The sleeping masses don't want to believe our government would or can control weather/storms , quakes and such. This documentary hopefully will interupt the programming and once they see, and hear, maybe in their mind this thought will emerge = if our government is controlling weather, what else are they controlling, this might explain the severe weather patterns , drought where rain should be, and flooding where rain should not be.
