On January 10, 2008, the Federal District Court in Chicago issued a permanent injunction against Bill Benson on the grounds that by offering information demonstrating that the 16th Amendment was not legally ratified, he was promoting an abusive tax shelter. The Court then refused to look at the government-certified documentary evidence, deciding instead that the facts necessary to prove his statements true were "irrelevant."

What has America come to when the government we created to protect our rights can accuse us of lying and then prohibit us from presenting a defense in a court of law?

...What has America come to ...Unabashed, blatant corruption and collusion. That's where we are. Even a huge solar storm and total economic collapse will not change it. The USA is corrupt to the bone, and it will take something at least as comprehensive and powerful as The Reset Button to change it. It won't just change on its own, and the Controllers have made sure it cannot be changed via voting in the current corrupt system. Protest has become meaningless. US citizens will either (eventually) go through a process of purging the corrupt from control, or US citizens (and the rest of the world affected by the corrupt US government) will be subject to the malevolent actions of the US-based Global Controllers for the foreseeable future.

What has America come to when the government we created to protect our rights can accuse us of lying and then prohibit us from presenting a defense in a court of law?The third branch of the US government - Judicial - is ignored by most people, until they have to directly deal with them. While the Executive branch gets all the limelight (especially at election time), and this is quite deliberate, the other two branches are equally as dangerous and appallingly corrupt. The Legislative body makes corporate-centric laws, and the Judicial branch lets the corporations (including USA, Inc.) get away with murder.

:peace:Unless everyone in high finance is wrong, there will be a "reset", but with US citizens standing aside, believing we are helpless and so doing nothing, the US-based Global Controllers are free to define and press their own reset button - and you can bet it will be self-serving.

The good news is that the US corporation is on its way to crash and burn, as a result of their own corruption and stupidity. That should be good news to all Americans. However, once it's gone, then we have to deal with the 10 sections that the country will be divided into and run by separate leaders. This is what the plan has always been about.
I can just hear it now from many whiny people, "I don't care! To hell with my freedoms! I want to live!"
And therein lies the problem....
