A few day's ago there was turmoil in my neighbourhood.

A local courier for a chinese takeout company across the street got stopped by police. They asked for his licence, as the man reached for his licence in his pocket, he was thrown to the ground by police.

At this point i started recording the incident with my cell phone.

The whole neighbourhood was watching in agony as the police spend their jolly time hurting the guy on the ground. Police had a knee on the man's face and pressed it hard against the stone ground and the man was constantly screaming out in pain.

At one point one bystander could not help but yell out against the police and he shouted out that the guy didn't do anything wrong and that he was going to press charges against the police for their rude violent behaviour.
Upon hearing this fact, the police rushed towards him, stomped him in the face a few times, and arrested him too. (he said he was pressing charges, and in that case, his footing isn't as strong when he's arrested and the police knows that. He should not have said that out loud.)

I was asked to put this video on youtube so the people involved could download it.
The video is in dutch.

Now my point is. The comments in the youtube video are extremely pro police. Only about 1 in 6 people seem to take the side of the innocent non violent victim(s).
The usual comments roughly translate to 'support the police when they take action against scumbags' and a lot of personal attacks against myself for putting it on youtube.

I thought we where doing better.. but this clearly shows the level of our population at this time and it worries me greatly..

People seem unable to see the truth! Blindfolded. Some of the 1 in 6 people commenting actually say such. Our population seems to be blindfolded and only see what they are programmed to see. Even with proof right in their face.

Im pretty worried for our civilisation now.

Heres the vid but it is in dutch.

Many in my area are well aware of police brutality, I'm sure there're still many in Europe, China and the US who are aware of police brutality.
We probably need more alternative media online in more different languages.

Since language is still the communication barrier for many of us - only those from that language can ensure that there are no fake "alternative media" arising with that language. THAT'S how hard it'll be.

The New Light Is Exposing The Old Darkness. So the answer is no, as we are shifting Consciousness.

Thanks for uploading this, expose injustice wherever possible. More than 5000 views in 3 days is rather huge for an unlisted video. As the comments say, Rotterdam is a hot-spot. So no wonder the police is highly stressed, they might tend to overreact. Reminds me of stories where police officers in the US verbally or physically abuse people, who look like they're from the Middle East. There are those cases, but that doesn't mean that 'the dark is winning'. There'll be more turmoil all in all, but as it all develops, the balanced and loving ones are those who really determine what's coming out of this chaos, I figure. Those who are in alignment with the greatest force in the universe -- love.

the 5/6 posters are not representative of the population at large. They are doing the internet equivalent of stuffing ballot-boxes.

It is counterproductive becasue people generally have a mind of their own.

Oh My God. One of our national television networks, 'BNN', contacted me and asked me some questions wich i answered by email.

Their questions where:
* Did you ever film the police before ?
* Did you get a lot of reactions to this film ?
* What do you think of the reactions you got?
* Do you know anything about the arrests (how it turned out, why they where arrested, etc)
* Did this incident change your outlook about the police in general?
* Do you think this say's anything about the state of our country?

I answered them by email and with the last question i pasted my OP.

They thought my answers where interesting and now they want to send a film crew over with their dutch tv host presenter 'Filemon Wesselink' to ask me questions for national television.

I really don't know what to reply.. i'm anxious about having my face on national tv. i don't think i perform well under such stress. i think i'd be too self-concious about having a camera in my face. on the other hand i don't want the possible regret that i could have done or said something that could have opened some peoples eyes a little further.

i dont know what to do :(

Difficult choice to make Trail.
All I can say is that on average, people will handle it well when the camera's are finally in their face. It's just the nervousness before that is sickening :)

It might be difficult to do now, but I would suggest to seek some peace and quiet and turn inward for guidance and then ask what is the best way to proceed.

Bon voyage!

Never admit to anything. Words can be twisted to suit the questioner. This is advice from a lawyer and the police!

That is what i am worried about too.. they can twist my words.. and i have no control over how they decide to edit it..

You can make that a condition (to my knowledge).
You just tell them your worries and that you want to be involved in the editing and what they are going to broadcast.

Maybe they'll make it easy on you.
