.

So the feeling i got on top was perhps a confirmation of my ituitive process. I have heard very few words from them. Perhaps in total maybe 2 paragraps. Most educateive interaction is done by experimentation and confirmation. I am very curious always about spirit and science so im always doing experiemnts and discovering geat things. This is, probably the outcome of very early educative programs i played as a child.

After i did it i felt quite liberated and was visited by several entities observing me.

Core energy comes from a personal power inside. Personal power is the use of a particular system of ego. Ego is generally shunned as its been misused because of a lack of training. You can have good ego. A good and powerful ego will fuel you by acessing the power within and can also extract sun energy as well as moon. Light carries so much energy but we dont know how to access it. You must be well nourished as your production of core power requires resource to gather it, or more accurately, to use it takes bodily rescourse.

We have not much of an idea on how to nourish the brain for maximum potential. When we think a lot or concentrate for a long time we get brain stain because the brain is asking for nourishment but gets none. This is when a headache may come in.

I have been experimenting for the past 8 months in what i call quick recovery stucture. The experiment is i run myself right down,down to a tiredness of exteme exhaustion. Then i call on my personal core to regenerate. My best results so far have been up for 3 days staight, reading pretty much non stop, no food, no water. At the end i was so exhausted i lay down and started to try to recover. Within about 45 minutes i wws back on deck.

I meditated, turned on my inner sun. I saw figures and creatures come to me that fed on my tiredness and disease. We swapped energies. They took away my disease and i have them love in return. Love energy is a bit of a delicasy out there.

Belief is a most powerful tool. Intention is a most powerful tool. Education is a most powerful tool.

I have come across certain tinctures i blend together in a certain sequence that bring great power to the brain. It supplies all the minerals which the brain normally waits months for. It also needs to be administered correctly. But it wont work if you have not corredtly de calsified the pineal gland. Without that working forget going past a few nice colours in the eye.

FYI a direct access point to the pinneal gland is the upper back pallette , the soft tissue at the upper back part of the throat where it gest soft is the root system of the pineal gland.


Now , get some berocca vitamin b drink and fizz it up in filtered water. heat up some good honey so that it becomes runny , then introduce the berocca to the honey to make a paste. Once it has cooled enough to be edible put this onto the roof of your mouth/.

Or the easy one is to just hold the dissolved berocca in the mouth and with the tongue push the fluid to the upper back pallette and hold it there. You should feel , if the pineal gland is working properly, a definite influx of energy or nourichment to the brain.

With regards to reptilian mind, you would find out there, they are quite high on the evolutionary scale in fact one of the most adaptable and resilliant forms of life are reptilians.

I have heard of factions of reptilians that dont like us, they think we are un evolved. Which is probably true on a mass scale, but individually we are very diverse. Even these reptilians have more respect for us than our own species. While not trying to sound like a lizzy lover ( just made that one up haha ) its imperative to re educate our selves on how things are out there.

I am really grateful formthose who have tried these methods. The ones who dont fear or live in a box waiting for a saviour to redeem them will benefit from trying things out.

I figure the reptilian brain -classification is really not a statement about reptilians, just a name that has been given.

When you mention about your surprise how people haven´t asked that much, I figure (I´m speaking only for myself) that the subjects you have represented are even a bit scary to follow through without much consideration. I am not saying that I think they are wrong in any sense, but they are outside of my - and perhaps others - context that we are familiar and comfortable with, and therefore it takes time to adopt the possibility to experiment.

I myself am very interested in brain hemisphere functionality and use them in treatments, the polarity of people sometimes get reversed or chaotic that I correct, resulting in much better emotional state and also physical ailments may be relieved. What I however am wary of, is what kind of change you are talking about. Therefore I ask: please do tell more of what are you talking/thinking about in regards to brain hemispheres?

Thank you Awakened, i am glad you challenged me on this.

I dont exxpect you to believe anything i say, thats why i explain it in a way that allows you to experiment and see for your self. Then you can confirm or dis confirm the information. This puts you in the drivers seat instead of hearing something and hoping its true.

The information and methods i present is the result of years of study. The study is motivated by my curiocity. I do not chanel information and have never stated that i do.

Chanelled information making claims of aliens showing up at the olympics is what im refering to, how is that going to help you? that sort of info is pretty much leading people a stray and has been proven many many times to be false.

I have been in educative programs. This is educating me how our energetic subtle bodies work. Then i experiment with these as a scientist would experiment on say a new light bulb design. i then develop what i learn and put it into an easy step by step way that someone can try and get results with.

I then qualify these methods by their results in clinics i work at and as a volunteer in healing programs from people seeking alternative methods of healing for ailments they cant cure using conventional methods. This is a standard practice in pioneering new or rather old technology.

Mind you before i try anything new i experiment on my self extensively and carefully graph all my results. Besides clapping your hands and putting them on your tummy cant hurt you can it? I mean kids do it all day long at school or in the play ground. Perhaps thats why they seem so happy and care free.

So really the proof is in the pudding and the information is for those who want to learn new technology to help them selves. The people that were brave enough to try have all had great results.

This is a long process to achieve. Firstly you need to decalcify the pineal gland, this is your first port of call. When it turns on eventually you can then start working with what i call dual processing ie using both hemispheres simultaneously.

But a simplified method has been mentioned using berocca vitamin b suppliment. There is a more complicated method of using a sequence of about 8 different vitamins and tinctures that give a lot of processing resources to the pineal gland however these methods are complex and need more study.

It would be best to use the simple method first and get the pineal gland working. Then you can go on to more challenging methods.

This is something to chew on, I admit. But then again, I can relate to the idea that there might be several different evolutionary energetic systems in place in us. That after all is the case with our central nervous system. An anecdote about it, although quite true: a person while sober is functioning through neo-cortex and is quite rational about things. Drinks some and descends from neo-cortex to an older or deeper level - limbic system, result: I love you guys, I´m crying because I love you so much... And finally after much ado and liquor, descends to reptilian brain and kills whoever is by mistake reaching for his drink..

So in a nutshell, yes I can relate to the idea of overlayed evolutionary versions of energetic systems at work in us, as that can be seen in more dense structures also, no reason to think it wouldn´t apply to energetic systems. With regards to reptilian mind, you would find out there, they are quite high on the evolutionary scale in fact one of the most adaptable and resilliant forms of life are reptilians.

I have heard of factions of reptilians that dont like us, they think we are un evolved. Which is probably true on a mass scale, but individually we are very diverse. Even these reptilians have more respect for us than our own species. While not trying to sound like a lizzy lover ( just made that one up haha ) its imperative to re educate our selves on how things are out there.

I am really grateful formthose who have tried these methods. The ones who dont fear or live in a box waiting for a saviour to redeem them will benefit from trying things out.

I have to say i am quite surprised. So many people on these forums making blaming statements about leaders ruining our freedom and when presented with freedom bearing technology they seem dis interested? Not even really curious on how it all works. This to me is the biggest stumbling block to our evolution.

I am so curious to know how this is. I even stated technology to electromagneticalky change the brain hemiphere functionality and not one person was curious to prod me for info. Now yes i understand my info is stuff of sci fi fiction. But! So far my methods have proven useful.

I figure the reptilian brain -classification is really not a statement about reptilians, just a name that has been given.

When you mention about your surprise how people haven´t asked that much, I figure (I´m speaking only for myself) that the subjects you have represented are even a bit scary to follow through without much consideration. I am not saying that I think they are wrong in any sense, but they are outside of my - and perhaps others - context that we are familiar and comfortable with, and therefore it takes time to adopt the possibility to experiment.

I myself am very interested in brain hemisphere functionality and use them in treatments, the polarity of people sometimes get reversed or chaotic that I correct, resulting in much better emotional state and also physical ailments may be relieved. What I however am wary of, is what kind of change you are talking about. Therefore I ask: please do tell more of what are you talking/thinking about in regards to brain hemispheres?

Yes i agree these thinhs can seem scarry but so was my first bike ride :-) eventually i got the hang of it and then wanted to achieve more.

Brain hemisphere work was fallen on with experimentation with manipulating chakras. I played with the third eye and tried to crank it over, using the palms of the hands, lie an old model t ford.

I thought " lets see what this does " and i was surprised to find eventually with a bit of refinement in my method, i could change the brain hemisphere to more left or right brain.

Ill pm you the method. The effect only lasts about 10 to 30 minutes and then you go back to normal. But you can change it back if you want to.
Nothing can go wrong, dont worry. We play around with our energies all day long and dont even know what we are doing or that we are even doing it. So i thought it would be useful to formulate methods that are safe and easy to use.

Well i got a little tired of dealing with my chakras so i removed them. Leaving the sun core which works on a three core system. Heart Core , Solar Core and Gateway . This is a simpler system. It also makes you less suceptible to sexual interaction. this system lies sort of dormant under the current chakra system. When you remove the chakras and work with the older more basic system you tend to lose some stuff in turn for gaining some.

As for hemisphere re calibration its probably one of the latter things to learn. Id be learning to push out energy constructs and subtle body resetting first. these are great when you feel drained.

Energy Push.

Hands down in front, palms up ward and middle two finger tips touching. ( should be groin level )

Ground your self , plug into pachamamma and draw in earth energy ( not light ) . Big breath in, suck up the energy ball in the lower abdomen , then push this with the hands ( while still breathing in ) straight up to the face like you want to cover your eyes , then turn hands outward ( breathing out now strong ) as you push up over the head and out to the sides. This is kind of like Qi Gong.. You can do a slight knee dip down and up as you push the energy up the spine...

You can employ the Gul-Ping Method of breathing if you wish.

Mental thought as you do this move. On the in breath visualise the energy streaming into your abdomen, then as you bring the hands up it rushes up your spine and out of the top of your gateway ( crown chakra )

You should feel a climax of elerctromagnetic energy pulse through and out of the head. This clears your system and is a great way to ward off an entity trying to access your pineal gland. You want to work with Magnetism of the energetic system.

This is good for people who reach Micro Lever switching and up.

Others can use this of course but may not feel much depending on the person till you practice it a bit. As you open the energy conduits with your visualisations they will in turn become more powerful. Note : Its important to develop good Ego centre , ie powerful ego without duality. An ego should consist of honour and honesty. It should not seek to win but to synergise. Ego power is confidence without self congratulation. Achievement and observation of the prize that serves all within the task.

You MUST combine this exersise with good clean RO water and good nutrition. Good nutrition will be called upon when you start to really turn on the energy centres. The nutrition gives the body and mind resource to create the nessesary pre cursor hormones to help your pineal gland pump out the inner visions and internalised outwardly projected intentis. Its powerful to combine all these together to bring a satisfactory result.

Once you achieve this method you may miniaturise it to work in smaller areas of the body as opposed from abdomen to gateway , which is a big energy push admittedly but its easiest to manifest.

Yes all this hinges on a great many perameters. Yes your ability to manifest is proportional to your blood line, but ! it can be learned by anybody and still get results.
