As best as I can figure out what Gordon is saying regarding Kerry, he is referring to the Kerry's earlier Report From Kerry Cassidy: Chinese Ships off San Francisco To Help Arrest Bankers? If I had to guess right now, I'd guess that there are Chinese Navy ships outside San Francisco, visible to local ships and boats, and that they are there for more mundane reasons, namely as a reminder to the US that China can sail off the US coast just as the US can sail off the Chinese coast.

The US probably realizes these Chinese Navy ships will be seen and reported, so is running various silly reasons up the flag pole, to cover the real rather more embarrassing reason, until something sticks, or until all is lost in the fog of confusion.

ABOARD A MILITARY AIRCRAFT (NNS) — With piracy generating big news in the Gulf of Aden, a far-less-recognized multilateral partnership has brought pirates’ swashbuckling days to a virtual halt in the strategic Strait of Malacca.

Navy Adm. Timothy J. Keating, commander of U.S. Pacific Command, praised a partnership among Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and, increasingly, Thailand and the Philippines, that has boosted maritime security dramatically.

An estimated 40 percent of the world’s trade — about 50,000 vessels each year — transit the narrow passageway that links the Indian and Pacific oceans. Until three years ago, pirates trolling the strait had been launching almost 50 attacks a year, Keating said. Today, that number has dropped to fewer than five.

“That’s astounding,” he said of the decrease one he attributes to the initiative of nations bordering the strait, with help from U.S. technology.

“In years past, the nations that border the Strait of Malacca were not nearly as willing as they are today to engage in multilateral, multinational operations,” Keating told American Forces Press Service during a flight to India.

Not so today, as they’ve joined forces to increase patrols and to improve their collective maritime domain awareness and law-enforcement capabilities.

“They are sharing information. They are sharing a common operational picture. They’re passing information back and forth,” Keating said.

Congressionally approved “1206 money,” named for the section of the National Defense Authorization Act that authorizes the United States to help other countries build their military capacities, has gone a long way toward promoting this effort, he noted.

The funding covers the cost of highly sophisticated radars, radio capabilities and training, delivering them far more quickly than through other military programs.

“But the larger issue is the nations cooperating and focusing on the issue themselves,” Keating said. “More nations are saying, ‘We can do a better job ourselves, by cooperating.’”

While praising the effort, Keating stopped short of calling it a blueprint for cracking down on piracy in the Gulf of Aden and off the Somali coast. Piracy in that region has spiked sharply, with pirates successfully carrying out 42 of their 122 attempts in 2008, Michele Flournoy, undersecretary of defense for policy, told the Senate Armed Services Committee last week.

Beyond simple geography the Somalia-based pirates operate in a region of more than a million square nautical miles — the challenges extend to the bordering countries themselves.

“The countries whose shores border the Strait of Malacca all have standing militaries, and they’re all democracies with firmly established procedures for observing and executing the rule of law,” so they’re able to prosecute pirates, Keating said.

“The situation is not nearly the same for all the countries bordering the Gulf of Aden, and that is a significant challenge for U.S. Central Command.”

Lack of a strong Somali government is a key part of the piracy problem in the CENTCOM area of responsibility. It provides “freedom of action” for pirates along the Somalia coast, Daniel Pike, the Pentagon’s acting principal director of African affairs, told the House Armed Services Committee in March.

The root cause of maritime piracy resides on land, Pike said, emphasizing the need for an international solution to address.

To better confront the problem, Navy Vice Adm. William E. Gortney, who commands U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, the U.S. 5th Fleet and Combined Maritime Forces, stood up a multinational anti-piracy effort known as Combined Task Force 151 on Jan. 1. Task force members have national mandates to conduct counter-piracy operations and work together “to support our goal of deterring, disrupting and eventually bringing to justice the maritime criminals involved in piracy events,” Gortney explained as the task force became fully operational in mid-January.

CTF 151 operates primarily in and around the Gulf of Aden, but also in the Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and Red Sea. At any given time, 12 to 16 warships from the task force and from other nations are operating in the region.

“The international presence there is significant,” a Navy official said. “We are working with everybody who is there.”

Hmmm, this seems suspect. Where’s the confirmation? What are you guys looking at? How can I/we verify these reports coming from this website? All I see are words, an article laced with accusations but no way to confirm it. What makes you guys trust this source? I sure hope we are not fear mongering or spreading some propaganda for the elites. Where’s the authentication? A cell phone picture from the beach and/or coastline would have been a start. I think it would be foolish of me to believe something like this without having a grain of proof. Am I /people expected to assist in spreading/warning others about this? some of them can produce a beam that is 60 miles long.
(there are some diodes that can produce a 200 mile long beam)

but when the beam hits a solid object,

It is just my observation that this woman often makes extraordinary claims, good anxious naive folks flock to her threads in desperation waiting for some pending disaster that never comes to light.
Then, after a few days, a state of amnesia occurs, that old crises thread dies and they repeat the same behavior over and over again.

Just as with these claims of a war being ET's against USA and China. There is no war between these groups in my opinion.

Note: Gordon was asked to remove my name from his Veteran's Today article because he was told I was in "danger"… However, considering Camelot's motto is "the best place to hide is out in the open" I am not sure that is the real reason and is not contributing to making me feel uh, "safer". I was told he is not being threatened over his disclosure because he is not a 'civilian' and I am... From what I am told he in theory has the weight of an intel agency behind him.

Duff's article http://www.veteranstoday.com/2012/09/17/ufo-war-chinese-and-us-navy-off-san-francisco/ is one version of the story. From an intel pov this is like offering the crown jewels in order to placate someone for stealing the silverware.

The other side to the story is about bankers being arrested by Army rangers, acting under orders from the Hague (operating on Nuremberg protocols) and being held off shore in U.S. Navy ships in international waters 12 miles off the coast of California. No real evidence of this exists as of this writing. At least that I am aware of. In other words, no one is reporting their banker dad or mother, aunt or uncle, is being detained or disappeared.

However, I do have someone reporting having flown over that area of the coast "recently" and seen "battleships"...

Further to this story is the rumor (at this point this is all it is) that there are secret trials being held… under Admiralty law. This of course goes against everything America has stood for, for decades.

I have received threats, persuasive offers and other red herrings to get me off this story. As of this writing I have a few undisclosed "protectors" of the earthly sort and several others of the ET variety who are behind the scenes. I have also been told, if someone or some group wishes to threaten me they should bring IDs, proper credentials and present them to me (or to one of my 'friends') and make a proper request by appealing to me as a patriot and law abiding journalist with the best of intentions towards humanity in mind.

On the other side, seemingly unrelated to bankers being arrested, is the claims about a sudden war with ETs being conducted off the California coast and in the Pacific...

Camelot whistleblowers have documented in testimony aspects of this ongoing war in many interviews for those that think this is "new" information....

If there are arrests, real evidence will obviously surface, if indeed they are happening, at some point.

The undersea "battle" going on and by the way -- in our skies and out in space battles will need more evidence if anyone is to believe this beyond the testimony of whistleblowers and other witnesses and dare I say, channelers. This is what of course, Gordon Duff and his Adamus group as well as the current MJ-12 group whatever they are calling themselves now, are banking on, so to speak. That is, that PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY on the side of the ET question is in place and protecting them from any real disclosure that would alter the world view of the majority of the populations regarding reality. If such a disclosure becomes common place and widely recognized (and that is happening as we speak) then the fall out and ultimate loss of power and/or possible resulting closing down of business as usual as we know it is inevitable. I for one, am not looking to governments to tell the truth about anything in this regard. Even "after disclosure".

I was interviewed about all this yesterday by an internet TV show called "Wake up Shift is Happening" …The show is set to air either tomorrow or next week. http://shiftishappeningtv.com/ My host was Deborah Ariel Pietsch an intuitive and contactee who is also a TV producer. Just prior to me, Rich Dolan, who was in the area, was also interviewed regarding his book, After Disclosure. An interesting synchronicity with regard to the above story….

Whichever it is, or whether none or at least some of the source info is correct is yet to be seen. In the meantime, I can say the floodgates appear to be opening as information is flowing from all sources and in many different and seemingly contradictory directions at once.

If we are tracking , harrassing ET bases undersea , it would have to be with much higher tech I would have thought ? and why are the ET's acting so covertly if they are openly hostile ?

My guess would depend on the type of hologram ...

If "reality matrix" type holograms can be created - they will appear solid and real and a laser pointer will likely not be sufficient for detection.
If traditional "light matrix" type holograms are used - then a laser pointer should be able to do the trick.

Although I have no first hand experience with the former type of hologram mentioned and while I believe they are possible, the likelihood of our tech reaching that level I think might be slim, but not impossible. This is more like the Star Trek "holodeck" level of technology - I'm just not sure we're quite there yet.

All the time i see various info initially being put out and then later coming back at us like a boomerang in one form or another.

I don't necessarily declare the info to be false, but why do i so often feel like there's a lurking interest trying to keep our wheel of truth spinning in the wrong direction?

The field of correct information is a battle on every level.

If the e.t.'s are as active on our planet as we're told, why do so many have first hand experience while some people hardly know what "e.t." means?
