View Full Version : Feeling Tired Lately?

I know this could be due to a lot of reason but lately over the past few days I have been feeling really tired. It's different then the sick tired I get and it just doesn't seem to go away. It may be due to myself not getting enough sleep before these past few days but something feels different about it. I have been sleeping on average 9-10 hours a day and I still am exhausted. I was wondering if anyone felt they were more tired than usual lately? Let me know your thoughts and if you have been feeling that same way.

Its the solar activity IMO. We had some M class flares over thelast 4 days. I feel better today, but fri and sat were terrible for me. If you keep track of the solar observation section you will see others are feeling the same way during these solar active times.

Hi applecrusher1992, funny you post this, as I have noticed it as well, particularly last Wednesday through till yesterday ( Saturday). I have been tired before when not getting enough sleep, however, I agree that this is a different kind of tired...it is as if my whole body is if whole body is tired and not just the heavy eyes feeling that I normally have had in the past. Something else I noticed is that my knees felt achy, and I have NEVER had that type of issue with them before. Tough to explain, but more a less an overall feeling of lethargy. Unable to think as clearly also I found. And I take darn good vitamins...and am pretty much always able to push through the days even when under slept the night before. This is different though...not sure what the cause of this is...because the funny thing is...I was not underslept those nights last week!!

If your just getting into your 30's and your not very active,
i'd say that it's middle age catching up with you. This happened
to me and i was extremely tired for about a week. Then your
body kind of resets itself and then your fine again...

Barely 20 years old but a lot of people me would disagree and say I am a much older soul then that.

I will have to take a look but it this is actually the scenario I had. Feeling worse on Friday and Saturday.

I have been tired for the last two weeks and it is realy odd, it just comes without warning and it litteraly feels like i have to go to bed, i fall asleep fast and wake up 30 minutes later completely refreshed ( like i had a whole night of sleep) and this sometimes two or three times a day, plus the usual good night sleep without problem. I dont know if its the above mentioned solar flares but it can hit me like a brick when i am behind the computer like being hit by some digital signal, odd.

I have been taking good vitamins too more so recently then ever. I have a feeling this is part of a bigger change that will soon be revealed for better or worse but IMHO, better. I also heard a lot about changes happening recently but I forgot exactly from where that the Earth is going through. One of the side effects was feeling really tired and it was recommended to get a lot of sleep. Even if it meant you slept more now then ever.

I responded to everyone else and didn't want to leave you out. In noticed that naps do help but they screw up with my sleeping schedule. I am probably going to sleep now with all this talk of being tired. See you all tomorrow. :)

Ya know,,, I hesitate to chime in here, but I have to say,,, the feeling of being very tired or exhausted could be a depletion of energetic flow, to your energy body!! It feels very much the same, especially over the days and weeks. I just turned 39 on friday,,, I don't feel at all old,,, but sometimes, i feel very tired. try to find a regiment of energy work that works for you. vitalize and stimulate energetic flow, in your energy body, and you may feel that your tiredness goes away...

or maybe just try an energy drink! :)

or maybe just try an energy drink!

That depends on what u consider to be an energy drink, the supermarket energy drinks will take years of your life, guaranteed.

They would have to dispose of you like chemical waste.

Adrenal Burnout Syndrome

[Editor's Note: Many thanks to Brian Schaefer <brainresearchf@yahoo.com> of Australia for forwarding this important essay on Adrenal Burnout by Dr. Lawrence Wilson. Brian was trying to get me to read this essay as far back as November 2004. He sent me yet another e-mail on April 11, 2005 and I finally tuned in long enough to print it out and read it. Now I know why he wanted me to read it so badly. Many people suffer from adrenal exhaustion and they don't know it- including yours truly. Study the symptoms. If the shoe fits, follow the recomendations to restore adrenal strength. It takes about two years to come back, so don't look for a quick fix. If you need more help, contact me privately by e-mail (http://educate-yourself.org/contactus/index.shtml) .Ken]

By Dr. Larry Wilson <larry@drlwilson.com>

Posted April 19, 2005

Thousands of people suffer from constant fatigue, unrelieved by rest and sleep. This is the main symptom of adrenal burnout syndrome. Other symptoms may include a craving for sweets, low blood pressure and blood sugar, irritability and depression. Low energy impairs every system of the body. Secondary symptoms range from impaired digestion to infections. Toxic emotions accumulate with adrenal burnout. The world looks bad, people are evil, and a hopeless attitude is not uncommon.

The condition is also called adrenal hypofunction, adrenal exhaustion or adrenal insufficiency. Unlike fatigue, one’s energy does not return after a good nights rest. Burnout is a more serious derangement of the body’s energy system.

Tell me about it --laughing.
In this situation I know what is causing it-- Kundalini activity.
Its as though the energy goes completely to the activity of K which renews the nervous system to accept a higher spiritual energy, it also changes the braint activity from left brain to right brain--- in other words an upgrade is going on.
I think that is happening for an increasing number of people.

I had a floating feeing when walking--- last week I had difficulty crossing the road as I could not take in the speed of traffic, not a busy wide road.
Everything seemed unreal-- I was inarticulate--today the mind is sharp and clear.
A certain physical nervousness can often occur -- every cell in the body vibrates gently.
Sleeping ten hours a day.

Ive had every test under the sun and I am very healthy.

Spiritual teachers are saying that an ever increasing number of people are fully awakening.

So my take is --- no worries its all going according to Divine plan for the next stage in the evolution of mankind.
The sun energy plays a part in this I suspect.

Another way to look at this, is tiredness cuts down activity. Therefore one may barely be aware.....now that's a blessing!
Being too aware one tends to conceptualise about the awareness, and that is a big problem in the West.

I also feel very uncomfortable these last few days as if something terrible is about to happen (that feeling was worst yesterday evening). I lost my good mood and I'm feeling very tired, not only because my sleep is very disturbed. I can not project myself into the future and my mind is not "in peace", as I said, as if a catastrophic event is about to happen.
Do you also feel that something is in the air ?

For a week or so, I have been feeling exhausted. I even started taking afternoon naps last week to re-charge the day -only it seems to take me further out of this world..

I am not ready to say that I am a solar flare starstruck lightworker who needs a fainting couch everytime the ascended masters shoot a beam of light my way but, who knows?

And besides isn't the suns radiation what gives life to us and earth so, maybe we should be energized by the flares. Are there any experts on solar energy?
Is Greg Braden hiding behind one of those Avalon avatars?:hippie:

Also the deep sleep down-loading/up-grading is a possibility too. Or it could be the natural seasonal change into early autumn that our bodies is adjusting too.

Maybe a poll is in order...

For the past several weeks i've been feeling like i need to sleep more, like i,m missing sleep, but can't catch up on my sleep, eventhough somedays when I can,
I will sleep 10 or 11 hours, and then even take a nap during the day, but I still feel very tired. Hopefully this is caused by our DNA changing and not radiation from
Fukushima, or being abducted during the night. I did wake up one morning with two strange marks on the inside of my arm, almost like a vampire bite but closer
together.

I concur with this thread.
Though this feeling has been for a few months now, and I've adopted an occasional inability to sleep-- sometimes only getting 3 or 4 hours before work.
Dreams are hectic, don't make sense, and all jumbled. Really not feeling great about that one.

Not at all, my friend. In fact, I just came back from a 20 hour road trip (10 hrs both ways). On both ends of the trip people were insisting I take a nap. But I was nowhere near as tired as people thought I should be. One thing I do notice is that people are eating a lot more and sitting around with their eyes trained on the tv/monitor/cell phones lately. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the cause for many people feeling fatigue (due to the frequencies and inactivity) I don’t notice anything different/special in their being other than gaining weight and their minds filled with misconceptions. Another thing I’ve noticed is that I’m eating way less than usual, but my weight remains stable. I’m positive this contributes to my high energy levels because my digestive system isn’t over worked, and 4 to 3 hours of sleep a day seems like more than enough rest. No complaints from me, as usual.

IMO, If you are feeling more tired than usual I doubt it's a good thing...especially if you're not undergoing any positive significant changes in your body, mind, and soul. Energy is infinite.

Peace

That comment is the weirdest ever synchronicity, i got my surprise last thursday ( someone/thing was standing next to me and pushed its way into my energyfield, did not feel evil or so but it was uninvited by me so i told it to f off, and it did), still not sure what to think about that one, all i know is........saturday i raced into the shop of my very witchy witchyshoppyfriendy and after i told my story she went into scanmode and apparently i was burgled energywise, she patched me up and from saturday on i dont slam into my body as hard anymore when i wake up from a dream.

I had been feeling tired and non-energetic about a month ago. But I just simply changed up my daily behavoirs (like eating, computer usage, etc...) and started to exercise more. I started to cut out things that were daily stressor that weren't really important to living my life. I don't sleep much, I get about 4-5 hours a day, I have been like this since I was in high school. I have problems with depression, so Staying active help fight off those sad tired demons.

I advice for what it is worth, is change up your life a bit. Nothing to drastic, just bits that need cleaned up so the situations might stress you out wont' be a problem, which might be messing with your energy levels. Also check out your diet, I am one to talk, but I have been trying to eat more raw foods, and it has helped with my stomach acid reflux a lot, I don't have to sleep sitting up anymore. Also maybe step away from the technology a little more each day, for example don't bring your cell phone with you everywhere - (Just having your cell phone on your person is a small stress in my opinion), also take a break from the computer screens, tv screens, let your eyes rest. And finally maybe get some more exercise, your brain needs a healthly vehicle to get around in.
I know I was being very general and tip of the iceberg like, but I hope it all made sense.

-be safe all

Feeling the same way in the passed few months. Knocked out. Sleeping very easy and dreaming like crazy. IMO.......I believe The Universe including Our Sun and This Planet are under a Transformational process. Many speak of Universal warming . And im sure its gonna knock us out physically simply because we are directly connected to the energy fields of The Universe. We are energy. I wrote a thread on Avalon with regards to this.

I blamed it on the sun.

I'm feeling more rested now, despite fighting a cold. I'm not sure how much of a factor the solar/cosmic radiation outbursts are (it could be the main reason, I just don't know.) It could also be induced anxiety, that feeling that "something is about to happen" that makes me project into the unknown future rather than simply planning as best as I can and relaxing. I decided to force myself to go to bed earlier and get more hours of sleep. Either the outside factors have waned, or the extra sleep was the solution.

and the bodies are being weaned off the old energies some what forcably for some it feels like

i get the same problem too, i just fall asleep where i sit and have no control over it, i am out cold till i wake up again a couple of hours later, i am glad i am not the only one who is feeling like this, also get the restlessness days too where i can't sleep either, i am trying to cut down on my caffeine intake as it's no good for you anyway, i rarely dream but i have noticed that i am starting to remember small memories of some dreams i have recently, they don't make any sense to me though, the most recent dream i had was i was talking to a elderly lady about my cat, i've never seen her in my life but she seemed to want to talk about him for some reason and i was having a conversation about it, very strange dream.
