This has been going on for a while in third world countries. They moved their crap in third world were laws are not implemented and lawsuits are rare.

Even in Canada they were subrepticiously targeting young girls with sweet taste and smell mini cigars. Girls now smoke more than guys despite the fact that the laws are quite strict. It is easy to understand the absence of morality and ethics at all time throughout history from tobacco and oil companies.
