View Full Version : Personal stories about UFOs

I wanted to start a thread on people's UFO encounters and sightings and experiences.
I posted this story about my UFO sighting at Devil's Bend Reservoir (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?52326-Dulce-interview-Anthony-Sanchez-interviews-Colonel-X&p=588398&viewfull=1#post588398) on another thread and thought that it might make an interesting thread of its own for people to tell their stories.
What are your experiences, Avalonians?
This one occurred not too long after this first I wrote about above. It might have been perhaps mid to late 96'. I had been sitting in a psychic circle for about a year and was ever the independent player as well - the circle gave me a base to work from and kept me somewhat grounded. I was develpoing communication at the time with my guides and teachers and extraterrestrial friends - I loved P'taah and the Pleiadians. I was always bugging them "can I see another UFO?" (their reply) "no" [next day] "can I see another UFO?" "no" [next hour] "can I see another UFO?" "no" and so on. So this one day me and my boyfriend [the same one as in the last story] were driving down Maclelland drive (http://maps.google.com.au/maps?q=McClelland+Drive,+Langwarrin,+Victoria&hl=en&ll=-38.116934,145.193338&spn=0.047539,0.104628&sll=-32.010396,135.119128&sspn=95.715681,214.277344&oq=McClelland+Drive+Langwarrin&t=h&hnear=McClelland+Dr,+Langwarrin+Victoria+3910&z=14)
Looking at the map we were going past the quarry, northward bound, when I asked "can I see a UFO please?" And I heard someone in my ear go "just a sec I'm going to transfer you" I heard the frequency in my ear change then a "yes". I was like omg shut up. just shut up and don't ask anything else about it... you know like if you do it might decide to change its status if you ask any more about it. So I sat quietly.
We got to the end of McClelland drive and turned right into Ballarto Rd. There is a service station in what is labelled as Carrum Downs Plaza almost immediately to the left. Bf was driving, filled up the car, then pulled the car out of the way of the pumps courteously and sat it in front of the main building, facing south, so that I could see out over what was then purely paddocks - since it has been built up. So I'm alone in the car and I look up straight in front of me and there are two triangular silvery metallic ships engaged in a dance overhead.
They were in a spiral dance, a double helix type formation going up and down, changing speed of rotation as they did it. Sometimes medium speed sometimes very fast. There was sparse cloud cover at the time and they appeared to be 300m up? but I'm not good with spatial relations, being female, so excuse the probably way off ratios. So I was engrossed in watching them and the bf came back out and sat down, looked across at me, followed my eyes and sat looking at them as well. After a minute or so, on an upward spiral, they disappeared. Before we left the service station I realised I had my underwater camera in the back but it didn't occur to me while it was occurring to reach for it. Damn, eh. Looking at the map, they were in the direction of the quarry. Wonder what they quarry there.

I was driving home from work , had a late call , I'm a service tech in the HVAC field. About 930 at night, I noticed a huge star moving right beside me, it would get bigger then smaller then bigger than before, it stuck out in the sky. The drive usually takes 35 minutes, for five years same road, same drive. I lost two hours, and when I came to my senses I was right back in the spot where I first noticed the bright object. My weirdest one was in the Army, sitting in a hummer awaiting a tank drop at night, we were on sicily drop zone. I had dozed off and awoke to a red light surrounding the vehicle with my squad leader E-5 sargent standing outside the hummer looking at the sky and waving. I asked what he was doing, his reply was they had us and all I could do was wave. We never spoke about again. It wasn't long after that I had an experience with the shadow people that scared the bejesus out of me and I became very religous and went to church three times a week and read the bible front to back every year for the next five years and even became a lay minister in an apostolic church. FT. Bragg has lots of strange ET stuff that goes on all the time, and unreported lots of young soldiers commit suicide. Strange enough the rockefellers have a stronghold in cameron N.C. right outside of FT Bragg. That whole area has alot of negative energy around it.

i once calculated the time it would take a certain streak to reach across a certain point of sky,
went for a camera,...came back, and it had disappeared, either that intention to record it had made it move much faster, or it just went invisible.
the reason so many young soldiers might die, is because they still formulating a spiritual path...and that is a vulnerable time for a human,
the first time i was introduced to ufos through tv, it was so scary and fascinating, ..once thought i glanced a grey, well the experience re-emphasized growing spiritual fortitude through imbuing myself with those religious energies to it (it is just the disgust one has with religions once one sees what socio-&-psychological factors it forces),.... but honestly really, what is going on here, and why would such 'armaments of light' work,
& what does it say for the specialists in these, the big preachers with such good armor yet ignorant on other levels [?]

Three years ago, I watched the documentary "New Swirled Order" about crop circles. I thought crop circles were an agricultural phenomenon, and would have probably never bothered "wasting my time" watching something about paranormal "nonsense." It wasn't apparent from the beginning what the implications were, of these formations that appeared in fields, and I got sucked into the film thinking "what's causing this???" Needless to say, I had quite a few questions after this film that I could not get out of my head.
A month later, I drove home from the supermarket at night. The entire drive home I was thinking about "them": how would "they" contact us if they needed to? I pulled into my driveway, feeling a little ashamed that I had let such silly obsessive thoughts take over my mind. I got out of the car and got my groceries out of the back seat as I noticed a completely silent and still elliptical light in the sky, in a slightly cloudy area, so that one could see a cone of light being projected from the ellipse below. I stood in amazement for about a minute until it disappeared.
That one minute was the focal point of the paradigm shift on my view of the world.

Hey folks,
Just heard this from my brother, two days ago. He lives in São Tomé das Letras, which is a worldwide famous UFO watching city here in Brazil. It´s close to Varginha, which was made famous by their ET incident in the 90s.
He was having a shower and suddenly heard an extremely large noise, like a sonic boom. The whole house rattled. He was so scared that he called his wife, asking her what the heck was going on.
She was outside, when she heard the same noise, but differently from him, she actually saw the source of the noise. According to her, she saw a huge dark spherical metallic object that flew very fast just inches above their house. It was bigger than a regular helicopter. It continued to fly towards a nearby mountain (she thought it would crash) and then disappeared in the sky.
This was a collective sighting because their neighbors also saw the object. They all ran outside, attracted by the noise.
My brother´s wife immediately called me to tell about their experience; I could feel the excitement in her voice.

My sighting was in the early 70's in Huntsville, Alabama, near the NASA facility.
A perfect clear sphere, like a soap bubble, floating silently across the sky at approximately 300' above me with two occupants.

This story has been posted in a few different places and someone on ATS posted as if it were their own sighting, but I can assure you it is my experience and these are my words.
The photo I have attached is obviously a computer generated image but it is the closest thing I could find to the actual craft. The craft I saw had no light in the center, so you can see where I airbrushed out the center light in this image. Also two other details, the real thing had a much larger circular light on the front of it and the two in the back were symmetrical but smaller. Probably the most important thing is that you could see the sky through the center part of the craft, not as clearly as looking at the normal night sky but it was more like looking through tinted glass. To this day I am not sure if I was actually seeing through the craft or if it was some type of holographic image. (I have never told anyone this detail before)To this day when I see images/videos of triangular craft I often wonder if it is actually one vehicle or three. My guess would be one vehicle with a transparent or holographic center portion. Here are the details.
Oct 1994, Friday night approximately 8:30pm Reston Va:
I feel that people are now compelled to tell their story for a reason. I think you will find more and more of us coming forward.
I have told my story to family and friends on numerous occasions and finally I posted my sighting on a forum. I believe the forum that I posted it on was unexplained mysteries, people were not that nice and very aggressive, I was put off to the point of never returning again. A few years later I found Project Camelot which eventually led me to Avalon. I was reluctant to go public with it for various reasons but it seems that enough people are finally waking up, that it is no longer that incredible.
I had come home late from work, about 8:30 pm, sitting on the back deck of the house facing the golf course.
http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-A-VIKLXrvYA/T4nZgmz2CHI/AAAAAAAAFzU/KECN_J_mc6M/s320/UFO%2520Closest%2520to%2520my%2520Sighting.jpg
The golf course began getting brighter by the second. About thirty seconds later an extremely large object appeared moving over the house in complete silence. The object was between 300-500 feet above me. It was triangular in shape with a large bright circular disc in the front and two smaller bright circular discs in the back. Connecting the disc was a very dark (almost black) center part of the craft. It was on a trajectory coming down to land on the golf course, moving in absolute silence. The craft was enormous, my guess would be the length of three or four football fields. It was moving very slowly, maybe 15 mph, I had a very clear view of this craft for about 40-45 seconds.
As soon as it went out of sight I ran from the deck through the dining room, kitchen and out on the deck facing the street. I jumped over the railing and headed towards the golf course. As soon as I turned the corner I started to think that this may not be a good idea. I returned to the house and grabbed paper and pencil and sketched out the craft at the dining room table, I wrote down the exact time, lack of sound and described the craft exactly as it appeared. The one thing that struck me very clearly was that whatever I had just seen was not of this world. Nothing that large could move with absolute silence, there was nothing that large that could gain flight in our world.
I had a hard time getting to sleep that night and finally fell off sometime after midnight! The next morning I woke up with absolutely no memory of having seen a UFO or any other unusual thing for that matter. Sometime in the early afternoon I was going out onto the deck facing the golf course and saw my my yellow legal pad with a sketch and description on it. The second I saw the sketch my memory immediately returned to the event I witnessed the night before! To this day there is no doubt in my mind that I had seen a UFO.
There is no chance that it was a weather balloon or some other questionable object. This was some type of craft flown by intelligent beings that had technology that far outstripped anything that man has created. The memory to this day is so strong and the vision so vivid it is like it happened yesterday!

Thanks rgray. That is interesting that you forgot about the experience upon waking. I wonder if it was a mechanism of the brain to block out things that it just doesn't know how to classify or understand, or if there was some other explanation like a 'telepathic' message being broadcast from the ship for those who see it to 'forget'. I have put it as 'telepathic' because what you have described sounds like a member of a sky navy fleet (one of ours) and they might have artificial telepathic broadcasting on board.. actually strike that as might and put of course they do.

That is a most fascinating event that you experienced.
One quick question, how exactly does a ship over a half mile wide land on a golf course by your house and drop out of sight?
Wouldn't something that size be about the size of a whole city block of apartment buildings?
The fact that your memory was erased, do you suppose you might have been abducted and they screened the memories?

The first UFO I saw was in the Summer of 89'-90'. I was only 13 and I was sitting in the back seat of the family car, my father was driving and my mother was in the passenger seat. We were driving from Victoria to Queensland, along with our friends who lived next door who were driving behind us. We had started to drive in the dead of night and were only about half an hour from home. It was about 3.30am. I noticed up ahead in the sky, what I thought was a really bright star.. and I kept looking at it and realised that there were two other lights one to each side and they were closer and different.. and at some point I realised they were not stars. They were located above a building which used to be here:
https://maps.google.com.au/maps?q=121+Dandenong+Valley+Highway,+Dandenong+South,+Victoria,+Australia+&hl=en&ll=-38.011126,145.216169&spn=0.011902,0.026157&sll=-38.011108,145.216177&sspn=0.000374,0.000817&t=h&hnear=121+Dandenong+Valley+Hwy,+Dandenong+South+Victoria+3175&z=16
It was a furniture factory called SABA. So I said to my mum and dad "look at that up there what is it?" Dad glanced up and said it was a helicopter. Mum glanced up and said it was a crane. I was still looking and could see an outline by this stage underneath it, circular and dark against the barely lighter night sky, and that it wasn't attached to anything below it, so it wasn't a crane. Nor are cranes shaped like giant smarties, which is how I was seeing the shape, back then. And it wasn't a helicopter either. There was no noise or single spotlight or copter shape or blades.
I said nothing but kept watching it as we motored past. And just after we passed the building and I was turning my head to keep watching it out of the back window, it emerged from over the building. It was a UFO, circular, not very big, had 4 lights around a central dark hole.. maybe 40m? (I am sh*t at distance though) across, rotating slowly. It moved to roughly the centre of the road and moved off behind us going in the opposite direction at a really slow speed, so out of the back of the car I got a good look at it, but the light was dim so I couldn't see details like its material or colour. It was only at a distance of just over maybe two stories above us if that makes sense... it was only just over the distance of the building high, which was a high warehouse level. I continued to watch it until I could see it no more.
I spent the rest of that 2000km trip to Queensland in awe and the rest of that night I sat in silence. Astounded.
I still find it interesting that I was inclined to look at it properly and my mum and dad looked right at it but saw nothing. Just a quick glance they gave it. And in that, nothing out of the ordinary was seen. I think I remember mumbling "no it's not" to some avail into the front of the car but you know... they didn't hear me, even if they heard me.

A couple of months ago my partner and I were out in the back garden, enjoying the late afternoon sunshine. There was some clouds very high up, and it was a really clear day. What I initially thought was a flock of birds, turned out to be four objects in a diamond formation. They were no more than 100m in the air, and were about 2-3m across, from what we could tell.
The idea of weather balloons came to mind. I was not familiar with the types of balloons used around here (if used at all) but we have been unable to find pictures looking remotely like what we saw. They span slowly and travelled in a direct line west. They looked metallic, although not shiny. Also the sides were concaved so they looked almost like they were changing shape as they span slowly.
We walked about 100ft following them, stopping only to get a better look at them. As they neared the horizon, one clearly stopped dead in its tracks, while the others continued in their straight line. The stationary one then began a slow vertical rise, at the same pace it was going previously. The whole event took about 5 minutes and we are still scratching our heads.
