Florida poll shows Romney leading 49-47 percent
Ohio poll shows Obama ahead 50-49 percent

All three polls were conducted on Thursday and had a 4.5 percentage point margin of error.

My thoughts are similar. I used to think one should never bother with voting for the lesser of two evils, but really, if one candidate ends up killing several million less people than the other, those are millions of souls who will be able to grow here and possibly have an impact on this world, helping to move it forward. Sadly, even a president with the best of intentions is likely going to have to compromise to some degree with the entrenched military-industrial complex. Some relative limitation of the destruction that comes from that behemoth is better than none at all.

I also used to never bother to vote at all. Didn't want to vote for the lesser evil, but this year I'm going to vote for the lesser evil. Of COURSE "lesser evil" is totally subjective. I'm voting for the "rotting corpse" instead of the "uncleaned cat box".
