We all at some point suffer from sleeping problems, there are many reasons why this happens, stress, unresolved problems on your mind, your in pain, social circumstances, emotional problems, family issues, people in general..and of course worry. I have suffered all of these things, and recently have had sleeping problems, which I am happy to say I'm back on track. There is also something called negative ions which also effect our sleep. Also diet and caffeine effect the rhythm of your sleeping patterns, it differs from individual to individual.

I personally try to avoid sleep pills or anything of that sort, but I understand that people under certain circumstances feel they need to take them. I used to suffer from night terrors as well. One time I jump up out of bed from a deep sleep and switched on the light, I was in a state of panic, yet I did not know why, this only happen when I was younger.
