NOTE - DART MEASUREMENTS ARE FROM THE DEEP OCEAN AND THEY
ARE GENERALLY MUCH SMALLER THAN WOULD BE COASTAL
MEASUREMENTS AT SIMILAR LOCATIONS.

EVALUATION

SEA LEVEL READINGS INDICATE A TSUNAMI WAS GENERATED. IT MAY HAVE
BEEN DESTRUCTIVE ALONG COASTS NEAR THE EARTHQUAKE EPICENTER. FOR
THOSE AREAS - WHEN NO MAJOR WAVES ARE OBSERVED FOR TWO HOURS
AFTER THE ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL OR DAMAGING WAVES HAVE NOT
OCCURRED FOR AT LEAST TWO HOURS THEN LOCAL AUTHORITIES CAN ASSUME
THE THREAT IS PASSED. DANGER TO BOATS AND COASTAL STRUCTURES CAN
CONTINUE FOR SEVERAL HOURS DUE TO RAPID CURRENTS. AS LOCAL
CONDITIONS CAN CAUSE A WIDE VARIATION IN TSUNAMI WAVE ACTION THE
ALL CLEAR DETERMINATION MUST BE MADE BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES.

NO TSUNAMI THREAT EXISTS FOR OTHER COASTAL AREAS IN THE PACIFIC
ALTHOUGH SOME OTHER AREAS MAY EXPERIENCE SMALL SEA LEVEL CHANGES.
THE TSUNAMI WARNING IS NOW CANCELLED FOR ALL AREAS COVERED BY
THIS CENTER.

THIS WILL BE THE FINAL BULLETIN ISSUED FOR THIS EVENT UNLESS
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION BECOMES AVAILABLE.

THE JAPAN METEOROLOGICAL AGENCY MAY ALSO ISSUE TSUNAMI MESSAGES
FOR THIS EVENT TO COUNTRIES IN THE NORTHWEST PACIFIC AND SOUTH
CHINA SEA REGION. IN CASE OF CONFLICTING INFORMATION... THE
MORE CONSERVATIVE INFORMATION SHOULD BE USED FOR SAFETY.

Big Time EQ swarms in the Phillippines...that is, BIG EQ's even! Check out the EQ bot here on the forum or any of the sites that have EQ listings.

Most recently, we noticed the swarms in California, then in the Virgin Islands...then the list goes on and on.... the latest hot spot.. the Phillippines!

Caren has asked me a question: Is the Sun the cause of this swarming?

Well, I truely don't know enough about it (although I'd love to be able to say that I did...). There are a lot of notorious and famous science-oriented people who think so... just go through the forum and make a list of those already mentioned. But not one of these fine scientists have enough "clout" in academic circles (determined by the PTB) to be proven correct; some can't even get a review. Many are laughed out of the "house". (I see this changing, though, as more and more of humanity comes together and the smart folks gather their own data and put the puzzle together on their own and share with the whole world).

I personally think that there are so many things all tied in together, that it covers a lot of expertice that (unfortunately) in today's science world, they just don't not really want to work together to compare and confer data. I think the planet alignments have a lot to do with the EQs, as well as the Sunspot activity which includes filamnent eruptions and coronal holes... and let us not forget the sundiving comets and the expanding Earth theory or the pressure exerted on the ocean's floor from polar melt, etc, etc! Here, I'm only listing the natural events that could have an effect on the tectonic plates....let's not forget the man-made ones.

So, in my ignorance of "why" and "what" is causing all of these Earth Changes, I will continue watching, reporting when I can to get the "heads up" out, and applauding each of my fellow members' posts, hoping that some "ah-ha!" moment is just around the mental corner bender for me or anyone else who finds our info.
