Very interesting - looks like Mars was a very different place once. I wonder what they'll find next (that they decide to let us know about :) ).
Infact I think there's still some water emerging at the surface because the Mars express probe noticed a dark mark on a hillside that wasn't there on a picture of the same area taken several years previously.

Like I said they landed the Mars rover in an uncivilized area much like Mars would land a rover by the Grand Canyon here on Earth. They should of landed the rover on Mars in a civilized area much like NY or CA. Then we will get something good to look at. Enough with the B/S NASA. IMO, I believe Life exists on Mars, no doubt in my mind.

Is NASA trying to catch up in an age of information technology? This is something they hardly imagined people waking up to proof we are not alone without them in the loop. Once they open the water door how far can they be from them saying they found some fossils?
