There will be a live debate with the other candidates running for president of the U.S. It will occur tomorrow.

Here is the article that notifies of such.... http://www.veteranstoday.com/2012/10/22/alternative-to-establishment-foreign-policy-politics/

Lead in.... Essentially, both Democrat and Republican party elites are conjoined at the hip when it comes to protecting the military-industrial-security complex. The global interventionist foreign policy, that only protects the corporatists and banksters, endangers the unwashed citizens that are constantly used as cannon fodder. People should not be surprised, when blowback comes home to roost, as the result from such caustic imperial hegemony.

The departure from our heritage is clear, when viewed from the historic wisdom of our inception as a country. The Case for an America First Foreign Policy by Ralph Raico, sums up well just how far down the rabbit hole the government descended.

“For most of our history, America First was the foreign policy of the United States. The record is laid out by the great historian Charles A. Beard in A Foreign Policy for America, published in 1940. In our dealings overseas, we followed the guidelines laid down by George Washington in his Farewell Address to the American people:

The great rule of conduct for us in regard to foreign nations is — in extending our commercial relations — to have with them as little political connection as possible.
(end of lead in)

Here is a chance to hear / see other choices we have for our future. We have a right and duty to tune in to this important event. IMHO

Spread this important news wide!

Thank you for the links! Since I pay VERY VERY little attention to election politics, since I now know my vote for president is really just a joke, I was not aware of there being 4 other candidates. I only knew about Jill Stein...

And I need to note that I do not watch TV or read anything more than the front page of the Boston Globe and my home page on the computer is the Christian Science Monitor. It is sad that our government is so messed up...

Much love!

I watched-listened to the whole debate. Jill Stein appeared the best informed or at least put that impression across. They all seemed to focus on "mainstream media" promoted issues, global warming, "the budget" etc but I don't recall any citing the destruction of the US via "free trade" NAFT(Shafta), agreements that contribute to the wealthy oligarchs of both parties to the agreements, provide substandard working conditions outside the US, high unemployment in the US, US based global corporations seeking profits above all else. etc.

It was refreshing to hear them speak frankly. Of course I did not watch the Dem-GOP distraction sideshow "debates".

Is the irony lost on anyone that a station funded by Russian intelligence is the one broadcasting the last vestiges of American democracy to the nation and the world....
