With all this 'media' chatter going on, this Dolphin slaughtering hasn't got the attention grabbing pzazz.

I think it deserves a proper look..


I don't know about the rest of you, but I think Dolphins are a very high end life form on this planet and something is very wrong with this picture.

1) I don't understand why such intelligent creatures are letting this happen to them.

2) I think murdering them like this is GENOCIDE ! of the first order.

I agree, it is genocide. Unfortunately the dolphins will have to get in line with a few human populations who are also being ignored. Genocide is all the rage with psychopaths and ignoring it is all the rage with the sheeple. Until it is their turn for death and then they will be ignored.

Great planetary civilization we have here. Not!

As Modwitz said, humans are also highly intelligent, but they are getting murdered by our armies every day. Also, I'd just like to point out that pigs are also highly intelligent animals, only not many people seem to care about the even bleaker fates of our porky chums!

I understand that much of this dolphin meat is ultimately passed off as tuna because even in Japan it would be difficult to sell dolphin meat to ppl.

Last Thursday I was freediving and a dolphin started swimming really close to me...maybe he wanted to protect me (it's a sharky area) or he knew there were fish on my boat (they are lazy and love a free meal)...or both, anyway, I got on the boat and cut up several pieces that I hand fed to him. You would not believe how gentle he was, soooo careful, nibbling gently from my fingers and making sure he didn't hurt me. They are intelligent beings.
That video...It is genocide.

I just watched THE COVE and was heartbroken to see what distruction and pain mankind can inflict on a gentle species like the dolphin.
