What are they? Will trys to help us understand and poses some good questions...

I think those bright spheres are all over the world. I've taken photo of them few times.
I can't see them in naked eyes. I find them occasionally when I apply negative effect on the digital image during post processing.

Thanks for sharing...I've even noticed in Cobra helicopter nightime gun camera footage spheres caught in the heat of action in Iraq, and around nuclear power plants and NASA footage...
