Prostate Cancer + radiation poisoning. Advice please.

Someone I love dearly has prostate cancer, and went directly to the western medical establishment, where they implanted radioactive "seeds" (as they call them) inside his body.

If he lived in a State where medical marijuana was legal, and if I had known sooner, I would have done everything I could to get him to explore (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ym0BSdEIjJA) that option (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_7gy7Dyta0).

But, we're too late for that.

I don't know much about the "side effects" of acquiescing to radiation poisoning as a "cure", but I'm sure they are harsh and forever.

What would help at this point? (And please, don't suggest any massive liquid intake, as one symptom is having to get up every half hour, all night, to pee. So anything adding to sleep deprivation won't be well received.)

But there must be something that will help.

Gerson therapy is a good choice.... but if he is still not feeling well get ready to roll up your sleeves and helpout as it is super labor intensive and not cheap either. They now do training on the internet so contact them.

Hello Dennis - I feel kind of compelled to offer a suggestion, despite trying to avoid being back at PA. After having cancer for 5 years and now really starting to heal, I think I get it. I would encourage you and your friend/loved one - to avoid ALL extremes. Forget the miracle cures - people die of those things equally well as from medical intervention. Cancer is an invitation to look honestly at our life and not many people want to hear that. If your friend is open to that, encourage them to reflect on all aspects of their life. What burdens are they carrying ? Have they enjoyed life ? Do they live with joy ? Have they followed the core of their dreams - not the dreams themselves ? What vitalizes them ? What motivates your friend to live ? Healing can only occur with a willingness to shift how one lives and how one perceives one's life. Once one has the willingness, healing will follow naturally.

Here is my advice to your friend. To heal :

Abandon hope and all 'miracle cures'. Be present with what is. Accept everything as it is.
Go through treatment if you must, enjoy the experience and let go, once it has finished.
Feel healed - feel what it is you want. What does it feel like to feel well ? Feel this. See your self living with a healthy body. Feel this.
Find what brings you greatest joy - experience joy every day.
Say no to what needs to be told no - people, choices, roles, burdens.
Fulfill those things that remain unfulfilled.
Let go of who you think you are and just be with what is - not what was or what should be.
Start each day by looking forward to what is to come.
Love life and all that is in your life.
You are of the Earth, not separate. Enjoy connecting with the Earth and it's natural energies, as often as possible.
Laugh and smile often - but only from a place of authenticity. Fake smiling and laughter will kill you quicker. Feel real joy in these things.

I agree with Bright Garlik. Cancer is not really physical, but manifest there from some energetic imbalance, either emotionally, spiritually, or otherwise. My sister has cancer (many more stories lately than ever) and went full conventional, while I tried to help her with alternatives.

Of course, a raw foods diet, (Gerson) mostly juicing is imperative, as is a detox protocol, such as MMS. What detox one chooses is a personal choice. Plenty of sunshine (vitamin D) and full anaerobic oxygenation through exercise (full heat, sweat, deep breathing for half an hour minimum) are all important. Then get PH strips to check the PH, which should be neutral or slightly alkaline. We should all do this on a regular basis as a preventative. It's a lifestyle change most of all.

'Consumption' was the common name for tuberculosis (especially TB of the lungs). It too consumed the body rapidly (and usually affected younger people). Nowadays we can cure most TB with antibiotics, and hopefully one day we will be able to cure more cancers. Cancer was well-known too, and it was known as 'canker' sometimes. It was not so prevalent as today as it is primarily still a disease of older people, and the life expectancy was until recently much lower than today, so fewer people survived to develop cancer. Hard to answer that one. Russell did a combination of Gerson, special alkaline and positively charged water, AND conventional chemo (I think) At one point, he was claiming to have beat the cancer.

Here is where I think ANY radiation is bad for the immune system, which then will forever after need the help of outside sources to do it's job. I'm heartsick that my sister took the alopathic route and did not listen to anything I had to say. After seeing her over the holidays, it's even more disheartening as the chemo has kicked her ass and she's tired, weak, and looks like crap. All I could do was love on her and support her, now that she has made her decision.

Mixing the alopathic route with the natural route is where I think Russell went astray. He probably didn't know about the 5 day sweat lodge concept, I would assume. I don't know of anyone who does, or have ever heard of this before, and I thought I had done a thorough search of the available protocols, and had completed my due diligence.

Its been known for many years that hyerthermia can cure some cancers. I always thought it was 106degrees requried, not 105. Please allow me to re-emphasize this. All women must take supplemental iodine to prevent breast cancer. All should take it period. And yes, it will cure breast cancer and likely others. Selenium is immensely helpful as well, especially for prostate issues. 3 Brazil nuts will give you an adequate, preventive amount of selenium. Serious cases would perhaps need more.

Multiple myeloma is cancer that starts in the plasma cells in bone marrow. Bone marrow is the soft, spongy tissue found inside most bones. It helps make blood cells.

Causes, incidence, and risk factors

Plasma cells help your body fight infection by producing proteins called antibodies. In multiple myeloma, plasma cells grow out of control in the bone marrow and form tumors in the areas of solid bone.

The growth of these bone tumors makes it harder for the bone marrow to make healthy blood cells and platelets.

Multiple myeloma mainly affects older adults. Past treatment with radiation therapy raises your risk for this type of cancer.

In his case, the prostrate operation mastated into Multiple myeloma (bone cancer). His right hip had literally dissolved, starting in the prostrate area. All the doctors could argue about was a hip operation. After some "imported quack" mis-diagnosed this for the 4th time, they finally realised this was caused by something else. Not one of them would admit to any tie-in to this prostrate cancer operation despite several cases we found to be alarmingly similar and even challenged them directly with it (the information).

By March last Year - altho in a wheelchair - he was incredibly well, doing better than what the the Dr's had told him, having had the myeloma for 2+ years.

He had been using colostrum and green barley (some digging on the net will validate the usefulness of both of these).

He decided to have a flu shot. A week later his kidneys began failing without any warning, and he died a few weeks later.

That aside, I wish your friend all the best. At the end of the day, his will to live and live well is probably the most important thing of all.
