Informants and military personnel are coming forth anonymously to confirm that martial law “is right around the corner.” However, right now we are under a silent martial law and citizens are reporting strange and unexplainable activity from the US armed forces and multiple federal agencies that point to a covert preparatory operation to completely lock down America in the very near future.

Sources from multiple locations across the nation have independently confirmed that the US military are repositioning soldiers in conjunction with allied foreign troops in the initial stages of martial law.

The US military are secretly moving massive amounts of “equipment” across the country consistently for more than a year. In Phoenix, Arizona, tractor-trailers transporting tanks on public highways have been spotted. One witness stated that he saw these flatbeds multiple times in the month of June. Eyewitness reports are coming primarily from the northern and southern border states.

Peter Santilli, an ex-Marine informant who was a specialist in aviation deployed weapons, explains that a refrigerated truck, allocated by the administration department on base, was directed to the commissary, where the unsuspecting driver believed that he was transporting food. The weapon was placed at the head of the trailer, and covered up with either food stores (like cans of soup) or body bags. In the event that the truck is stopped en route, the weapon would be well hidden and go undetected by inspectors on the public highways.

Santilli, who was assigned to ride in the cab of the truck with the driver, says that his orders were to make sure the truck arrived at its destination. If there were problems concerning potential civil unrest, he was to radio into his superiors for aid by either air or ground support. Should the situation warrant serious attention, crowd control methods would be implemented.

One possible scenario was the use of cluster bomb units (CBUs) that will emit upon detonation, a “sleep and kill” chemical weapon that will not disturb infrastructure, but is lethal to all living things within the affected zone. Santilli describes these particular 3 unit CBUs as shaped like water-heaters with a coned top and plunger-like device. Once deployed in the air, a parachute assists these CBUs to the targeted area. And when detonated, a deadly chemical gas will kill every human and animal in the specified cordoned area.

The acquisition of armory by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and contracts for bullet-proof glass for checkpoint booths to be positioned strategically throughout the nation on public highways have heightened awareness that the US government is preparing for a well-planned domestic military action. DHS armored vehicles have been sighted on highways in Kentucky.

When citizens attempt to capture the activity on film, some have their cameras confiscated; sometimes after a physical altercation.

On Google Maps, where known military bases were once visible, some strategic areas are now blurred out.

John (a pseudonym) was contracted by DHS to “fill in caves mines and block trails”. Now these measures are being stepped up, as independent contractors are being brought to mountainous regions and told to block all entrances into the mountains, by way of caves and other areas where people could possibly “hide out in the hills” during a riot situation under declaration of martial law.

Forested areas in states like Montana, Missouri and Arkansas are being closed to the public while military activity is being witnessed by locals. Those commercially contracted civilians working in these areas are allocated parallel shifts and compartmentalized projects to provide for an intelligence controlled operation.

One informant relayed an incident where he was detained on a forest road by unidentified “paramilitary” officials that seized his rifle from the rack on the back of his vehicle.

Another source said that while traveling in a national forest park, he and his party were met by what appeared to be a military police officer who demanded that they turn back.

Residents in Pine Mountain, Georgia and Spruce Mountain, Nevada have had confrontations with US armed forces. When travelling in public national forested areas, military police with “automatic weapons” say that locals cannot gather wood in surrounding forested spaces (as they have traditionally done for decades). One man in particular had his rifle forcibly confiscated by unidentified armed men.

On dirt roads leading to the Lassen National Forest reserve, paving is being laid over the the gravel roads. The locals know that secret underground drilling or tunneling is being conducted. Whenever they enter the park, they are quickly escorted out by heavily armed and quite menacing persons. Even once abandoned logging roads are beginning to see activity again.

Information coming out of reserve units in Arizona is that they are being put on official alert. Military personnel are being told by superiors not to schedule vacations, and prepare to be on-call and on-duty indefinitely. According to one informant, these new assignments are not providing for deployment overseas, but rather for domestic service with the intimation that these deployments may have relation to civil unrest expectations.

In Lake Havasu, Arizona, and Colorado Springs as well as Fort Collins, Colorado, locals are coming forth to report that local fires may have been lit by foreign troops; specifically Russian forces that have been spotted in the area. These Russian troops are believed to be stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado.

Military drills, a.k.a. urban warfare, have been played out in many states by the Pentagon and other branches of the US armed forces.

In Plainville and Worchester, Massachusetts, surprised citizens witnessed last “Wednesday evening. . . military helicopters descended on the vacant Wood School [in] the late hours of the night in a scene that might have appeared to simulate the United States’ special forces attack on Osama bin Laden’s compound last year.” Many locals had their homes swooped down upon by black helicopters in an obvious display of military dominance over the general public.
Residents saw helicopters landing near Worcester Memorial Auditorium in Lincoln Square. Local newspapers were flooded with “telephone calls and e-mails . . . curious about what was happening.”
The local police claim they were unaware of the drills.

A US Army spokeswoman made a half-hearted apology for “any inconvenience or unforeseen disturbance.”

In Hollywood, Florida, DHS and the Hollywood Police Department have taken part in Master Rappelling training exercises (MPTE) with Blackhawk helicopters scheduled over various government-owned buildings. Details concerning the drills are being kept from the public for “security reasons”.

MPTE are special operations to teach law enforcement and military techniques in tactical rope and rappelling skills that can be used in helicopter deployment and advanced tactical training.

Just this month, foreign troops were caught at a Wal-Mart. They were traveling in what were described as “large government vans”.

Law-enforcement battalions have been created out of Camp Pendleton, California, consisting of specialized military police (SMPs) that would be deployed to assist in any event of civil disturbance, handling of detainees, and the use biometrics to identify suspects and conduct forensic work. Their assistance is not limited to conducting DUIs and writing speeding tickets in an effort to re-brand the Marine Corps as being more involved with average work currently allocated to local law enforcement.

Moving around in white, unmarked vans, strange troops have been seen purchasing food and water at another Wal-Mart in Franklin, Indiana. Parading in military personnel fatigues where drone activity has been reported in Oklahoma City and black helicopters were spotted hovering over a construction site.

And recent video shows hundreds of tanks being transported across California toward L.A.

According to documents from the RAND Corporation, a planned event concerning a Police Stabilization Force within the US will be “a mix of military and police forces to deal with a range of threats.” The study explains:

What the response should be
The creation of a high-end police force
Costs for this military/police collaborative force
Estimates are $637.3 million annually and including many federal agencies including: the US Marshals Service, the US Secret Service, the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) in the Department of State, and the US Army’s Military Police.

There is a media blackout concerning the “state of emergency” (code for martial law) that Anaheim, California residents have been under since the murder of a man by local police.

While protests have been conducted, residents say that “outsiders” are infiltrating peaceful demonstrations to stir up violence and ensure local and military police action against them.

While city officials are gearing up for “another large incident” and “another riot,” protesters are coming forth to voice their distain at the “infiltrators” that attended a protest that ended with the fatal shooting of two Latino men.

During protest marches in Anaheim, the white, unmarked vans have resurfaced. This time unidentified “police” detained protesters and placed them into these vans.

The increased activity across the nation in conjunction with the mounting citizen reports of seeing military on their streets, conducting urban warfare drills, and spotting foreign troops have prompted public interest in the US government’s plans to enact a full-scale martial law in America – expected by the end of this year.

The more attention that is brought to these sightings and the more people come forward with information, the safer the American public will be. The US military have orders to shoot and kill all dissenters. They are being trained to confiscate guns and detain people in “internment” or FEMA camps. For the sake of continuity of government, they are being told to turn on their own fellow Americans.

House Suddenly Votes to Adjourn by Unanimous Consent under Pressure from Obama

The House of Representatives, which only last Thursday had voted not to recess, yesterday reversed that decision without debate or explanation, and quickly approved a resolution that calls for the adjournment of the lower chamber until early September.

Last week every Democrat and 78 Republicans had voted to stay in session during August.

LPAC had campaigned against a recess, given the ongoing global process of financial disintegration, and the danger that Obama could use the recess to involve the U.S. in a war which could quickly become thermonuclear. Instead LPAC had proposed that Congress move immediately to reinstate Glass-Steagall, return to National Banking, and launch NAWAPA, and at the same time remove Obama from office.

Other reasons were given for not recessing by various Congressmen, including such unfinished business as sequestration, the Farm Bill, etc.

Nancy Pelosi had even argued: "The Republican majority is prepared to adjourn the House of Representatives to leave for the August district work period without accomplishing what the American people have sent us here to do."

But yesterday morning, with the chamber nearly empty, the clerk read S.Con.Res. 59, which the Senate approved and allows for the adjournment of the House and Senate until Sept. 10.

"Without objection the concurrent resolution is agreed to and a motion to reconsider is laid upon the table," presiding officer Rep. Mac Thornberry (R-Texas) said after the resolution was read.

After the resolution was passed in the House by unanimous consent, it was then passed in Senate, which was also in session, because it takes approval by both chambers to adjourn.

It is clear from today's vote, given the opposition to adjournment just last Thursday from the entire House Democratic caucus, that Obama prevailed in some way upon the Democratic leadership to join with the Republican leadership in adjourning. However, precisely what occurred is not yet known.

The danger is that this vote in the House gives Obama a free hand to act against the interests of the United States and the rest of the world during this crucial month of August.

You know, it just makes me wonder "what range of threats" are they talking about dealing with? Do they mean the people who are angry at that corporation in DC for all it's violations of the Constitution on the American public? I'm quite convinced they want to declare martial law. However it seems to me these kinds of articles with almost no creditable information are trying to convince us to give up mentally, martial law or not.

They are actually starting to lose everywhere in the world and will lose here too.

You really think for one second that our military doesn't know what has been done to them, and that they would follow unlawful orders, directly against their sworn oath of service, and target their families for detention and termination? This would never happen, and even if some freak contingent of roque military tried, the American people would crush them no matter the cost. Believe it friends, the bad apples are about to be hucked onto the compost pile.

I can see that there are many tendencies towards militarization, but I'd also ask -what would be the advantage of imposing full blown martial law? This would be a costly and dangerous situation that would make their intentions obvious. I think that the stereotypical type of fascism, such as the Nazi model with armed troops everywhere is problematic in a modern society. In a country like the U.S., there would be much resistance both in large cities (many different ethnic groups and races) and in rural areas (many gun owners and militias). Even thinking as one of them, wouldn't it be simpler to rule through propaganda, massive tracking and dumbing down the population, while using police and military in isolated instances (e.g. against demonstrators) than to attempt permanent martial law?

The population are a tool for those in power over them, making the people a commoditie, in order to sustain the structure, wealth and power of the United States. Hi LarryC -- i have been reading here & there on the net, that 'they' are losing/running scared -- i don't see this -- the only running i see is to the DUMBs or off-world bases

meanwhile our skies are being increasingly filled w/drones [one flew directly over me, just above tree-top level, a few weeks ago when i was taking a trail walk], & there is plenty of documentation re increasing numbers of foreign troops in our country -- also the purchase of large amounts of weapons/ammo by various fed agencies is well-documented

also our Congress, both the Senate & House, are by & large pretty spineless

as to why they would want to insitute martial law -- good question, tying in to why some beings love to control others, & these beings never seem to have a problem in finding many Humans willing to get all the fascist trappings into place --

i think perhaps the institution of martial law in the USA is tied in w/Agenda 21 -- also w/Lord Monckton's stirring speech , from about 3 min on especially , where he says that we in the USA are the last hope of stopping the NWO --

Out of all the theories going around this one has been around the longest in recent memory. Ever since I really 'woke up' about four years ago we have been seeing this one reappear in different forms for a long time. This is the only way they are going to get the guns from the people. From FEMA trains to FEMA camps there is lots evidence out there that will make one wonder why the hell they are doing these things. I mean planes are flown into some buildings and they they turn to punish us? It just doesn't make any sense at all. I guess getting molested and harassed at the airport isn't enough they are coming to a town near you soon. Fun and excitement for the whole family for one low price.

IMHO, the video stunk to h3ll of a Major "PSYOPS OPERATION". These articles and videos are meant to anger, upset and cause all out civil unrest and rebellion.

When I hear a person taken away in cuffs stating their ("NAME & D.O.B."), it smells to holy h3ll.

WHY??? Because this is the information needed by the arresting officer to "SCREW YOU"!!!

We hear people getting arrested, however; the person masked walking around the officers on horseback doesn't even get noticed.

Another supposed protester asking the officers "What role are you playing here"???

I appreciate the reference to Zappa's It Can't Happen Here, from the Freak Out LP which was my first Zappa music purchase.

I must have had that album for over 40 years now. :)

I realize rumors of martial law have been around for awhile, I really thought it might go down before Bush would cede power and the elections were to be cancelled were the rumors then.

(I still think there may have been a plan to false-flag the Republican convention in 2008, while Bush was staying away early in the proceedings, and use that to suspend elections and declare Martial Law)

I posted this article because of all the threads on the forum now focusing on related bit's and pieces of this - not because I am convinced it will happen.

LaRouchepac is a anti-Obama/Democrat Super pac by rich guy LaRouche, who wants war in Iran. I also understand he's in cahoots with that guy Silvermann who collected 11 billion dollars on the WTC and put the insurance on the buildings a month or so, before the attacks.

I wouldn't trust this guy if he burped crosses and spoke in tongues, He's a hatefilled spitefull person who would kill our President if he could pay someone to do it. He's been after President Obama since his KOCH meeting and spewing hatred every time he hears the Presidents name. If this is the type of fellow you or anyone else is following, then I definately better stay w/in ear shot of you.

Psychological warfare is at play here. Making us malleable to excepting the concept of "martial law". But then are not our freedoms already restricted by the mind set of the masses? How much freedom do we all really have, if you do not have the resources, the knowledge or the power, you have less options open to you, thus restricting your abilities to make choices.

When multiple reports are consolidated, as in the opening post of this thread, it becomes impractical to chase down each report to see "what really happened".

But in my experience, it is pretty much guaranteed that

the activities reported in the original post appeared quite different to those who experienced them first hand than they seem in this report,
the real purposes of these activities are different, at several levels, from the apparent purposes as reported above,
the real purposes of the above report (to alert us to the risk of impending martial law in the US, I guess) are not what they appear, and
what was unmentioned, not even hinted at or lied about, is more important than what is mentioned.

This is a third-hand report, but it's credible enough to be worth posting here.

In April of this year (2012) I was visiting friends in western Montana. They, in turn, had a friend in Eureka, Montana, about 100 miles away -- and this man knew some river guides that led rafting parties down the upper Kootenai.

The rafting guides were descending the river, I believe towards the end of last year (2011). From their raft, they spotted a railroad siding full of unusual boxcars. It was right next to the river, and there was no road anywhere near.

They pulled ashore to take a look -- and the boxcars were the same type earlier reported as having shackles and chains and seemingly being designed to transport human prisoners.

There are one or two notorious photos on the internet, such as these from http://texemarrs.com:

I was keen to visit the site and capture some incontrovertible video. But at that time (April) it was too early for the river guides to be back on the river -- and my friends' friend (who knew the guides) did not know the exact location of the boxcar siding. In any event, this would only have been accessible by rail or down the river itself.

So the report remains an intriguing rumor. But it's another data point that contributes to a very disturbing pattern of increasing probabilities.

I'm sure new lock down secret prisons exist throughout the United States. After all if riots happen under Martial Law, and there isn't enough space in the current prison system, the people they arrest will have to be placed somewhere. Mobile prison trains is another aspect or even prison ships off shore. That is of course if it isn't shoot to kill policy?

re Bill's post/photo of the trains: when i lived in Boulder i was friends w/a man who worked for the railroad, a 'quality control' job w/our country's grain shipments

he said that in 2006, we had a very good harvest, but that almost all of it was being shipped out of the country -- i think that actually it was being diverted to the DUMBs [my intuition]--

in 2007, he said we also had an abundant harvest, but that suddenly there was a major shortage of trains -- no one knew why, but Bill's photo gives the answer, i think [alas]

Bill, i thought those boxcars were for transporting vehicles (new cars etc) as the 'shackles' are spaced to hold wheels, and therefore rather big for a person. A long time ago someone posted a picture of them being used exactly for this purpose.

Anyone who adheres to the concepts of maintaining our national sovereignty, the Constitution and rejects the concept of United Nations world government control in its place is labeled by the government as a "resister of the New World Order."

Have you ever listened to alternate news radio broadcasts exposing the NWO? They are all telling America the truth about the New World Order and its dark agenda for America via the UN/martial law agenda. And every independent reporter, including myself, knows that they are irrevocably marked for persecution under the NWO/martial law agenda our nation is now entering into. People like them are the more open and obvious examples of "resisters of the NWO."

Even now, listed silently in classified government/military/intelligence community computers are the names of millions of fellow American Patriots ALREADY PROFILED as "resisters of the NWO."

Such people have been marked for priority arrest, transport to these modern concentration camps (under FEMA or military jurisdiction,) interrogation in some cases, and ultimately termination for many.

Interrogation? "Are you a member of the militia? Who is your leader? Where are your secret cells located? How many secret weapons caches do you have?" Or, "Who is your Pastor? Where are your food supplies hidden? How many belong to your prayer group?" Etc.

The CIA and the military have been secretly perfecting both mind control drugs and torture techniques designed to force compliance or to be used in interrogation sessions. I have been personally informed by former CIA planners of the NWO agenda under martial law that those arrested can anticipate "...brutal rape, torture and death once they are arrested and taken to the camps!"

I know the credibility of these sources and I do not make these statements lightly. The people whom I have interviewed on this subject have been part of the "inner planning" of the coming New World order takeover for years. They know of what they speak.

As one former CIA admitted, "I even helped design the blueprints for some of these camps. And although NOW I greatly regret my role, the camps stand to this day and will be activated under martial law."

It was then that this source paused, looked intently into my eyes and revealed, "...I tell you, it will be brutal rape, torture and death once they are arrested and taken to the camps..."

One person who worked with military planners for NWO takeover admitted to me during an interview, "We NWO satanists sat around discussing how long we could prolong the lives of arrested Christians under torture until they finally expired. We came up with 11-13 days."

This source exposing the NWO agenda, CISCO WHEELER, has written several books on this subject, including CIA/mlitary torture/mind control drugs testing and their victims, and whose father was a military participant in all this.

Particularly hated by the NWO agenda are Christians who, for Bible-based reasons, will refuse to participate in their Luciferic based NWO. Former Satanists/Illuminati, who are the backbone of the NWO, have admitted this to me repeatedly. And this is the reason why Christians will be considered a major target for arrest and removal as NWO takeover progresses in America.

How many times must I emphasize this to wake up the churches in America???

I have interviewed victim-survivors of the CIA/military torture practice sessions in facilities such as China Lake Naval Ordnance Research facility. Neither infants nor children were spared the horrors of such brutal testing... testing that left many of them either dead or scarred for life. Those "resisters of the NWO" who are not speedily terminated at the many gassing/cremating or microwaving facilities across America, Canada and Alaska may instead be diverted to facilities such as those located in deep underground military bases for human experimentation UNTIL THEY EXPIRE. (Remember Joseph Mengele and the Nazi doctors? Sadly, history DOES repeat itself.)

Or turned over to Satanist covens for human sacrifice cannon fodder. I have inside basis and independent, repeat confirmations for each and every statement I have just made.

EYE WITNESS SIGHTINGS OF PRISONER BOXCARS WITH SHACKLES

I have interviewed many eye-witnesses to these prisoner boxcars. There are several varieties of prisoner boxcars, ranging from all new, metal, modern versions higher than average boxcars to refurbished older boxcars. Some versions have the modern guillotines (imported from Japan and China) installed in them, others do not. But ALL have shackles installed to restrain prisoners.

One variety of prisoner boxcars has been imported from China, in the form of 40 foot cargo containers, with shackles installed and a modern guillotine at the head of each one. Their TRUE intentions are easily concealed from public scrutiny and have no windows. For all practical purposes, they appear to be normal Chinese cargo containers (like HANJIN, COSCO, etc.) that can be piggybacked on train flatbeds or trucks.

It has been reported to me by NWO agenda investigator Lee Harrington that originally 20,000 of these prisoner cargo containers were ordered from China. These were ordered under secret contract through one cooperating Congressman who met with officials in China. (And you WONDER why NWO supporters like Clinton and Bush Sr. and Jr. have had "love affairs" with China??? China, through supplying these prisoner boxcars, has just enabled them to more speedily terminate the hated resisters of their New World Order!)

Some prisoner boxcars have been observed in Montana, at one point near Columbia Falls in the Glacier area. Personal friends taking a missionary journey across America stumbled upon them during a picture-taking expedition in the forest near Columbia Falls. My friend Marie McCullough recounted,

"We were following the railroad tracks into the forest, so that we would not get lost and could find out way out. We were surprised as we followed them deeper into the woods to discover boxcars, looking out of place and all painted black. Suspicious, we decided to look inside one if we could. We saw one that had a door partially open. We struggled to slide it open all the way, and when our eyes adjusted to the dark interior, what we saw shocked us. There were rows of shackles installed in the boxcar. My friend Rose pointed to the end of the boxcar and I said, 'Rose, what IS that?'"

"She replied, 'Why, Marie, don't you SEE what that is??? IT'S A GUILLOTINE! "

"We were frightened by then, and decided to follow the railroad tracks and leave the area. When we returned to our host's home and shared what we had seen, they got angry and told us, 'we WARNED you to stay away from that area! It has guards with rifles... you could have gotten killed!'"

Marie admits she is under government surveillance and her phone is constantly monitored... simply for discovering a deadly NWO secret. When I finally traveled to Montana to investigate, I encountered Patriots in Columbia Falls who admitted that, while hunting in the northern wilderness above Glacier, they had stumbled on these boxcars on remote sidetracks as well. (They also encountered Russian soldiers in training with American military counterparts.)

I also met with Lee Harrington of Vallier, MT, former military liason officer and later a metal worker who admitted that there had been a "boxcar with shackles" operation in Glasgow, MT that employed summer youth workers one year to help weld shackles into boxcars.

From there, they were shipped west along Highway 2, through Cut Bank and on to remote areas around Glacier to remain concealed on remote sidetracks until the hour of martial law takeover and their grim deployment. (These are the older boxcars that have been refurbished and painted black.)

One eye-witness from the Cut Bank Indian reservation personally observed these boxcars as they slowly passed through his reservation, noting the doors on some still open and the shackles plainly in view. Disturbed about what he saw, he reported this to a Montana Christian intercessors' group, which reported this to me in person in Bozeman, MT.

I personally observed, while investigating in White Fish near Kalispell in the Glacier area, frequent trains arriving with the Chinese 40 foot cargo containers on board, double stacked, all pulled by BURLINGTON NORTHERN/SANTA FE. While I realized that many could be legitimately filled with consumer goods, I also knew that others could be the deadly prisoner boxcar cargo containers. It was impossible to tell one from the other.

People who know this dark truth reported to me with alarm that many of these 40 foot cargo containers have been seen building up at Long Beach Naval Shipyards, which has been turned over to the Chinese. Knowing the role that Chinese troops will play against American resisters of the NWO/UN takeover (through the Trilateral Alliance Treaty secret agreement with China to deploy their troops against Americans offering resistance under martial law,) they are suspicious as to their nature.

TRUCKERS ENCOUNTER MODERN GUILLOTINES

Truckers also know some deadly secrets of the New World Order agenda for America. In the course of traveling thousands of miles across America to research this subject, I have interviewed many truckers and their contacts.They have admitted to me personally that they or their trucker buddies have delivered shipments of the MODERN GUILLOTINES, manufactured in China and Japan, and unloaded on the loading docks of San Diego and other west coast ports of entry.

Guillotine shipments have been going on in earnest for many years now, and eyewitness sightings have increased. Military sources have admitted helping unload such deadly cargos at military facilities, to be stored in warehouse for the hour of NWO/UN takeover. Incredulous over the early reports I received of guillotines in America, I discussed this subject with Patriot investigator Ed Pack, and former CIA NWO planner Elaine.

Both admitted that the guillotines were a reality. Elaine commented, "I have been to the manufacturing plant in Japan where they are made. And I have stood on the loading docks of San Diego as they were unloaded to be distributed across America. At THAT time I rejoiced, because I knew what they would be used for the termination of Christians who stood in the way of our New World Order!"

Such sentiments were echoed to me by former high level Illuminati/Satanist DOC MARQUIS, now of CHRISTIANS EXPOSING THE OCCULT. Doc told me that when he was personally flown out to the FEMA gassing/crematory detention camp in the Mojave (it has a landing strip) he rejoiced as he was shown around ths deadly compound.

"My sentiments? I rejoiced over the thought that Christians would be terminated in this place." ("Christians" in reference to being "resisters of the New World Order...THEIR Illuminati NWO! Doc is now a Christian and is exposing the deadly secrets of the NWO.)

FURTHER EYE WITNESSES TO THE NWO/NOAHIDE LAWS GUILLOTINES

Personal friends (Russian Christians that I network with across America) I have interviewed in Washington State have seen the guillotines in the back of one truck. Two state troopers pulled over a truck on the highway these eyewitnesses were traveling on. They were detained by this.

They watched as the trucker led the troopers to the back of the truck and broke the seal and opened the doors to disclose the contents.

"We were shocked to see that the truck was filled from front to back with nothing but guillotines!"

Satisfied, the troopers then left. These Russian Christians in the car behind the truck came out to talk with the trucker. He was terrified about what his truck contained: it was a sealed shipment. He had not been informed of his deadly cargo! The eyewitnesses recounted, "He was so shocked he turned in his truck and his papers and refused to even deliver his shipment and simply walked away..." (These eyewitnesses are solid Christians living in Spokane, WA.)

That is less than 4 days before the start of the Democrat National Convention.

While the article is extreme and chilling (to the point of being hard to believe!) -- I was a little shocked to read independent confirmation of my friend's account of the boxcars in Montana. It all fits. (And I wish it didn't.)

The article might be paranoid fantasy and invention. But, if true, it could not be more important.

I have no doubt Bill that you shared here exactly what you were given and had confirmed by various sources.
However there are a lot of honest decent people in the forces and of course many Christians.
I believe that an overwhelming number of these would just not go along with this--- not enough hard core would be left to carry out the elimination of millions of Americans.
A relatively long period of indoctrination would be required to bring this off, as with Hitler Youth Camps-- SS training.
Hitler appealed to patriotism and elitism while NWO does not have as far as I can see that necessary element that would appeal to enough people to bring off mass extermination or concentration camps.

My thoughts are if ICE and TSA need 5 years to complete their order of 450 million rounds of hollow point bullets then I'm thinking were a long ways off yet for the wheels to fall off the cart. Looking at the US in a snapshot, we have the highest ever assitance going on, food is abundant and free, and there are so many give away programs I really don't see a reason for people to start anything.

U.S. corporations have the most cash in the bank that they have ever had, I think 2-3 trillion cash, one big obsticle why they are not spending the money is Obamacare and the unknown costs associated with that and since the administration is so anti-business my guess is that many businesses aren't spending the money because they want to see an administration change. Just a guess and my 2 cents , Could be wrong but......

Bill, i thought those boxcars were for transporting vehicles (new cars etc) as the 'shackles' are spaced to hold wheels, and therefore rather big for a person. A long time ago someone posted a picture of them being used exactly for this purpose.

Yes, they are designed for vehicle transport. I contacted Union Pacific (all those box cars carry the Union Pacific logo, is my understanding) on this matter at one time regarding this issue. They even sent a rep to join the forum I was on to discuss the matter. He said that if these cars were intended for human transport in "shackles" that members of Union Pacific would have been up in arms about it. Now of course this proves nothing but neither does all the fear mongering.

No one has proved anything.

i was also thinking that Humanity really needs a massive consciousness awakening -- i read of a study in which it was determined that in order for fascism to succeed, it takes roughly 30% of the people to don the uniforms, get the perks & paychecks, & put the bureaucratic /mil structure of fascism into place

FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS: Locations and Executive Orders

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really want to be on Ashcroft's list.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

Now let's review the justification for any actions taken...

Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:...

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990

allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995

allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997

allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998

allows the government to seize all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports, and waterways.

allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.

allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

assigns emergency preparedness function to federal departments and agencies, consolidating 21 operative Executive Orders issued over a fifteen year period.

This is ridiculous. You can even order a toy train car of the auto carrier model from Lionel. The company Trailer Train is but one of the manufacturers. My dad worked his entire career for the railroad and I can confidently state that these are in fact used for transporting autos. They use the enclosed boxcars so that the cars don't show up at the dealerships dirty and damaged from rocks, bugs, hail, etc. It also keeps theives at bay. Railyards are not "in the best areas of towns" and thieves would strip the new cars to the bones like rabid hyenas if they weren't protected. He's got a great set of photos of several hundred new Honda Accords strewn about the tracks after a derailment once they left the Marysville, Ohio manufacturing plant.

Edit to add: A little common sense also helps here. The logistics of chaining people would be a nightmare for crowd control. Zip ties (disposable handcuffs) are much cheaper, easier to use, and would allow for more efficient loading of sheeple.

I had heard about the boxcars with shackles, in the 1990's. it was a report from and on the Art Bell show, in a phone call with or an apparent report from a welder who had stated they had done the shackle welding, on contract.

At the time....I just happened to be wrapped in a blanket, late at night, in the dark, listening to a wind up radio...in a major power outage, in the middle of the winter..while heating a sealed off room in the house..with candles. Listening to Art Bell, whom I'd never heard of before.... on this wind up radio, on shortwave. To top it off...I had just smoked some weed.

(which, one might imagine...wasn't being all that effective in damping any potential paranoia :p ) (Then again, i always wanted to get a t-shirt which has Mel Gibson's line from 'conspiracy theory', which is "I'm only paranoid because they are trying to kill me")

I'm not trying to make light of the subject, but to indicate that this subject has been around and publicly debated for a very long time, leading edge story wise - I having received such data in the late 1990's.

My personal take on this is that MANY of us have personal stories that we'd LIKE to tell, but those stories would threaten the people involved.

And that those stories would potentially work, and be cohesive, if all of them where to be fit together, the tale would be nearly seamless.

And, like Bob dean, I try to put myself in such situations where clarity can emerge..by engaging people in public with my stories and reports, on an individual basis.

when this is done, I find that many people have incidental, and anecdotal stories which can fill in the holes of the given potentials, in various ways, and thus give one a much better picture of what is going on.

Could it be that the U.S. is preparing for a very major devastating disaster where hundreds of thousands of people would be left homeless and foodless?. Caring for these people is better done in centralized shelters like it or not.

Here's a must-read document written in 2004 by economist Al Martin. It's entitled Protocols For Economic Collapse In America.

It was published on rense.com four years later in 2008 -- hence the misleading date on the document.

Disregard the first 4 pages (referring to the Bush regime 8 years ago). Start reading near the top of page 5.

I didn't follow your instructions very well :). Nor do I agree with Al Martin on this paper, either the first four pages or the rest :).

The first four pages are, in my view, wrong not because we have Obama instead of Bush as President now, but are wrong because they have the dynamics of what controls our finances at the highest levels wrong. Accounting sheets do not control; power politics controls. In these first four pages, it says:

It doesn't have the slack. In other words, it can't refinance stealth debt by
issuing more stealth debt anymore. Nor can they bleed money out of the
system like they could in the 1980s by hiding it when the overt policies of
the Bush-Cheney regime are already producing a budget deficit of 6% of
Gross Domestic Product. There is no other mechanism that they could use
anymore to hide expansion of debt that could be used to service said stealth
debt, and they are, frankly, running out of assets that they can steal from
the American people.

That day came and went, in the second half of 2008, and the result was that the Federal Reserve started covering the US debt, using various smoke and mirrors mechanisms known by such names as Quantitative Easing and Operation Twist. When other wealthy nations could no longer purchase all the US debt, the Federal Reserve did.

Some details in the rest of the paper don't ring true to me either. I'm doubting that the US Dollar will suddenly be declared worthless (no value) domestically. Rather I am suspecting that it will become worth less (reduced value) in foreign markets, raising the cost of imports, such as food, fuel and goods (America imports much of what it uses.) This will create a slower rising crisis, as Americans become economically squeezed. Then the trigger points will be the failure of major financial institutions and players (banks, central banks, state and local governments, nations not using their own currency, ...) These could cascade and result in a sudden crisis precipitating the reworking of the world financial and monetary system.

The two largest markets in the world, (1) derivatives (bets on interest rates and foreign currency exchange rates) and (2) US Treasury debt, will fail. These two markets are entwined, so will likely fail together. World economic trade will freeze up, and Americans will go starving and begging. Martial law will be imposed to maintain control over a rioting populace, not as some event triggered by a technical imbalance on some accounting sheet in the US Dept of Treasury. The domestic US price of non-essentials will fall (good time to buy flat screen TVs on Craigs list, real cheap, if you have the cold hard cash) while the domestic US price of survival essentials (food, gas, toilet paper, booze, cigarettes, ammo, ...) will rise sharply.

The smoothest, quickest, way out of this would be if we have a major overhaul of the world financial system and cleanup of the major failed financial institutions. Americans would be poorer, reduced to such wealth as we could actually mine or manufacture.

Whether we end up taking this way out, or some other more eventful way, remains to be seen.

Re medical supplies ... I read a blog from someone who survived the Croatia debacle. He said people died from simple cuts, because they were so run down, from lack of food, clean water, surrounded by the dead and dying, cold because all the trees in the surrounding area (and wooden furniture) had already been cut down ... (he said as well, if he *had* toilet paper, he would have sold it for food).

He did emphasize, stock up on lighters, they will become more valuable than gold.

IF you had cash, a single can would go for the equivalent of 40.00 USD.

If you had high security around your home, you were the first to be broken open and stripped. It was important to make your home look as bad as possible.

As well, you need a team, you would not make it alone. They had five people at all times on watch around the home (one hidden).

Once these essentials are in short supply, it will effect those at the middle and lower status of society. It will not effect the rich or the powerful. It seems to make sense if the military (or national guard) were to get involved with civil problems, it would be more than likely they would be deployed to protect vital areas to maintain a working government primary. Then electricity or power stations, water facilities, and gas suppliers. Any disturbances would be under the preview of law enforcement officials, local sheriffs, marshals, and probably the FBI to some extent. This marital law could be a ploy to push through less strict legislation.

It is to some extent uncertain what is going to occur. It does seem as a previous post said "americentric".

There are protocols in place in the U.S. as there is in any Euro country for contingencies incase of a financial collapse or systemic collapse of some sort inc disasters to keep order and protect the wheels of Govt and food and medical supplies and so on...It is a last ditch resort.

The main reason it will never happen (unless a serious crisis demands it) is that it tends to organise and inform resistence within a given society, especially an armed one such as America. You don't teach your 'enemy' how to fight you...It is very difficult to maintain martial law against the wider population if not impossible over any length of time.

You don't give the game away because there is no dress rehersal...Much better to continue to rule through the soft power of finance/media and security services/forces. The best way to keep control is to keep the apparatus of control out of sight and as invisible as possible...Once the genie is out of the bag and the state is seen as a threat by people they have a varifiable target and something they can fight.

Assistance is all just part of system that we all participate in. The haves at the top of the system and the have nots at the basement, I know the haves look down their noses at the have nots in order to avoid looking at how they participate in the system. There's no difference, its a system everyone contributes too regardless if one is taking from the system or paying in to it.

Getting on assistance is very hard if you are poor, and in need. Getting on assistance if you are wealthy, relatively educated and self employed is very easy. Getting on assistance if you are not a US citizen is very easy. Who most takes advantage of assistance programs. The second category. Who is taking advantage of the system. Those offering assistance primarily. Does that make the haves angry. Why? It's their level that is most taking advantage . That's why we don't look at that.

Two to three family member homes making a median income of 1200 to 1800 dollars a month are primarily the least likely to be on assistance. There is a reason for that because the work that one has to invest to get a pittance stipend from the State isn't even worth it.

There are no give away programs unless you are wealthy enough to play the system.

To get cash assistance in the State of Michigan one has to have 20 hours of supervised job search in the employment services sectors chosen by the DHS. Then another forty hours of documented job search. How is this a give away? After that the same criteria follows in the form of enforced community service. A give away? For who? This is form of approved slavery, you get pittance a few 40 dollars a week , a dollar an hour. Who benefits from it. Employers who get virtually free work for nothing. The State who gets slave labor for virtually nothing.

The state of Michigan offers a talent bank for those employers who could quit bitching about how others suck off the system (if its not them themselves) and hire in need people. Do they utilize that. No they do not. Companies are not overly anxious to hire those who need it the most but they are the most apt to bitch where their tax dollars are going.

If one has a complaint to the DHS about those abusing the system, they do not respond to it. YOU have to get a lawyer and have it investigated, particularly if it affects you. It doesn't affect the DHS. Have you hired a lawyer to investigate the abuses in perceived give away programs?

Do you know how angry some people from having to go on assistance after working 4o hours a week because their employer doesn't pay them enough to live. How angry would you be? How angry would you be if you were forced to work 40 hours a week and be paid 30 dollars? Doing the sort of work that State Employee works make 600-700 dollars a week doing? How angry would you be if you had to work 40 hours a week at a regular job and then work more under the supervision of the state because you are officially underemployed? Or officially underpaid. Or getting 20 dollars in food stamps? Do you think that might be unequal for anyone?

Do you know how many people with Bachelor degrees are on assistance in the state of Michigan. Do you think they may not be angry for investing that much time in education only to be forced onto state assistance.

Do you know how many employers are taking only college educated people, and paying them 9 to 10 dollars an hour, to do menial jobs? Because they can ask for the cream of the crop, and pay them waste level sewage incomes. Where does that leave room for the less educated to work at? At the assistance level. Who is creating this situation? Everyone --the state, the employers, its not the in need creating the system.

Is the have nots creating this situation? Or is our legislation and the employers in Michigan creating this situation. I don't think the have nots have the influence to create this situation of bank and auto company bailouts, economic collapse, loss of employment resources. Someone higher up the food chain is making that situation.

If one wants to get rid of the powers that be influence on a global level one suggests how its manifesting itself on the local level.

Who promotes assistance the most. The State. It's on every state website. The entity that everyone pays into. Get on assistance. You very seldom ever see ads for "We'll help you find employment and make you independent" ads on the State Websites. Granted the state offers a free employment service to employers who don't use it.

We have the highest assistance levels ever because we have the highest levels of unemployment in the nation. If you think 20 dollars in food assistance a week average is abundant give away program' you might want to revise what abundance is. How abundant do you feel purchasing 20 dollars worth of groceries a week.

The people taking advantage of the system are not in need people, they have the resources to play the system.

Businesses are NOT spending money, but they creating this crisis as well by not spending money...meaning not hiring employees.

Ironically enough the State Unemployment Services is the most severely understaffed government entity is the state. Why don't they hire a few in need people?

Do you not think it makes me angry to know that my ex husband is on assistance, living on 500k house, drawing child support for a child that doesn't live with him. Or that he found the means to rob her bank account in order to fund his assistance? I have a 16 year old child that has to pay her own child support. Do you not think that makes her angry? That he can claim indigence on one hand, and then hire a 5000k lawyer to hide how he doesn't qualify for assistance at all. She cannot go on a health insurance plan that is paid for by an employer because it would infringe on the fringe benefits he gets from the state. That she is denied proper health care because it would infringe on her father's right to be a parasite. You don't think she's angry about that. It also makes her a 'delinquent' for having the temerity to be angry at this sort of system that does not benefit her at all. She has a delinquent mentality because she's not buying the **** the system offers.

Do you think in need are creating this sort of abusive system? Do you think my daughter has created this situation for herself?

Perhaps we spend more time examining those people who are on OUR own level of the social assistance system, and stop worrying about the 20 dollars of 'abundance' the typical assistance receiver is receiving in give away programs.

There are some good reasons for people who are not in the cellar of this social system to become angry. Are they?

No. Those who have the most resources to do something about it, are the least likely to do anything about it. Including educate themselves on the matter.

My thoughts are if ICE and TSA need 5 years to complete their order of 450 million rounds of hollow point bullets then I'm thinking were a long ways off yet for the wheels to fall off the cart. Looking at the US in a snapshot, we have the highest ever assitance going on, food is abundant and free, and there are so many give away programs I really don't see a reason for people to start anything.

U.S. corporations have the most cash in the bank that they have ever had, I think 2-3 trillion cash, one big obsticle why they are not spending the money is Obamacare and the unknown costs associated with that and since the administration is so anti-business my guess is that many businesses aren't spending the money because they want to see an administration change. Just a guess and my 2 cents , Could be wrong but......

If you're referrring to Nicaragua or Chile/El Salvador there is no comparison to what would take place if martial law is applied in America. Totally different ball game. Practically the whole of America is armed for a start.

I'm not sure we need to bring democracy back to America . Politics and government were really just meant to be a means of organizing people, there's better ways to organize people than democracy. An original concept of governance is needed. Or organization. But people have to be self governing in order to have functional governing entity. We are pieces of what is supposed to be a whole. If half the or just a few of the pieces are not functional that is going to keep the whole from being functional.

Maybe we the people are not so hot at politics but surely among we have some good organizers?

While we are obsessing over the separation (or lack of) between Church and State nobody notices the separation of State and People. Or even the separation from their own principals, there are no principals if people so easily swayed.

Life , liberty and the pursuit of happiness is not possible when politics turns into "I'd rather be right than happy."

An example: Candidate X is dumber than a box of rox but he's a shoe in for office because he said emotionally appealing to his constituents. So the opposing party driven in desperation, knowing the US citizen will shoe in an idiot resorts to sexually slandering Candidate X even if not true. Acts of desperation posing as governing. Because the US Citizen will shoe in someone who is dumber than a box of rox but they won't shoe in someone who has sexual history.

I'd rather be miserable and jobless than let that pervert into office!

But we the people in part are responsible for not being honest with themselves and letting these idiots drive them emotionally. People get something out of staying in this sort dysfunctional way of going. Maybe not a job, a good economy, good quality medicine, or any quality of life but they get to know that they have something in common with someone at the top of the heap. That makes them feel powerful. They aren't powerful, but they can reassure themselves they have something in common with what they percieve as their betters so it lends them a false sense of righteousness and power.

We should all be at the core of it liberals, not people taking liberties with common sense, but the reclamation of freedom. Liberating ourselves. Ideally...(being idealistic here instead of realistic)

Psychologically speaking conservative and liberal are emotional sets that are leveraged through our politicians.

Little municipalities like mine you still see democracy working in a reasonably acceptable way I would just call it common sense though --ON THE PART OF THE PEOPLE not the governing party. One thing about living in cow town, is the locals don't know much but to keep animals you have to have common sense and it can applied somewhere besides the manure heap. On that point, weren't most of the original freedom fighters when the US was fighting for independence, not politicians but farmers?

. The local governing bodies have jobs, outside of politics, they aren't paid to be politicians, or governors. On the one occasion one made a bid to be a full time township attendant we are like why? We have no infrastructure, there's no taxes except for property taxes, there's like two liquor licenses, what are you going to attend to full time?

This same people on their street level of perception have power over the local government, but they still behave in a dysfunctional way when we get into a state or federal level.

That alternately makes me hopeful and frustrates me at the same time.

I wouldn't know where to start to bring back some semblence of democracy to America.

In simple terms: a full spectrum operations manual that details stratagems both domestic and foreign.

Presidential administrative National Security Strategy documents explain how to defend the Republic within domestic borders with suggested scenarios where a group of political reactionaries commandeer a prominent area of a town or city which requires that the US Army support local law enforcement in conjunction with state officials – including local government representatives.

In times of domestic insurrection, the Executive Branch can enforce armed support to state governments and local police departments with or without their approval because the continuity of government is the endgame and must be preserved. In this event, domestic intelligence gathering become paramount to maintain a clear chain of military command to be able to stop the home-grown insurgency.

This would empower the Department of Homeland Security with the approval of the President, to enact the Insurrection Act and deploy armed troops with in the US to stop rebellion, insurrection, and lawlessness. While the initial powers are reserved for the state and local governments, and Posse Comitatus (PCA) restricts and delays the Executive Branch in enforcement, the current presidential administration with the aid of the Pentagon is seeking to rescind the PCA in order to facilitate control over domestic terrorism

The reason I posted the article was not so much the economic analysis (you know far more about economics than I do) -- but for paragraphs like this, copied below.

These detail what Al Martin states is planned.

According to Martin, he's seen and read the documents. That was what I wanted to draw attention to.

All federal agencies had individual collapse protocols that ultimately got coordinated through the Department of Defense. Obviously, the Department of Defense would be the ultimate coordinator because it would need to have special forces available, on a stand-by basis, ready, that could quickly parachute into areas all over the country, into the cities particularly, to secure federal properties and assets.

And that's literally how it would begin. By the end of the third day, it would be all over -- a state of martial law. We're not talking about war, now; this is just economic collapse.

There's no military implication here, no political, no social implication or policy directive thereunto. This is strictly economic collapse. By the end of Day Three, effectively, all banks in the world will be shut down, all paper currencies will become valueless. Martial law would be declared. There would be no continuing transactions, at least for a period of time, of commodities. All providers of fuels and foods would be shut down automatically.

They have this in great detail too. U.S. Department of Defense Special 117th Assault Unit would parachute in to seize control of the cattle yards in Oklahoma City. This is how well it's planned. In other words, economic collapse would automatically involve expansive military action and control.

My restating the economics of the situation, from the several year old details in Martin's article, to present circumstances, was not controversial. Clearly the monetary system did not blow up in the particular manner described by Martin, in George W. Bush's second term. Clearly also, my restating has an excellent chance of being shown wrong, by future events, just as Martin's expectations were.

I'm sure such plans as Martin reported existed, and exist now. I'm sure also that variations on those plans exist, that newer plans have been introduced, and that existing plans have changed. Pretty clearly, our "masters" are preparing, as one likely option, a major clamp down on the people living in the USA. Ouch ...

On page six of his document, Martin states:

Day Three, 9:00 p.m., the President of the United States would declare a
state of martial law. All financial transactions would come to an end. The
Treasury would act to formally de-monetize the U.S. dollar and declare it
worthless.
Almost the entire economy, for almost all residents of the US, runs on Dollars, and has for the most part (the Southern Confederacy during the War Between the States, 1861-1865, being the obvious exception) for the last two centuries. I claim that the US Federal government, even with the full backing of all banks, news media, police and military, lacks the power to suddenly and by fiat de-energize the US Dollar within the domestic US.

Ah - another aspect of what Martin anticipated also doesn't seem right to me.

I think there is an essential pre-condition, a prior event, that must occur before such martial law is imposed, and that this pre-condition is not the one Martin stated.

Martin stated that the essential pre-condition to martial law was the technical bankruptcy, in accounting terms, of the United States.

Whether or not the US is technically bankrupt in accounting terms is a minor detail, in my view. The accountants will be told when and whether to report such an answer, and they will deliver numbers as they have been ordered to deliver them. They and their numbers are pawns in this game.

They seem to always tell us in some sense what they are going to do, in this case I sense it may be what they've been telling us for a few years now....shutting the grid down and blaming it on a solar flare. Very few people are prepared for something like this and within a matter of a week or two many people will be quite desperate and rather quite hungry.....and willing to do about anything to get a bite to eat. Most communications will be down and things will get way out of hand rather quick and chaos will be the cause for martial law and extreme measures to take place to get things somewhat under control to some extent. A lot of "serious business" so to speak can be done to people to restore order to some extent and basically very few would know what is actually going on.......it would basically be a skeet shoot in my opinion in many areas, sadly many innocent people would be the skeet.

Just my thoughts about one possible scenario....

PS: shutting the grid down would also stop almost all financial activity immediately.....and perhaps as little as 6 weeks they could flick the switch back on and it would be a whole new world order in place.....slapping humanity in to not having a choice what so ever except to accept the new system(s) or basically die or be left out of the loop so to speak. People would be so desperate they would accept anything after 6 weeks or so of chaos and or slaughter....

a few more of my contrary thoughts:

i don't think the system is being deballed & the controllers are running scared -- i think they themselves are 'deballing' it , as part of one of their long-term clever plans

also we no longer have just USA soldiers in our country -- there are troops from quite a few other places in the world here, some of the mercenary frame of mind ['Will kill for $$']

also, i've wondered if the camps have been set up for after whatever it is that many feeling coming, finally gets here -- a pole shift, or Momma Earth being disturbed enough by some outside force that all her oceans slosh around all over the planet for a while

others have confirmed my intuition that many of the FEMA camps are underground, probably adjunct to the DUMBs -- some of the controllers are not Human, & some eat Humans -- so i'm thinking that w/the Humans surviving the Big Thing coming -- the plan is to herd them into the camps as a food/slave labor source, before we all inconveniently die off on the surface

I'm quite convinced they want to declare martial law. However it seems to me these kinds of articles with almost no creditable information are trying to convince us to give up mentally, martial law or not.

They are actually starting to lose everywhere in the world and will lose here too.

Fear porn at its best... all of these fearful reports are detailing nothing more than the last, dying gasp of an inherently corrupt, worldwide system that has been deballed and is about to be sent packing; these troops are moving into place to do just that.
You really think for one second that our military doesn't know what has been done to them, and that they would follow unlawful orders, directly against their sworn oath of service, and target their families for detention and termination? This would never happen, and even if some freak contingent of roque military tried, the American people would crush them no matter the cost. Believe it friends, the bad apples are about to be hucked onto the compost pile.

I can see that there are many tendencies towards militarization, but I'd also ask -what would be the advantage of imposing full blown martial law? This would be a costly and dangerous situation that would make their intentions obvious. I think that the stereotypical type of fascism, such as the Nazi model with armed troops everywhere is problematic in a modern society. In a country like the U.S., there would be much resistance both in large cities (many different ethnic groups and races) and in rural areas (many gun owners and militias). Even thinking as one of them, wouldn't it be simpler to rule through propaganda, massive tracking and dumbing down the population, while using police and military in isolated instances (e.g. against demonstrators) than to attempt permanent martial law?

This is exactly how I feel. I am prior military myself and the people I know in the military would never go along with doing anything to harm innocent people. So unless they are going to flip a switch and make all the soldiers zombies because of something implanted in us or robots take over I dont see this "going the intended distance".

Yeah :).

I am imagine they'd be tempted to say something like: "Send us your gold and we'll forgive you those Treasury bonds."

Actually, they're probably already saying as much, by using their stash of Treasuries to purchase access to raw materials and markets in other nations, and by buying up and mining as much gold as they can, as quietly as they can. They are also working as many trade deals as they can that not denominated in the US Dollar.

When it comes time to overhaul the world's monetary system, away from having the US Dollar as the world's reserve currency, China will have a seat at the table.

Illuminate want a fear filled populus as they are easily controlled---- hence I am some what suspicious of information that brings with it fear and dread.
It also perpetrates--- (it fosters) the them and us mentality--- ideal for controllers agenda.

What do they fear?---- Spiritual frequency rising, increasing.
Dont doubt the power of spiritual wakening--- it affects everyone positively.
Gandhi the classic example.

A book well worth reading is Power vs Force by Dr David Hawkins.
Dr Hawkins once had the largest psychiatric practice in America-- if anyone understands human nature (the dark and the light) he does.
He says that eventually force runs out of steam--- power does not (in the context of spiritual vibration)
The force of Great Britain ran out of steam--- Gandhi did not.

Just a different way of looking at this.

"Be the change you want to see" Gandhi quote

If enough people want peace and harmony the collective consciousness will upgrade and that's all that's necessary.
This is not love and light new age -- do nothing stuff-- this requires personal effort--- it all starts with the individual strong unwavering intention to bring change about in themselves, then collectively.

I just wrote in the context of what the information on this thread promotes---ie concentration camps etc
Im inclined to think that these places are nothing other than places to be used in the case of extreme emergency like the evacuation of a city hit by floods etc.
Conspiracy web sites are a mixed blessing.

There are of course degrees of natural fears which affect virtually everyone at some point-- fear of loss of job--house-- partner etc.

The reason I posted the article was not so much the economic analysis (you know far more about economics than I do) -- but for paragraphs like this, copied below.

These detail what Al Martin states is planned.

According to Martin, he's seen and read the documents. That was what I wanted to draw attention to.

The reason I was familiar with them was because I used to see the U.S. Treasury 6900 Series Collapse Protocol, 6903, 6904 there'll be A, B, and so on which keyed in to the Department of Defense to be incorporated within the Department of Defense's own World War III scenario and various types of military/ political/ social instability/ war/ pestilence, chaos, etc. scenarios.

All federal agencies had individual collapse protocols that ultimately got coordinated through the Department of Defense. Obviously, the Department of Defense would be the ultimate coordinator because it would need to have special forces available, on a stand-by basis, ready, that could quickly parachute into areas all over the country, into the cities particularly, to secure federal properties and assets.

And that's literally how it would begin. By the end of the third day, it would be all over -- a state of martial law. We're not talking about war, now; this is just economic collapse.

It seems that the Department of Homeland Security has been tasked with "securing the homeland" :).

This is not intended or expected to be an imposition of martial law necessitated by some sterile failure of a Treasury account to balance, and addressed by securing key assets with the military.
