Here is a film which is finally available for others to see, shall we say....more easily.

Watch it before it disappears from these two links.(vimeo and youtube)

These are real interviews with real people.

(Imagine asking James A. Baker, straight up....right in the CFR headquarters... 'how does one join up with the rulers of the world?'..and getting an answer. This is something you will get to see.)

no headphones yet so can't listen -- USAmericans believe w/o thinking about it that we live in a classless society -- the land of unlimited opportunity, etc

Kind of soul-crushing but still really good. Let's hop Pete Seeger is right.

Yes, that was quite the telling little bit. James did a masterful job of both answering and not answering the question. The man obviously has experience in this area of politicking and subtlety.

At the same time the Kid asking has that pained look, nearly a 'please don't kill me' kind of look..when he asks it.

Yes, IMO, definitely a video that needs to be seen. By more people than may want to see it. One of the best things I've seen in years, regarding truths as and how they get presented..and are understood by both the viewer and the person speaking/living the moment.

Good film C.

In real terms wages of the american workers hasn't increased since the 70's.

To keep the masses buying (with less money) easy credit was introduced in the 80's (credit cards and so on...) Therein lay the trick.

The situation now is that every dollar of profit is created by a dollar of debt.

I have not watched this yet. But I do find it interesting that the BBC would produce such an 'expose', as one might call it.

I'm a little over 33 minutes into this. I was impressed with Walter Conkrite saying "...The ruling class is the rich, who really command our industry, our commerce, our finance, and those people are able to so manipulate our Democracy that they really control our Democracy, I feel."

The portion about the press was really weak, since it was presented as trying to get information out to the citizens about what is really happening. The main forces were presented as just being the quality of the journalism and the profits. There was no mention of media executives attending the Bilderberg meetings, yet keeping them secret. There was no mention of how all the broadcast outlets are owned by a very limited number of corporations who's owners would have a lot of control of content and who could be part of the Ruling Class that Walter Conkrite was talking about.

I have watched this film several times and still think it encourages people to pay homage to the corrupt and by the time they are asked to do something that defies principles, they don't have any principles left. Supposably there are now tests available that can determine if you are a psychopath. Those wishing to be in power should have to take the test and submit it with their resume for CEO jobs or Board of Director positions. And people running for political office should have to present it along with their US birth certificate. Sort of the Good Housekeeping Seal of a Approval that the moral ones can promote. The sleaze balls aren't going to disappear otherwise. Their control is getting more overbearing all the time as their plans for the globe are, too .

OTOH, the media mogul flat out said: 'we sell ourselves to whomever pays the bills'.

No hiding being done there, a direct answer to a direct question.
