Hawaii was stolen from the Hawaian people, they want it back & may have legal grounds to get it back; I've heard of this off and on for a while, but it doesn't seem to be getting much traction.

Um....There was no contractual agreement that ceded the Greater area of the Contiguous United States from the Hundreds of separate Native American Nations. There was something written eventually that declared the mass movement of the inhabitants to smaller sections of the country (read as: Trail of Tears to Reservations). Contratual agreements cannot be deemed viable if one party is under sever duress specifically because of the actions of the other party unless it is a contract of severance, which these weren't.

Nothing about the creation of this Nation(read United States of America) is Just or right when it comes to the treatment of the oldest inhabitants nor those forced to live here.

My people were legally tricked into signing with an X on a paper that gave away everything, they had NO understanding of ownership in the first place example... who can own a hill or field will it not be there long after we die as it was before we lived? We were also systematically exterminated... over 1 BILLION on these two continents... The first bio warfare and mass murder along with population control ideas and methods were shown to us by these "Elites" during this time period... and many think THEY are not subject to the same types of tactics? I could go on and on... but I think I made my point. Maybe Hawaii will tell the truth about Obama if they do leave the union... hmmm...

While I lived in Hawaii back in 2005, I had heard about this secession from the "Union". I don't blame them. But does everyone know about the 22 other states that have applied to secede, too? It seems that that the US, Inc corporation is losing its appeal. Who'd want to be part of a corrupt corporation anyway? They're tainting America's reputation....

But would that mean you need to get a visa just to go between Hawaii and the rest of the US if they separated? :p

Hawaii is pretty isolated, though a militarily strategic point, I don't think the US would give up Hawaii easily at all to maintain complete control over the land.

I lived in Hawaii and have already made contact with those who are behind this movement. The tragedy and the deceit that was thrust upon the Hawaiian people to take away their kingdom, and especially towards the Queen, is appalling. I hope the entire country will help them regain their sovereignty.
