I just thought I would post here about a discovery I made recently at a show I was working at. I had heard about Magnetic Jewelery before but hadn't tried it......however recently I was taking part in a very long 18 days, 12 hours a day craft show....my back had been bothering me quite a bit prior to the show, and actually since last November .....at the show there was a booth across from me that sold bracelets, necklaces, rings and anklets made of magnets, with a big sign listing all the ailments, diseases etc it would help, relieve or cure.
As my feet were killing me and my back I figured it was well worth $30 to try an anklet......I was amazed at the results. My back which prevented me from bending over to pick up anything without pain is now completely pain free.....this after 10 months of pain. My feet are much better......another friend at the show had constant headaches, daily actually and migraines quite often.....she bought the necklace and woke without a headache ever since and occasional migraine ......just thought I would post this as a possible remedy for anyone in pain ......here is some info from a site I found that sells magnets online, there are many of them.

About Magnetic Therapy

Magnets have been used for centuries (especially in Asia) for a variety of medical conditions. More recently, they are gaining acceptance in the U.S. and Europe with more medical studies showing significant pain relief among tested patients.

Magnetic therapy has been helping people with the pain of arthritis, carpal tunnel, migraine headaches, fibromyalgia, sports injuries and so much more. The jewelry acts much like a heating pad, as it warms up the blood vessels and increases circulation, oxygenating the blood. With better circulation, toxins are removed, swelling and inflammation is reduced, causing a decrease in pain.

Magnets help to flush the toxins out of our body. Some people notice a slight discoloration to their urine. This is completely normal and harmless. We recommend increasing your water intake when you are wearing magnetic jewelry. This will help to wash the toxins away.

I've been using magnets for years. There is a sensitive part in the upper right side of my back, under the shoulder blade, where I occasionally get muscle spasms. When this happens i immediately apply a round magnet in its own sticky disk. The relief is immediate but i leave it in place until it falls up by itself. i can shower and bathe with it and it usually remains in place for days. It's better than pain relief medication, without the side effects.

Earth Angle, I'm interested in all things for alternate healing. The only pain that I currently have is in my left hip when walking. After about 15 minutes of continuous walking a nagging pain starts in my hip. It's isn't so severe that I stop walking, but it decreases the enjoyment of my walks.

Is there any jewelry that one can wear for hip pain? If you aren't the expert, can you recommend someone that is?

Hi Latti.....I am certainly not the expert, but the gentleman who sold me my anklet said it would work for problems from my feet to my waist.......the bracelet for waste to shoulder I think and the necklace for head neck shoulders down to waist I believe.......there are many different strengths available .........single, double and triple strands available....my bank pain was lower back and I used a single strand anklet. They are relatively inexpensive, I have seen the anklets online for $22 and the necklaces go up to about $50 They also suggest them for pets as they take care of parasites and fleas without chemicals.

The list of ailments for which magnet therapies can provide relief is similar to such lists for many other remedies.

The point being, from my perspective, that improving the body's general well being provides general relief from many ailments, and that there are several health practices that can improve the body's well being, including

avoiding toxins (whether in food, water, air or "medicines"),
removing toxins (such as much dental work and heavy metals),
improving gut health,
consuming key nutrients,
raising the state of one's mind and spirit,
avoiding toxic people or stressful situations,
and grounding and avoiding excess electromagnetic fields, ...

Which of these will help a particular person's particular ailment is not to be learned by scanning such a list as above and concluding: "Great - I've got tinnitus and it is on this list, so magnets will cure that!"

Rather one must determine which of the several health practices will be useful. Often more than one practice will help.

My father and I were amused recently by some junk mail trying to sell us magnets to improve our erections. The photos showed magnets encased in red plastic with some bad art on them. I thought, $50 for a tiny magnet? And we need two (one for each pocket). Surely the red plastic doesn't enhance the magnets?! What if I bought a pair of tiny neodymium magnets for 50 cents - would they turn me into a porn-star?

Seriously, I'm not disputing that magnets can provide health benefits. Just beware of slick sales people selling magnets for 100 times the price you can buy them elsewhere.

I recommend this- http://www.biomagscience.net/magnet-therapy/advanced-wellness-magnet-therapy-kit

Be sure to read up on how to use properly. You have to know about the positive/negative of your body to be able to get the right results. Also magnatise your water.. Im only 35 (so i wouldn't know) but it is ment to return GREY hair back to it's original colour.
