Many people are wondering how the predictions of Edgar Cayce are related to 2012. The Mayan calendar ends on December 21, 2012 and as we near this historic date, many of Cayce's predictions are coming to fruition. Edgar Cayce correctly predicted the stock market crash and Great Depression of 1929, the beginning of World War II, and many Earth Changes of modern times.

Here is 10 of the most startling and memorable Edgar Cayce predictions:

1. The greater portion of Europe will be changed in the twinkling of an eye.
2. There will be a shifting of the poles so that where there was once a cold climate will become warmer and the semitropical will become the more tropical.

Moss and ferns and new foliage will grow in places that seem strange to us now. As Cayce said: "The Earth is catching up with Time."
3. There will come a time when the sun will be darkened.
4. The city of Atlantis will be found near Bimini.
5. The records of Atlantis will be open to those that are the spiritual initiates in the knowledge of the One God.
6. A new field of science will be developed based on a psychic/spiritual phenomenon.
7. A "City of Gold" will be discovered in the Gobi Desert.
8. New York State's east coast and New York City itself will disappear.
9. America's west coast will be destroyed and The Great Lakes will drain into the Gulf of Mexico through the Mississippi River.
10. Cayce envisioned that a time would come when all individuals would realize their responsibility toward one another; this will be a realization that will change the mass-thought of humanity. Cayce predicted there will be three profound archeological discoveries of a very ancient and important nature that will revolutionize the way we understand human origins. Cayce stated that this will occur when humanity reaches a higher level of spirituality. He predicted a new era of peace and enlightenment will follow the tremendous Earth changes. Cayce foresaw a new era of enlightenment and peace for humanity in the future and a unified field of energy that would someday shift the consciousness field of humanity.

Well, here I am... living on the West Coast of the US... STILL! I just don't have a feeling of DOOM. And this may be because I am needed here to support energy shifts. I have been called upon suddenly without warning to move the tectonic plates in the past. If you asked me to do that this minute- I would have no idea how to do it. However, when the higher self connects directly, it can do amazing things which later seem to have been miracles.

I know others, like me, who have been called upon to work directly with the earth to avert violent shifts and smooth them out. Most I know who have done this live fairly on the west coast of the United States.

Perhaps all humansl have 'jobs', which our personalities (egos) are unaware of. When called upon, our ego/personality moves out of the way, so that we can act (as conduits) to change things. These changes are unforeseen and cannot be understood in the normal human way.

I am grateful to all who listen to their own music. Those who do not react to dramatic stories which come from outside are the true dancers.

I am not alone in this. I am grateful to have been part of the magnificent dance.

You take a look at Edgar Cayce for example - made over 14,000 predictions - 12,000 of those predictions came true. He only missed one prediction out of 12,000 prior to 1972. But after 1972 when certain changes were put into our environment, the prophecies of Edgar Cayce began to go astray in a lot of ways. And they didn't really understand why because Edgar Cayce didn't understand why. He was prophecisizing from the Akashic Records based upon what would probably occur. And you can get very accurate in those kinds of prophecies but not when the very mode of the change of the reality is changing from minute to minute. This is a brand new situation. Nostradamus is the same way. He was about eighty percent correct until 1972. And he's fallen way off. So, to make a prophecy right now is - we could be heading right for something and it's going to happen for sure, and then (snaps fingers) we all turn and move somewhere else.

I'm sure that Avalonians, or others will warn you of what's coming in time for you to move if necessary. But I agree, death is perfectly natural and it's only the body that dies.

Another general statement regarding Cayce's accuracy, his medical readings were what were so highly accurate, with 100% cure rate as long as the person followed his treatment to the letter, but lesser known is how people tried to use his channel to beat the stock market, to find oil wells, etc, and *none* of these endeavors were ever really successful, FWIW. When greed, fear, or other negative motivations on the part of the questioner were present, then the information, the answer itself was flawed.

Can we ever be free of evil? Can we rid ourselves of cold (cold vs hot)? Can we rid ourselves of negative (positive vs negative), or black (black vs white)? You can't have just one side of a coin, what would that be? It does appear that the balance is off. Who hid the scales of justice?

About the almonds. Hopefully you are eating almonds not grown in the USA. The USDA, in another bone-head move, has declared that ALL almonds grown in the US be cooked. Some are pasteurized using cancer causing chemicals. Buy your almonds from anywhere else but the USA. This little bit of Cayce information has always stuck with me as well, but we must eat truly raw nuts to obtain the protection from cancer.

I'm actually going to a lecture tomorrow evening ... a local who's studied Cayce for many years is going to talk in great depth about Cayce's 'Golden Age' predictions. Should be quite interesting!

Though I have to say: this past weekend a friend and I were talking about the upcoming lecture and Cayce in general, and my friend said, "If he predicted the sea level would rise, then why did he base his research center in Virginia Beach???" Errrmmmm.... :confused: :doh:
