Former Decorated Marine Arrested For Patriotic Facebook Posts - How to Avoid being incarcerated from a psyche eval....

Here we go again, 'they' are making an all out push to make 'examples' in preparation for the coming prison economy... psyche wards is HUGE money... (one of the biggest dispensers of pharmaceutical per capita)

http://www.google.com/search?tbm=vid&hl=en&source=hp&biw=1069&bih=589&q=former+marine+arrested+for+being+patriotic&gbv=2&oq=former+marine+arrested+for+being+patriotic&gs_l=video-hp.3...3217.14567.0.15297.58.13.8.37.43.0.124.927.12j1.13.0...0.0...1ac.Iqh41ZGZ6jU

The takeaway, (ie. the moral of the story, and the anti-thesis...)

PRACTICAL WARNING: This is a standard (not new) tactic, don't even talk to the 'doctor' under these circumstances as it will be 'construed' that you have entered into a consent... the line is very fine, there was only one way he could have avoided the 30 days (which is a minimum and can easily become 60, 90 or more... these guys want 'bodies' in there, it's a HUGE moneymaker, more then prisons...) he had to immediately say " I do not consent to speak with you, I do not consent to any evaluation". ALL 'psyche' evaluations are by 'your consent' and cannot occur under ANY OTHER circumstances EVER! (HELLO!!)

And just repeat that and say nothing else (to avoid putting your foot in your mouth) That way, the only thing they can 'record' was your exercising your right not to consent... This guy was caught and determined to have given 'assumed consent' just because he was trying to be polite and entered into a conversation with this 'doctor' for 5 minutes!!... THAT IS EXACTLY how they put him in there, and once in there some people never get out for several years if ever...

"I DO NOT CONSENT TO THIS, I DO NOT CONSENT TO SPEAKING WITH YOU, I DO NOT CONSENT TO ANY EVALUATION AS IS MY RIGHT. ARE YOU GOING TO VIOLATE MY RIGHT?...." Clearly, calmly, politely, but very assertively and specifically, and stay on focus, do NOT deviate one iota, this is a critical juncture, where they are making a 'legal determination' They have to get the consent... DO NOT even accept their offer to "just answer a few questions"... (presumed consent)

Remember, this isn't the police, this is a different game, they are not going to nail you for failure to comply, or obstructing, etc. and it's not " I REFUSE.. (that is a dishonour and a contempt in the statutory world) It is I DO NOT CONSENT... (stepping up and EXERCISING your rights!... is what makes them come into being... (it is a maxim of 'common law' that if YOU do not exercise your rights, then you will not have any... which means you will automatically have fallen into statutory 'law' (presumption and they are NOT really laws, because REAL laws are NOT statutes!)... UNDERSTAND THESE differences!) It all revolves around their attempt to construe all this in order to create jurisdiction.

That's right folks 'psyche' evaluations are ALWAYS 'construed' as being done by YOUR consent which is 'evidenced' by you even TALKING to them, they cannot 'evaluate' you otherwise under any other circumstances EVER! (...even so called 'court ordered' evaluations included, i.e YOU DIDN'T immediately object, and remove your CONSENT!) It is just an attempt on their part to presume their jurisdiction over you, you MUST learn how to rebut, there is a whole thought process and mind set you must have in order to do this, start learning as much as you can about this now... )

We can wake up now and take action or wait until our backs are up against the wall ... it's your choice...

what if you talked to the doc & said the kinds of truths that Brandon Raub wrote that originally brought them to his door? -- in the book, 'They Thought They Were Free: The Germans, 1933-45' Milton Mayer talked to one German man who said he blamed himself for what happened in/thru Germany

M Mayer asked him 'Why blame yourself?'

the German man replied that if he had had the courage to speak up, he would have given the same courage to 10 other men, & the circle would have kept on spreading/growing

just a thought

I am not making any evaluation of what he said... he has freedom of speech, that is a right "IF" one knows how to exercise it... I am using this as an example to show how these two worlds exist, concurrently side by side, invisible to the majority (over 95% I'm sure...) of all people. You are in the statutory world or you can step in the world of common law. They may seem similar and often are, but the true test is when you try to exercise your freedom...

As hard as this is to grasp, this is the iron core reality of those who operate the courts and the higher levels of 'law enforcement'. (The secret brotherhood of freemasons) In one world (the statutory 'legal' one) You are an 'employee', an 'officer' (a 'slave') and your SSN is your 'employee' number of a corporation and you are conditionally given 'benefits and privilieges'... in exchange for giving up some of your rights... what 'rights' have you got when you are working as an employee in your cubicle for some corporation???

But you can step out of that (and we all should, if you only really knew what those 'benefits and privileges really are...) and live according to common law principles, (Do not harm people, don't damage property and honour all your contracts...) So we can dump the 'privileges' and take back our inalienable rights, but this requires some education, because one has to EXERCISE rights in order to HAVE them. (maxim of common law rights, "he who sleeps on his rights has none"...)

I am just trying to show the 'mechanism' by which they carry out these atrocities, as there is ALWAYS one common denominator, OUR ignorance of the system we are operating in... That is why they consider themselves 'superior' ... because they know this and we don't (amongst many other things...) If you think about it, I am showing you how to protect your rights, so that you CAN walk down the street and express your freedom... as abusive as they are getting, we must start 'deconstructing' THEIR view (regardless how twisted and f***ed up it is... I am just pointing out this 'interpretation' exists and creates the rationale (or more like rationalization) for their actions... this needs to be understood sooner or later either that, or we have to physically remove them... (civil war)

Just for a joke ask a lawyer what your rights are... you will be surprised at the answer... (ie. he'll dance around it and won't tell you! or something similar, or feed you a citizen jurisdictional line, (will presume you are a citizen, ie. your actions by definition, tells him your 'incompetent' and in 'need' of a guardian trustee, so he will treat you as such. )

The thing this should teach us is that anyone who joins the military is an idiot

They are supporting a corporate predator, all the patriotic stuff has got to sound so hollow today... but again there is being on the inside and being on the outside, see Larken Rose - Free Your Mind Conference, cute but gets the point across, I call it the smoker/non-smoker scenario, two totally opposing views that cannot comprehend the other... explains how people get trapped in a particular mindset. We all have to face that we ALL are influenced by biases that distort our perception of reality... to some degree, this is what it means to be living in this world... we are physically part of it and affected by it...

But we all have the ability to question ourselves, there is nothing more powerful then asking the right question, the very action of asking questions is a powerful psychological initiator of our rational faculties, and triggers the 'adult' persona of Eric Bern's Transactional Analysis... blindly accepting things and not questioning them goes against our very core of being...

what if you talked to the doc & said ...

What I am saying here applies when they 'are going after you' So to be clear, (in case I wasn't?) ANY communication with the 'doctor' is presumed consent. In this type of legal context, the 'doc' is in on it. His paycheck comes from dosing huge quantities of 'meds' into all the cases they can lure in. Some are there legitimately, most not (just like in a real prison) Which is really indication of some other agenda... like making a profit for example...

You have to say "NO THANK YOU" to the 'offer' to even talk to a 'psychiatric' doctor. Otherwise your 'actions' WILL be construed as contrary to your words. I didn't make these rules up, that is just what is going on, at least in this particular case. It is an ideal example. And I know people that work in these places and saw some of the paperwork. It was consistent with our interpretation.

And it also comes up in court, when someone 'improperly' tries to take control of the NAME estate (evidenced by the B.C.) They are deemed incompetent and mentally ill... by our 'kindly' Guardian trustee adminstrators... it's all part of the game, we are living in a world no different then communist Russia was (or still is...) But they just did a better sales job...

It's just sad that people will not wake up until they're literally at your door, and then it's too late, and that is part of how the system is intentionally designed too. It is hard to argue against these 'elites' in their snubbing their noses down on us 'sheep', when most are content (with their quiet lives of desperation) and just go along. Or brag about a few material prized possessions (which they don't even have legal title to, or some prized position within the 'beehive'... )

I've got a convention to go to, sorry love to help but my schedule won't allow it.

you sell your soul when you become an 'officer' ... Jesus... thee man ... in thee book, (and I now believe the Romans, did a lot of 'publishing' of this book, is telling us to "swear no oaths" There is a reason for this, Romans being 'citizens' didn't have this option, they were 'Romans'...officers ...'citizens', all under jurisdiction, as opposed to 'Christians' who were only beholden to 'God', they were 'children' of God and heirs to the 'promise' (and still are today, and we can be too, if we so choose)

According to Winston Shrout, the Roman definition of a slave is someone who voluntarily worked for another to pay off a debt. SLAVERY means voluntary servitude!!! It's only through the magic of Big Brother double speak, that it improperly came to be understood to mean someone held against their will... I am thinking that it may very well have been used to give the Plantation owners, a 'legal right', by calling them 'slaves' i.e. they were trying to pretend legally, that these people whom they had kidnapped and put in chains were somehow 'indebted' to them... and thus 'slaves'...

in any event I am not judging this man, I don't really care that he is 'decorated' but it does imply that he may have some admirable qualities, I don't agree with him being a soldier, but everyone gets trapped one way or another, and pragmatically we must make do with what is dealt us... but if I was a soldier I would withdraw my oath, according to my conscience, and if I was slave I would dedicate myself to seeking my right to freedom, and if I was a prisoner, I would do everything in my power to plan my escape... but that also means one might have to live as a soldier, slave or prisoner in the mean time... one must keep things in context, we must be pragmatic about these things... it's not where you are in life, it is where you are going...
