A little 'heads up warning' maybe? to their normally subservient 'working partners'? I think from here on out, it is essential to always consider the specific geographical location, preceding weather conditions, timing and commercial and political ramifications of these 'earthquakes' as it is always rather interesting how there seems to be correlation to various political agenda's, but that's me...
I suspect the Philippines is in a precarious spot, they are so in the US 'pocket'. I am sure they want to get out, and breathe the 'free air' and benefit more from their inherent creativity and strong work ethic, more than what they are getting now...
