It is what it is. Is Wal*mart in the law enforcement business now? Is law enforcement even a business? YOU decide......

Hope this person has a good lawyer. If not he needs one.

i do not know about the wal-mart aspect, but yes, law enforcement is a business. it is all about the revenue.

NEVER open your door to an officer unless you specifically called for them, or they have a warrant. they are needling this man and his family, at this point it is still unlawful to do such things, but i'm not sure how much longer any part of the constitution is going to hold up.

I didn't hear him mention WAl*Mart once. Where did that come from?

***Edit****

I find it really odd that this guy has pictures of every room and hallway,
all neat and clean and then the messy rooms after that.

I think the guy is looking for attention or something....

At about 2:50 he mentions Walmart. Any agent that says you don't have any rights, is already breaking the law and is violating your rights. This sounds like California cops and legal system are trying to get away with these harassments.
They might be sweeping all this under the carpet, but he should sue them anyway. The evidence should embarass the Sheriff's dept....

just a thought...... usually new ideas (good, bad, indifferent) start on the west coast and work their way east. could be that they are trying to set precedence. once this type of behavior is accepted and tolerated (like the tsa business) it becomes common practice.

That's exactly what I was thinking Corson. If this story is true......Any time you see this type of behavior, one has to ask is the purpose to see how far they can push people into acquiescing. This type of activity is becoming more and more prevalent it seems...or maybe it's just that I'm paying closer attention now.
