Finland has the best educational system in Europe, and probably in the world.
They achieve a 63% university degree population with 30% less cost than the U.S. educational system..

That's why when Bilderberg puts it two products out on the market every 4-years for domestic consumption, the one with the Blue tie has to appeal more to the well educated, while the one with the red tie is engineered to be attractive to those who might have some anti-intellectual tendencies.

The individuals whose learning goes beyond the main stream institutions of education and information, tend to opt for the non-Bilderberg crafted candidates that can be found in the third parties.
