Profiting on Free Energy devices and patenting them is a dead end road. Why he have to patent the charger?

It will be interesting to see what happens with this concept of a self-charging battery, because the biggest drawback of an electric car is the capacity of the battery.

America could revitalise its economy by mass producing electric cars with self-charging batteries, and reboost the world's economy (price of fuel keeps going up and that drives inflation)?
