All the quakes underground shifting plates and caverns being filled with sulfur where once it was filled with oil, this little problem isn't going away , if a volcano errupts , fire would overtake most of the underground caverns in the U. S.

Clearly, the gentleman in the video in the OP was reading from something. I found several copies of the text, including this page (http://assumptionla.wordpress.com/2012/09/16/1100-a-m-sunday-update/) which also contains this link (http://www.youtube.com/user/assumptionla) to a youtube account with about 40 videos of the Louisiana (Assumption Parish) sinkhole.

It apperars that the Salt Dome under the Assumption Parish sinkhole/s has caved in or is caving in.
