Does anyone else feel this forum and other forums seem a little bit quiet?

Does anyone have any information about this, or is it just me?

Perhaps they are all Christmas shopping for bunkers!
This is truly the bestest of times, no more doom and gloom. There are some daft things going on, and we have to deal with it. Have you not notice that in the winter when all the leaves have fallen and it's cold and dark.......there are buds on the trees ready for the spring!!!

Yes I have noticed it the last few days, but since i've had a few days off work.

I've been posting like mad to compensate !..LOL....( After All I am a 'cosmic Postie' !!)..

Whitefeather and a few others have been missing, probably busy with the run up
to christmas.I know we are getting busy with packets,cards etc....

The trees can't tell one season from another because of the radioactivity coating them from fukishima. Warm from within at the top and the buds are confused about the amount as it's almost the same as spring. My guess, and a question I asked, while gardening with my higher self. Lots of reasons for this also. I wouldn't be surprised if the "Monsanto GMO monster, hasn't crept into the "tree" category" and create more sustainable trees to hide the limits on the body. How many people go to the "great outdoors?"

The lull could be just the busy season of preparing for the "feast of trumpets" on Dec 21st and all the people who need prayer and inward meditation to connect to God. It could be they are working on their higherselves, and their families. Personally, it's like a waiting of a wave. WE know it's coming from within our soul, but not exactly when or who from both sides, as the misinformation on our Creator and history is anticipitory, and the end of the chapters in the old books are being read off by the people in mass as they awaken and decipher what hasn't been changed and is familiar, among them all. We pray the information recieved is coming from our Creator when WE pray, and hope the gland/connections/chakras, haven't been tampered with through vaccine or flu viral shot experimentation.

Then again, even God rested and watched before proceeding and that is a very good place to be right now.

getting time to get the house in order. whether it be for the holidays or reconnect with others or to try new things, or to just not be fearful.. many more alternatives are there too..
im thinking it is because most have done their venting, or came and discussed/found/lifted/accomplished the things that brought them here to be part of the awakened ones. to dabble amongst the ruse that did not seem right. or the things that have been completely odd to them..

after sooo much information you need the time to assess and ask yourself the questions. like where do want to be? and the other questions. the ones you already know. everyone has their own question, from the energy inside them..

the forum and discussions have given rise to a more tolerable and accepting people..

we may see the world in a different light amongst the darkness so we take the time to embrace it..

whichever way it is.. the quiet hopefully contains a smile or two :) and some heart to go with it..

I agree with what you are saying but one topic and that's about 2012.
There is definitely something happening with the perception of time. The funny thing that this time topic is being discussed everywhere.
People are puzzled. I feel like standing still while the decorations of night and day changing each other.
And again, I remember that my grandma used to tell me how quickly years go by when you are getting older. Well, nothing similar!
People in their twenties puzzled with quickening of time too.
I really wonder what is going to be in 2013.

Seriously though, maybe Avalon is just growing up, and in the process of letting go of much of our former foolishness. Look at what we've discovered together the last couple of years. We no longer need or cling to supposed Illuminati insiders, gurus, silly predictions and such. Have you also noticed that when there IS the occasional squabble between members, it seldom reaches the point of needing moderation any more? I think this is another biggie we are letting go of, the need to be right...

Maybe we are at that point of introspection that parents are confronted with when the last child finally flies the coop. Suddenly the house is eerily quiet, and orderly. The kids are now our equal, as (hopefully) friends and confidants. Except for the other spouse, there is no one else now to cook for, problem solve, referee, clean up after, etc..They find themselves sitting quietly together one day and wondering: "So NOW what?"

Generally the answer to "now what" is it's time to transition into the next phase in life, whatever that may be. This is a good situation to be in, and well earned to boot!(LOL) It is a moment pregnant with possibility.

I propose that Avalon might just be in that gap of possibility, and the possibilities are of course infinite. There likely wasn't a lot of excitement in the ancient world when philosophers and masters would gather to rub elbows, but there is nonetheless a reason why they are remembered today. What's next for Avalon? Dunno, but all who are interested will have a hand in creating her next incarnation.

By the way, there's still one thing left on my original list that has not yet reached it's conclusion. I'd gladly sacrifice any or all of those things just for this one NOT to happen, and that's Courtney Brown's mega-meteor impact of 2013 that's apparently going to drown us all.

If the tsunami can reach the foothills of mount Kilimanjaro then it can certainly put any of the places I'd be considering seeking refuge out of commission.

The search function doesn't help as all you now get (if anything) is reams and reams of disassociated threads making comparison or research wasteful. But that is my opinion. Am sure there must be others who prefer it that way, aren't there?

It certainly seems quiet, on some days more than others. IndigoPete is IMO right on all those points, but let's not forget that wherever we are as individuals is also a contributingt factor. I'll share where I am ....

Still uncertain whether the 11 month old relationship which I've poured a vast amount of energy into is going to go any further, or whether I just have to let go and move on; whether I have the strength to keep my heart open when it's screaming with pain.

Wanting and needing to move from my current whereabouts and occupation, severely frustrated at all the doors which are slammed in my face as country after country moves its' goalposts.

"Frustrated" just doesn't reach the mark when it comes to describing how I feel about the direction humanity is taking. Most people here still only see life through the lens of their own culture (that's how it is, I'm not blaming anyone) but I see it from the perspective of a wandering observer. Societies worldwide have their "values" completely skewed or screwed (both equally appropriate !), and I can't help wondering why the hell I'm here. I continue working on myself, but make little perceptible progress .....

I won't go on.

As a suggestion for how we move forward, I'm beginning to feel that I'd like to really get to know some of the people here. Reading and typing outside of real time is starting to feel a little unsatisfying. But maybe that's just me.

Cheerios just faced a humiliating public relations failure thanks to the undiscriminating nature of free speech through social media.

Just a few days ago, Cheerios (General Mills) released an app on Facebook asking 'fans' to gratefully show what Cheerios means to them. Users could write their own sentiments by placing Cheerios' iconic black font over a yellow template, complete with little cheerios for periods and dots.

The app was yanked after only one day when their Facebook page (and photo album associated with the app) was flooded with a torrent of anti-GMO messages from angry consumers.



You could literally spend all day looking at 'Recent Posts by Others' on Cheerios' Facebook page - they are nearly all complaints about GMOs and declarations of boycotts.

Perhaps people are contemplating that the demands for "proof" have gone unmet and will go unmet, and instead the inner demands of the need for faith and love have taken the place of the need to make noise.

I have noticed, but I'm experiencing many different challenging emotions and circumstances in my life, so everything seems weird and "off" at the moment.

Maybe this relates ... about two or three weeks ago I felt shift of some sort - it may have been a personal one, but suddenly the world changed, and oddly my sister claimed the exact same thing. This all feels good though, it seems like inner reflection has beeen the name of the game for me for the past week or two, and I feel that that should continue to herald in the new year with a fresh perspective and a set of fresh motivations.

I have been told to be "silent" -as in make peace with all the "fears","reasons" and "excuses" - you know the ones, we never notice them until someone points them out then we pretend they don't exist -- yes those ones ;) and meditate, meditate, clear the mind ... become an Intentional Conduit of Intention ... 2013 is gonna need some work, and we'll all need fresh clear faculties to become more active participants and less keyboard warriors. (we'll still need our keyboard warriors though!)

It at that point where we are all holding our breath to see what or what is not going to happen. And the holidays are upon us. I don't know about everyone else though, but life seems to be somewhat chaotic lately and i am hoping at the very least that after the 21st things will simmer down.

Temper tantrums are for children and other emotionally retarded individuals. OK, most humans do have a trip point somewhere, whatever level of development. That said, our Mother is a true diety, not some contrivance of a priestly class, patterned after a petulant off planet basket case. Also, She does need us. We are Her children, suffering from any number of impediments. There is too much to be lost by another planetary cleansing. The needed cleansing involves a tiny fraction of humanity as active contaminants. Our awakening is the real problem. It is my hope we are experiencing the torpor most experience upon awakening. Even early risers tend to enjoy some peaceful moments before starting their day.

Discussion, debate and conflict are missing here at Avalon since the google administered upgrade. First in first out thread management hide the popular current debates before many visitors see them.
The search function doesn't help as all you now get (if anything) is reams and reams of disassociated threads making comparison or research wasteful. But that is my opinion. Am sure there must be others who prefer it that way, aren't there?

We could bring Atticus back for you -- that would fire things up ;) - but doesn't the forum have it's own stats keeping systems for the sorting and whatnot? I assumed that would be the case ... but I've never seen the guts of one of these things.

I am not so sure the economic collapse is no longer an issue, at least not for us in the US. China quietly made a move against the US dollar today. The government and 20 of its largest banks created a cutting edge, covert electronic system that allows gold to be used as a tradable currency. This is step one towards their attack on the dollar as reserve currency. The dollar being the reserve currency is the main reason why we still have an economy at all.

When I go onto David Icke's site there is a lot of information about what is going on politically (all part of agenda 21). These are no speculations but facts.

Alien type talk (this is just a personal view) though interesting, is not that helpful to people.

People need to know what is going on in the phenomenal and psychological world, which is sorry to say a bit gloomy.
However, once this is seen clearly, that people a really suffering, then we can go onto the antidote...the spiritual potential of our true nature, in all its view points.


We need a plan of action, a collective plan of action. Educate people to what is going on (in their name), show the proof, and how this insidiousness is building up, so they can see it for themselves. We are here to take the wool out of their eyes, not stick more on.

Then comes the real truth of our true nature, however you wish to describe it.

First we look to see we have a wound, then we apply the right remedy.





We will get there, let's hope it's sooner not later.

21 December 2012, in short concise conclusion, could only either be of these 2 things:

1) whether these 'predictions' & whole "Shift/2012" etc things are really real,

or

2) it's just a make-believe/wishful-thinking or even another form of escapism from the harsh/mundane everyday's reality/real-life ,.. just like with many other "doomsday predictions" that have passed.
