Hey there,
Well, this is probably a promo for an upcoming movie or service.
A cellphone company called "Oi" used this same marketing strategy here in Brazil about 15 years ago.
Anyway, acrobatic airplanes use artificial smoke to write stuff in the sky. Itīs usually a mix of glycerin and propylene glycol which are harmless substances.
This video isnīt related to chemtrails, as you suggest.
Cheers,
Raf.
Ps: According to this (http://articles.nydailynews.com/2011-10-09/local/30281478_1_skywriting-high-line-art-project) link itīs an art project, from Oct 09th 2011, by sky-writer Kim Beck.

Damn! A friend posted it as a chem-project.And I was a little too fast sharing it. Too bad. It would have been genious if it was about chem-trails...but thanks for clarifying.
