Huge explosion in Maarat al-Numan, Syria after regime warplanes dropped bombs. According to a dutch site (http://www.nu.nl/onrust-midden-oosten/2936170/syrie-bombardeert-wijken-met-vaten-tnt.html) the bombs are oil drums filled with TNT. No source for that claim though.

Bit of a makeshift weapon, provided it is what it is, could be running low on ammunition? Sound nasty though, loaded up with explosives, very flammable oil and steel.
