Anyone Know What These Small Orginisims Are All Over This Cat?

I found this video interesting. Many small white Organisims are moving around quickly and oddly on this cat's fur.

Any Ideas?

Obviously the guy's not a cat person: "The cats wagging its tail so it's not distressed at all".
No mate you're thinking of dogs. Cat wagging tail = not happy.

Very poor resolution in this vid. I clued on at about 4:20 that I think its reflection on the cat's fur of a suncatcher, maybe a couple of them, being manipulated by someone overhead. You can get the very large spherical ones which leave small lights like this as a pattern.

Um, looks like someone was sweeping the floor and that's dust.
The cat is sitting on a window sill with the sun behind it.
The "organisms" are floating around and being highlighted by the sun coming through the window (maybe there's a light on the camera as well).
It is such bad quality footage, and obviously slowed down to accentuate the dust moving, that it's really hard to make out.
And yeah, cats wag their tail when annoyed, so someone was sweeping and kitty is not happy.

That's my take on this anyhow.
