the people of Ireland are suing the banks ... now this is something the rest of the world should be doing! As the banks pass laws to allow for faster repossession of peoples properties, its time somebody stopped them.

many in Ireland are suing the banks; so, UNTIL THE BANKS ANSWER THE CHARGES, the people do not have to pay their mortgages ! The people of Ireland are to be congratulated on this. They are the first to attempt to take on the banks. It is going to be interesting to see how this one plays out.

Finally serving the banks some of their own sh** hope they enjoy it. Exactly what Winston Shrout predicted, after he said that certain key people were contacted and educated on a new understanding, ie. that in fact there was no real consideration given since the loans are based on so much artificially created paper that itself is derived from the credit of the people themselves... (will try re-dig up link, but I am sure I posted something on this specifically related to Ireland a few months back... or in the mean time, others can go to Winston's site and search it...) either that or it must all just be another coincidence! ';-)

Think of the importance of such a case, if this goes through, the precedent is set, and it could spread like wildfire through Europe, why pay someone hundreds of thousands of "dollars" over decades just to lend you your own credit? (oh right, because it's the law...)

If that isn't a parasitical crime syndicate operation, what is?
