IMO this is one of the most amazing Crop Circle Designs ever to be inscribed on Planet Earth.
Old News, but interesting to say the least!

Eastern Oregon was Gifted with the Sri Yantra Mandala Formation in August 1990. It arrived in a dry wilderness lake bed east of Steens Mountain, and consisted of 13.3 MILES of lines, each 10" wide and scored to a depth of 3 inches in the hardpan. The graphic below is the Sri Yantra, and the Pattern discovered in the dry earth was identical in all respects.

Four Jokers , Disinfo Clowns/ Debunkers claimed it - the joke was that they alleged they pulled a 'garden cultivator' like a plow for OVER 13 MILES, in an officially designated Wilderness Area, in the August desert heat - where not even cars are permitted. They concocted the story that they hauled all their gear 3/4-mile to the site each day. (It turned out that that was one of many discrepancies in their story, for they'd allegedly told a sergeant from the Air National Guard that their campsite was actually two miles from the Formation.) A second discrepancy: In their initial 'confession letter' to the newspaper they wrote that all four of them were hitched up simultaneously to pull the cultivator, but the video shows only two of them attempting to pull it. Another one I found of interest is the apparent major exertion seen to be required to gouge a thin 1/2"-deep line into the earth (as seen in the video) Vs that needed to create a trench 10" wide and 3" deep - apparently without effort, according to the same video. (The reason the 'real' line was easy to dig out is because it was already there - they had apparently filled in the trench with the soft dirt, and hoped to give the illusion that they were digging the furrow with their plow.) These 'variations', as well as various others, stretched my own and others' credibility well beyond believability. One can reasonably conclude that the only creativity these four expressed was through their over-active imaginations and not through any grand desert artistry.

I love this. Amazing synchronicity, just yesterday and today I have been looking for a good unadorned image of Sri Yantra after reading and listening to some John Lash material. I've been working with sacred geometry alot lately and I use crop circles as a resource and a sort of sacred geometry encyclopedia. Also Eastern Oregon is kind of my stomping grounds and where I grew up although I never heard about this formation. My heart blew wide open when I saw you posted this.

Gratitude, CW

Interesting..... What type of research are you doing with Sacred Geometry? In my early awakening stages in 2010 i was drawn into Sacred Geometry myself. The Vesica Piscis, Flower Of Life, Metatrons Cube, The Plutonic Solids, The Golden Mean, Fibinacci Sequence/Spiral and also Fractals as well.

One of my videos i created in 2010. On Fractals and Sacred Geometry. Have a Peek.

Thanks for the video, very nice. John Lash mentioned in one of his videos the idea of printing the Sri Yantra on a transparency and putting it on a mirror. He said to gaze at yourself through the image while reciting a sort of oath of intention relating to his system of Planetary Tantra and Gaian Ecosorcery. I've really been enjoying his work and highly recomend checking him out. I think it was this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m27paNkrIg8&feature=plcp.

Besides that though, I've been working on making some skin creams and healing ointments lately so I've been designing labels for them. I've decided to make each one using sacred geometry. I decided that I did not want any words on the jars but rather wanted to comunicate about the function and purpose of each cream using geometry only. In the spirit of Masaru Emoto I am intending to communicate both with the user who needs to know what's in the jar as well as the contents of the jar with whom I wish to align intentions about its purpose or function. Emoto meets Reiki. It just occured to me that this might well be the exact function of the crop circles printed on the surface of our planet also. I also use the Golden Ratio and other irrational numbers in determining the proportions of the ingredients which puts everything into a nice balance.

By starting with a S.G. image and subtracting or highlighting different features an original image is formed. I started getting the idea that I wanted to communicate in a way that was removed from all psychology and didn't rely on any context for understanding. To leave behind the mind and communicate in the pure realm of archtypes. I feel a bit like I am trying to recall the old language.

I found that even though I've been interested and studying sacred geometry for some time it wasn't until I started creating the forms from scatch, that I really began to understand them. I highly recomend any student of sacred geometry go construct Metatron's Cube or the Flower of Life from scatch and it will open new doors of understanding.

This could be laid out with a rope, a scale, a scale plan and large protractor (transit) but the depth of the grooves and size of the design make it unexplainable. Thirteen miles of lines is a lot. Most of the crop circles could be done in this manner as well but they are done so quickly that its hard to say what is going on.
