She's written on the whole ascension process (for those who follow it), and her take on the energies, for some years. She had a break over a year ago, and is back writing regular posts on her take on it all. She's also written a few books on it all (see her website).

As with everything on this forum, my view is that you take what resonates and leave the rest. She certainly resonates with me and is pretty down to earth... Most people I follow on this process are non fluffy :).... But I do disagree with some on this forum with the take that an ascension process is not happening. All the evidence is to the contrary for me - and probably millions of others - but it's a personal thing, but energetically many feel the shift now.
