With positioning red light Hugo, it is one of ours (I don't think it is a plane, I think it is a man made triangular UFO, well, IFO)

The album is Animals.
Pigs on the Wing parts 1 & 2 are the first and last tracks on the album.

The power station in the UFO video in the OP is a different power station.
