The link is to an article that ponders the happenings in government. Looks like they are going to expose the treasonous activity. Wonder why the MSM is not covering this issue?

Monday, November 26th, 2012 | Posted by Gordon Duff Press TV: AIPAC, Decapitators Inside US Government: Intelligence Analyst
“Behind the plotters are drug cartels that have penetrated the US government, former lobbyists who were moved into government during the Bush administration and now are suspected of being involved in a coup attempt.”
—
Seventy hours ago, at this writing, while on Air Force One, President Barack Obama issued a press release that has been utterly ignored by the Western Press.
The president has openly announced a move against violent plotters inside the US government and espionage agents. He does not use the terms “AIPAC” or “the Israel lobby” but it is highly unlikely he could be referring to anything else.
In fact, we can think of no other group.
I was privately briefed on some of the reasons behind this document. On what is known, not “surmised,” I will explain:

Looks like oath keepers are gonna do their job.

Well, this is either earth shattering news or a hoax.
Russia Today does not have this story but PressTV, which I am not as familiar with and don't trust as much, does: AIPAC, decapitators inside US government: Intelligence analyst (http://www.presstv.ir/detail/2012/11/24/274332/aipac-decapitators-inside-us-govt/)
At this time, I can't come to any definite conclusions, but I would expect one of the following:
(1) We start to get more confirmations of this from more reliable news outlets.
(2) Obama is in some way removed from office, perhaps violently. We hear no more from him. Definite confirmation and the most alarming outcome.
(3) Obama makes speeches, seems natural and comfortable in them, and doesn't give any hint that this rumor has any truth to it. Hoax, and a good reason to question the many places that printed this story without at least some kind of disclaimer. Or, one could argue, proof that they've done an excellent job on mindcontrolling POTUS.

Good question spiritguide. I don't know the answer, but will repost it below and maybe someone can make better heads or tails of it. It may be a hoax, or it may just be insignificant, or it may be essential. There are conclusions being made here that I don't see where alternative journalist are getting their info from.
The President’s text below, unedited:
The White House
Office of the Press Secretary
For Immediate Release
November 21, 2012
Presidential Memorandum -- National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs
Memorandum for the heads of executive departments and agencies
Subject: National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs
This Presidential Memorandum transmits the National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs (Minimum Standards) to provide direction and guidance to promote the development of effective insider threat programs within departments and agencies to deter, detect, and mitigate actions by employees who may represent a threat to national security. These threats encompass potential espionage, violent acts against the Government or the Nation, and unauthorized disclosure of classified information, including the vast amounts of classified data available on interconnected United States Government computer networks and systems.
The Minimum Standards provide departments and agencies with the minimum elements necessary to establish effective insider threat programs. These elements include the capability to gather, integrate, and centrally analyze and respond to key threat-related information; monitor employee use of classified networks; provide the workforce with insider threat awareness training; and protect the civil liberties and privacy of all personnel.
The resulting insider threat capabilities will strengthen the protection of classified information across the executive branch and reinforce our defenses against both adversaries and insiders who misuse their access and endanger our national security.

Okay, so the memorandum is real. It is on the White House's website:
http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/11/21/presidential-memorandum-national-insider-threat-policy-and-minimum-stand
Now, the question is, what is it's significance. Is there really a major power struggle on the way as per Gordon Duff, or is this just the normal security/housekeeping that goes on?

How come if it is on the White House web site, it is not in the newsparper or TTTTVVVV?
Looks like TV and newspapers may not be on the same side as Obama??? This is a huge question mark, but Obama had problems with the reporting about what he does/want since the beginnig of his first mandate hasn't he??
This tells something as well.

If the intent is what is purported herein, then Obama is wise to frame his memo in nebulous terms. Remember Kennedy warned us about secret societies and look what happened to him shortly thereafter.

I think this is a more reasonable assessment of the White House's "Presidential Memorandum." I think the Obama Admin. may be concerned that another Bradley Manning or Julian Assange is on the loose. (If so, "Godspeed" to them!) When Obama talks about "employees who may represent a threat to national security" he is probably referring to individuals who would dare to let the American people know about the government's various secret agendas.
White House Advances Insider Threat Policy (http://endthelie.com/2012/11/26/white-house-advances-insider-threat-policy/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+EndTheLie+%28End+the+Lie%29&utm_content=Google+Reader#axzz2DSUhRdAk)
In a memorandum to agency heads last week, President Obama transmitted formal requirements that agencies must meet in order “to deter, detect, and mitigate actions by employees who may represent a threat to national security.”
Along with espionage and acts of violence, the National Insider Threat Policy notably extends to the “unauthorized disclosure of classified information, including the vast amounts of classified data available on interconnected United States Government computer networks.” To combat such unauthorized disclosures, agencies are required to “monitor employee use of classified networks.”
The new standards, which have not been made publicly available, were developed by an interagency Insider Threat Task Force that was established by President Obama in the October 2011 executive order 13587, and they reflect the ongoing tightening of safeguards on classified information in response to the voluminous leaks of the last few years.
But the latest issuance also illustrates the superfluousness (or worse) of current congressional action concerning leaks. Executive branch agencies do not need Congress to tell them to develop “a comprehensive insider threat program management plan,” as would be required by the Senate version of the pending FY2013 Intelligence Authorization Act (section 509). Such plans will go forward in any case.
Sen. Ron Wyden has placed a hold on the pending intelligence bill, citing objections to several of the proposed anti-leak provisions contained in Title V of the bill. He said the proposed steps were misguided or counterproductive.
“I am concerned that they will lead to less-informed public debate about national security issues, and also undermine the due process rights of intelligence agency employees, without actually enhancing national security,” he said on November 14. (See related coverage from FDL, POGO, LAT.)
The most problematic measures in the Senate bill are those intended to restrict contacts between reporters and government officials.
Senator Wyden said that legislative actions to limit the ability of the press to report on classified matters could undermine or cripple the intelligence oversight process.
“I have been on the Senate Intelligence Committee for 12 years now, and I can recall numerous specific instances where I found out about serious government wrongdoing–such as the NSA’s warrantless wiretapping program, or the CIA’s coercive interrogation program–only as a result of disclosures by the press,” he said.
