Witness reports:
1. Cars rocked back and forth

2. As I'm on the 15th floor in a building that (I hope!) was built to withstand such shocks the movement was probably exaggerated because of the constructions methods used.
The shock lasted a lot longer than I have felt before, probably about a minute.
