"The Solution" Is In Full Swing, Are You On Board?

Dear Fellow Avalonians and Guests,

I humbly ask for your undivided attention while initially viewing this thread. Right up front I need a time commitment from you. Though at first glance this introduction will appear long and intimidating, please stick with me in order to have a full understanding of the message I’m trying to convey and help in implementing its success by your participation, even if it means you have to come back another day.

Many have asked on various threads for a "Solution" to the tyranny that seems to encompass our every move no matter where we reside on this planet; and I feel confident that I/we, have found it. There is no cost, there is no group to join and it’s something you can do on your own time, in your own way without any constraints, judgments or harsh ramifications. This may be the most important thing you do not only for yourself, but for those around you and humanity itself.

With much anticipation and love, I lay before you this resolution to the conundrum that we as the human race all face and I hope every one of you will take this proposal quite seriously. In fact, my desire is that you incorporate this thought process I’m suggesting into every facet of your life. But, before going any further I ask that you do three things if you haven’t come to this conclusion as of yet.

1. No matter how scary things become, do not operate in fear.
2. As new truths come forward be willing to shift your set of beliefs to match those truths.
3. Do not allow a truth to become an untruth because you cannot find the capacity to see it as a possibility, always keep an open mind.

This should help your spiritual transition go smoother, allowing you to focus on the tasks at hand. "The Solution" has been in front of us this whole time, but because it’s not in the conditioned form that many are expecting, it’s ignored, overlooked and passed over. Why should you pay attention to this “Solution”? Because your fellow brother and sisters are pouring out their hearts with a treasure trove of information in their posts which more than eludes to the answer you seek. They are you! They are not joining some group, they are not necessarily following a particular messiah as gospel, they are merely looking within for the answers; and with their initial discovery, posting what they have found for all to divulge and absorb. Though each and every one of them has chosen a different path through the process, they are all coming to the same conclusion in unison at the end of the trail no matter how long it’s taken them to get there. How lucky are we to have access to a forum where this information can be collected, shared and observed by all, with the shear advantage of dispersing this message far and wide in a way that no other civilization has been able to do in their time period due to lack of technological gains.

So what is “The Solution”? I have become very aware of a quiet movement taking place that many of you might not have recognized as of yet and it’s this very movement I believe, to be the key component to ending our reality as we know it. It’s happening here on Avalon, but unfortunately it’s being overlooked and drowned out by threads that focus on unverifiable information, gloom and doom scenarios making one feel powerless, unfulfilled and longing for some real answers. And though you know the days of “following” are just about over, there unfortunately is a lot of attention being placed on individuals who have attempted to offer information to the masses only to be slaughtered by their own with discussions that go nowhere and solve absolutely nothing, but rather continue to divide and conquer instead of unifying us as one. Have we not learned anything? Does anyone feel like they’re on the hamster wheel to nowhere? We can and will change this reality, but only if we begin to change the way we think!

Several Avalon members are all ready manifesting this "Solution" and posting their experiences, but unfortunately they're being bypassed and overlooked. We are so conditioned that many of us are missing the one key component - The change is YOU, and the science is there to prove this theory. Until humankind understands, we will continue this vicious cycle over and over again repeating history as we’ve seen for eons of time. “The Solution” is to become more heart-centered by making everyday choices that are of the heart - not the mind, and not the gut. The famous eye for an eye concept no longer applies in this changing paradigm. If you want your surroundings to change, change yourself and how you respond. It will not happen overnight and in the manner in which many of us would prefer, myself included. Before you question what I propose, I ask fellow Avalonian's this.....what's it going to hurt to follow what I'm suggesting? The cavalry is you, the messiah is you, and not any of the other named groups offering their messages of how they're going to save us. As you know, we are at cross road here where technology has surpassed spirituality, it is our responsibility to begin changing how we handle situations and focus on elevating our own spirituality by stepping outside status quo and the belief systems that accompany the programs within. This is what you do, this is “The Solution” and many, but not enough are beginning to come to this conclusion.

My goal in putting together this thread is to integrate the science background in conjunction with real life stories from every day souls as yourself to further demonstrate how this truly is the answer to our future. This is not some fairyland dream, this is happening, and the more of us that get on board by doing the real work, not by just being a spectator, the sooner our reality will manifest to the degree that our efforts will be viewed as instrumental in creating the very reality we all have come to hope and pray would transpire. But it’s going to take work, and I need each and every one of you to make a commitment of contribution with your hearts and nothing more. This is the way out of the matrix, this is what they don’t want you to know and this is the future environment you’ve been waiting for.

Could you do your fellow brothers and sisters the biggest honor by granting me the wish of making this thread the most viewed ever in Avalon history? Will you make this the one point we can all agree on? Why?......Because this is about you, this is your moment, these are your heart-felt stories, your true experiences, your examples for others to learn by, so they too can contribute their own private moments which in turn help lay down the foundation of a new paradigm, a new frame of reference, for those who cannot yet see. You are the beacons of light that shine over the path that create the bridge for all to walk over. And as sappy as this may sound…..I can’t think of a more beautiful way to usher in the Golden Age, walking beside you as an equal, with love, and as one.

So I could have just posted individual’s stories, but I felt that some background and science were needed to reinforce why I believe this concept cannot only be achieved, but is all ready in the works. What caught my attention was a recent posting of a David Icke video here on Avalon back in August 2012 I believe. Now please don’t discount this post because you happen to not like David Icke. Listen, he’s just one of us. He’s contributing information that he feels should be in the public eye. So before you blow him off, listen to what he has to say, because he is basically coming to the same "Solution" that many of us fellow Avalonian’s have, so I don’t find that to be a coincidence, but rather an enforcement that something is going on and that we are choosing the correct path to our future. I think David fills in beautifully the why’s and how’s. Please take the time to listen to all of this video as David lays out how we got to this point thousands of years back. Pay close attention to where he discusses Gnostic teachings that were discovered and what their message was to humanity. Also take note how he repeatedly discusses being heart-centered and why we need to be taking heart-felt approaches.

SUMMERIZATION
So let’s rehash and make this simple. You live in a holographic universe, which means you have a pattern within the universe that is whole and complete unto itself, which is part of a greater pattern that is whole and complete unto itself, etc. If a change takes place within one of these patterns within the universe, there is a ripple effect and that change is mirrored throughout the rest of the so called holographic universe. Now, tie this concept with what you learned about epigenetics……If our beliefs are energy fields and they can be influenced, and we know epigenetics is controlled by perception, whatever our beliefs may be will become a part of that energy field and therefore can impact what you do. You know that love, compassion and forgiveness are the highest frequencies. If you incorporate those thought processes into the energy field it is those beliefs that influence that field. If a mass amount of people inject the same higher frequencies (see 100th monkey syndrome), also known as collective consciousness, their beliefs will over-ride the lower frequencies thereby changing the reality of the environment.

Let’s interject three definitions into this thought process:

DIMENSION- A dimension is a state of consciousness. When you look at what we know about dimensions, what we find is that each is about a unique set of beliefs. Our current 3D consciousness was not established until enough people began to believe the same way. And the current 5D consciousness will not be established until enough of the people existing there figure out how to live in unity. So we see that when enough people live a set of beliefs they create a dimension.

Going further, a state of consciousness/dimension vibrates at a certain frequency just as all physical matter has a distinguishing vibration or frequency. In our universe, the closer we get to the integration point of Light and Dark, the faster we vibrate (compassion being the integration point with the fastest vibratory rate). So, if a whole group of people acquire a particular set of beliefs, in this case, the understanding of how to live at the integration point between Light and Dark, then they all begin to vibrate at that particular rate. This vibratory rate is also known as a frequency. Continuing on, this group vibration creates a new consciousness, a new reality, and a new dimension by the individuals in the group expressing themselves emotionally, creatively, etc.

ASCENSION- On an individual level, ascension is the process of changing one’s consciousness from one reality, based on one set of beliefs, to another. 100th MONKEY SYNDROME- here’s the story:

The Japanese monkey, Macaca fuscata, had been observed in the wild for a period of over 30 years. In 1952, on the island of Koshima, scientists were providing monkeys with sweet potatoes dropped in the sand. The monkey liked the taste of the raw sweet potatoes, but they found the dirt unpleasant.

An 18-month-old female named Imo found she could solve the problem by washing the potatoes in a nearby stream. She taught this trick to her mother. Her playmates also learned this new way and they taught their mothers too.

This cultural innovation was gradually picked up by various monkeys before the eyes of the scientists. Between 1952 and 1958 all the young monkeys learned to wash the sandy sweet potatoes to make them more palatable. Only the adults who imitated their children learned this social improvement. Other adults kept eating the dirty sweet potatoes.

Then something startling took place. In the autumn of 1958, a certain number of Koshima monkeys were washing sweet potatoes -- the exact number is not known. Let us suppose that when the sun rose one morning there were 99 monkeys on Koshima Island who had learned to wash their sweet potatoes. CONCLUSION
Are you still with me? We are in the process of shifting our reality towards a new dimension. This is the “ascension” to pursue. I just gave you the science to reinforce and validate what I’m proposing. So if you want to live in love and peace you have to be the love and peace. Your participation is crucial to this transition. This is not the time for everyone to sit on their laurels and do nothing, waiting for others to “fix” it. You are “The Solution” you seek. We need your energy- it’s about energy!

Where do we go from here? Since you know you have an effect on the energy field based on the information above, your contribution is creating a reality around yourself based on heart-centered behavior. There are many ways to achieve the reality you want, but try and keep a few things in mind as you assist in this transition. There is no more eye for an eye, there is no more talk of your emotions coming from the gut, instead you do everything from the heart. There is no victimhood behavior and there certainly is no need for a messiah as I just showed each and every one of you that you are your own messiahs….but you all ready knew that! :wink:

I’m going to post an example of a heart centered thought process that happened to me in the early 90’s. I’ve posted it before, but it’s extremely relevant to this particular conversation. The point is that you understand the thinking that created the heart-centered moment, so you can apply it to your own experiences. I’ve asked a couple of other forum members to post their heart-centered examples after mine so you could get an idea of how you can contribute to this process. There really isn’t a right or wrong way, which is what makes this so cool, the only criteria, is that it needs to be from the heart and it needs to encompass one or all of the emotions of love, compassion and forgiveness. It’s more about generating a higher frequency so we can create that ripple affect across the holographic universe which in time will change our reality to the one I know you all desire.

This is it! This is the only way out of the matrix! This is a battle of spirituality! “Systems” are not going to stop the atrocities and if you think they are, show me the science that proves it. Show me the science!!! Your love, compassion and forgiveness are all we need. Many of you have come to the conclusion on your own and it’s imperative that you continue with this belief system. If you have a heart-centered example to share, that’s the purpose of this thread, go ahead and post. Please, for my personal interest, place a date at the top of your thread as to when this heart-centered incident took place. I thought it would be interesting to see if we could spot a pattern if one exists.

EXAMPLE OF HEART-CENTERED THINKING

My spiritual awakening began with a profound moment of what I now know to be a Kundalini, sometime in the early 90's. I had no idea what had happened, but it was something I never forgot and and of course back then, didn't fully appreciate or comprehend. Below is a formal description from what I remember of the experience. It happened so suddenly that I didn't understand what I had done or the significance until a year ago. I can only wish I had been paying attention more closely, but I think I got the general point enough to share with you today. One thing that's important that I might not have made clear in my description below.....what I did was a thought process through my heart not my brain. And I believe it is the very reason I had the Kundalini. I don't think you necessarily have to have a Kundalini for it to work, you just have to change how you think. I have no formal training or knowledge in this arena, I'm almost embarrassed to share with you that I don't even meditate.....yet. ;) What I did truly was from the heart, purely organic, nothing more.

This is a heart-centered example that you can use for yourself to deal with any type of emotional clearing you may need when dealing with a difficult situation and god knows, we've all got em. Forgiveness and acceptance is key as those emotions will promote the higher frequencies of love and compassion. I can only hope this eases your pain and that you are truly able to see the gift you've been given of a difficult experience with a different set of eyes. It is my belief these difficult situations were created by design so that we would have energy to work with in order to transform our reality.

As a child and young adult I grew up in a very verbally abusive situation at home. My father, who was a Navy Seal, was brutal. I could never do anything right, I was never good enough, blah, blah, you've all heard this scenario before as it's quite common. Not only is it common to hear stories like this, but to be put in this type of situation is a common experience for a star seed in general, so I've been told. One of the characteristics of a star seed is that we typically have an adversarial relationship with the parent of the opposite sex, it's important to note that this is by design which is why I'm telling you this. Being put into this situation serves a purpose and that very purpose is why I had the Kundalini and why I am able to pass this information on to others, so they too can experience a transformation of energy.

By the time I had hit my mid-twenties I was a mess. As hard as I tried to reason the unfair treatment I had been subjected to (this is 3D thinking now....always the victim), I could not seem to come to terms with what I could have done to make my parents turn on me in such a bad way throughout my entire time growing up. I ran down the whole list of criterias......I got good grades, I stayed out of trouble, heck I worked three jobs my senior year in high school and I was a varsity athlete from my freshman year to my senior year. So I couldn't possibly come up with a legitimate reason as to why or what I could have done to create the situation I was in. While in college I finally came to a breaking point. I had to get over this or I was going down hill fast. I was ready to end it, the abuse was more than I could take and I wasn't seeing any other way out.

Finally, after years of obsessing over this, I came to the conclusion that there was no rationalizing the situation no matter how hard I tried. Let me repeat this thought process as it's key..... "there was no rationalizing the situation." This was not the point of the whole experience I had just lived my entire life. Because if I could have rationalized it, I probably wouldn't have had the Kundalini! Keep this point in mind when you apply the thought process to your own situation. I spent years in a vicious circle trying to make sense of this situation, so I'm trying to help you avoid the same trap. Be aware that some situations can't be rationalized in the manner you would expect and sometimes that's the point- because how would you have the experience of forgiveness if you could?

So in the next few moments before the Kundalini, this was the thought process. In one hand I accepted and embraced all the bad from the relationship for what it was and I was grateful.........In the other hand, I accepted and embraced all the good from that relationship for what it was and I was grateful. The acceptance of both polarities, in my heart, positive and negative was the integration point. Integration point being love, forgiveness and compassion. This moment of integration was when I had the Kundalini. Bascially it felt like an orgasm. I'm sorry there's no other word to describe it, so I have to utilize that one so you understand what it feels like. It's a rush, ...and it started in the lower half of my torso and went right out my crown chakra.

This was playing what's called The Polarity Integration Game. This is the game of the light and dark the game of duality. The opportunity put before me by being exposed to a negative and painful situation allowed me to forgive through love and compassion. Had I been able to "rationalize" this situation most likely I would have missed the whole point as I would have used my 3D perspective to reason away the experience.

What I did was "transmute" energy. This transmutation was immediately sent out into the energy field, there-by allowing others the potential to absorb the higher frequencies and who knows, possibly making it easier for them to have their own kundalini. Scientifically it is my understanding that love and compassion are the highest frequencies to be experienced on Earth and have the capability of changing one's DNA structure. Love vibrates at 528Hz frequency. And as many of you know, every molecule, atom, living and non-living thing, etc. all vibrate at different frequencies. We have seen via Dr. Masaru Emoto studies how water crystals change their structure when thoughts of love are infused or maybe applied is a better word, so we know there is science that backs this concept in addition to the other links I provided in the first post of this thread.

It’s happening…right now

I just want to share what many of us have quietly come to realize. As many stare out at the world around them and try to make sense of the escalating drama, there are some that have turned inward and discovered an incredible process unfolding within. This is a profound change occurring, it is incredibly beautiful and eloquent. Like caterpillars transforming into butterflies, this process is natural, it is quiet and yet quite mind-blowing in terms of the extent of transformation.

We each have our own unique processes. I will share a bit of mine.

The more I look within and uncover, and heal wounded aspects of myself the more my entire world, both inside and out, shifts in profound ways. For me it has been about shifting from a fear-based..divided..perspective to a love-based…unified perspective.

Until a few years ago I was not aware of the parts of myself that I had rejected over the years of growing up in this society. At first it was difficult to look at these aspects as I had long ago judged them to be unworthy and negative. But as I learned to allow and accept all as being parts of the whole I slowly began to reclaim and heal these rejected aspects in order to return to a unified whole being.

My process is not complete, however it has reached a point where it is impossible to deny that it is occurring.

After wading through, and clearing, the murky waters within, I can now relax deeply and connect with an incredible deep loving peaceful space (all the traumatized frightened rejected aspects are no longer lingering just beyond my perception causing my unconscious anxiety..they are now integrated or in the process of healing).

The further along I go on my path the easier it gets to access this loving space. The beauty of this loving space is that when in it, everything just flows and feels magic. I realize now that there is an intelligence to love that is far beyond anything the mind is capable of. When we let go of trying to control things, and are able surrender to love we open ourself up to a new elevated frequency. This frequency feels like a warm, gentle, soothing hum emanating from deep within. I feel a deep connection to all in my surrounds. I feel inspired to participate in this momentous flow…to play, to create, to share. The more I access this energy the more I find myself creating and experiencing beauty around me, in the physical world and in my relationships.

We have been programmed to believe that it is unproductive, selfish, and limiting to look within. However, this is truly the key to escaping the matrix. It’s as though deep down beneath all the ‘stuff’ we’ve pushed away from conscious awareness is a door that leads home.

It is true that it can be easy when beginning to look within to think we are the center of the world and to get caught up in our own egoic maze, and inner drama triggers. While this may not look vey pretty from the outside, it is simply a stage in the learning process. Eventually our paths lead us to see the bigger picture and realize that while it is true that we are the center of the universe, so too is everyone else…it is all a matter of perspective.

Conclusion

For me this is what the Shift is all about. It is about re-membering ourself. We are each like cells in a body that is riddled with a terrible cancer. We can be in denial of the cancer (like many in the mainstream), we can focus on the cancer and perpetuate the cause (separation consciousness), or we can be aware that there is a cancer, but place our focus on becoming a healthy strong joyfully vibrating cell. By focusing on our own sphere of influence and spreading love through our world, we do our part in ensuring that the whole is healthy.

My experience has shown me that love is contagious, and the world is a mirror. The more I move through my world with love in my heart the more I find beauty in everyone I come across. (eg I used to go out and frequently encounter difficult, trying people with horrible attitudes (shop keepers etc), but since I have healed within I find myself meeting more and more interesting helpful warm people.)

One time many years ago I had a vision in which I could see everyone with a sparkle in their eye that said that we each new that we were god and that we were all reflections of each other…all parts of an amazing whole. This is where I feel we are heading. It’s very exciting to experience.

While it is healthy to be aware of what is transpiring in the wider world, I want to emphasize the importance of focusing on healing and loving ourselves. Some people seem so focused on the drama of the outer world that they are compromising their own wellbeing. Waiting for some big outer event (ascension, aliens etc) they are actually missing the whole point. We need to be aware that when we focus too much on the drama occurring in the wider world our own personal worlds can shrink and begin to reflect the bleakness…this can ultimately lead to disillusionment and even depression.

So if you haven’t already, be emotionally brave and take a look within….I highly recommend it

I also have been waiting for the perfect time to tell my story, which I will this weekend. I am at work right now and cannot tell this story without tears so I will wait til I am home to write it. Our stories are similar but I took it to an extreme of the opposite for a period of a few years.

Nothing that interested me 6 months ago interests me today. In fact I have been combing through the posts and not finding something of this nature. I have had several heart expansions that can only be described as amazing bliss and ecstacy. I want so much to share this experience with others but had to realize that I cannot force it upon anyone, I just have to dwell within and it will be infectious eventually.

For now, I will say that I am excited to be part of this and I know it will be fruitful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the diligent work and time you are putting into "the heart".

The Deep Sacred Heart

For me a pivotal key to healing was finding my heart space. This is a real place that we all contain within us. It is within us, yet it is outside time and space and reaches beyond all levels and dimensions of the game of existence. It is directly connected to source energy. It is absolutely unable to be touched by corruption and distortion. No matter what we are feeling and experiencing, if we can enter the deep sacred heart space, all else dissolves and becomes completely irrelevant. In this space we know the truth that everything but love is illusion.

This deep heart space is meant to be our sanctuary, a space beyond the illusion to which can retreat; a space to heal and re-energize before emerging once again to play in the illusion. It’s our home-base.

Unfortunately the pains and hurts that most of us on the human journey endure make us place walls of protection around our hearts; for it is there that we keep our most fragile and precious aspects. However, these barriers that we put up around our hearts for protection, actually keep us separate from our innate intimate space of love and healing. Many of us, other than a vague cultural reference, or a distant yearning, don’t even really remember our hearts.

The first and most important step in reconnecting with our hearts is having the intention. If you hold the intention, your heart will assist you to find your way back home.


Initially a useful tool can be to do a visualization in which you imagine yourself shining from the beautiful center of your heart. This is your space, put in whatever makes you feel good. Try to imagine as many details as possible. If you fill your space with roses, imagine exactly what color/colors they are, imagine how they are arranged, how they smell and feel. The details themselves are not important, it is the process of carefully, and lovingly, crafting an imaginary altar or temple for the heart, that helps us to reconnect to this sacred space.

Initially, it can also be useful to imagine a boundary around this space that ensures nothing uninvited can enter. With time this will become less important and eventually irrelevant. As you learn to trust your heart, you will eventually come to realise that the sacred heart space does not need boundaries. Divisions are unnecessary in the heart, as there all fits perfectly and harmoniously.

As you become more in tune with your heart , this generator of love will play an increasingly important role in your life. While initially the connection may have been based on imagination, it will progressively become one of the most, if not the most real thing in your life.

In its expression you will find your truest self.

The more you connect the more you will want to weave it into every aspect of your life.

It will become your rock bed foundation: a solid place that you can always fall back on regardless of what is going on around you in the physical world or in your mind.

You will also physically begin to feel it in daily life. Like a gentle hum or flutter over the breast bone. It feels fabulous. At first this sensation will likely be sporadic, but the more you nurture it and feel gratitude for the experience, the more present this feeling will be in your body.

As well the more familiar you become with the feeling of being aligned with your deep sacred heart the more obvious it will be when you’re NOT in alignment. As the connection strengthens it becomes easier and easier recognize when we are out of alignment and to bring ourselves back.

I feel that my sways away from the heart will progressively become smaller and smaller, as correction becomes more and more automatic, until eventually I will fall into true alignment. That’ll be interesting.

A leader and wonderful mind with extremely well thought out intention. I am with you 100%. I m also a little jaded by our families attention given to lesser subject matter.

I see people being more attracted to sensation as opposed to quality. The reason i believe is twofold. Good informatin is calming, it brings answers and introspection. Secondly our type of information requires the reader to apply them selves. This is intended to un cover the problems with sustaining such threads. We cannot force peole to be a part of such a bold and excellent idea, but those who gravitate to it will be richly rewarded.

My intentions in the past have been to try and bring an understanding to spiritual healing and couple it with good nutrition and good mental practice. Its been very well recived and now i have peopl coming forward asking me to help them with small guiding steps to help their individual evolution. I always proport denouncment of fear. This is paramount. I always state to try not to label or judge or sift through information finding faults in it but rather take the good bits and work with them.

This is an aweome reaction to our work here :-) it fills me with joy when something we pass on helps someone rise up and find peace.

I did read that post/thread and am becoming aware of messages and hidden meanings in many of the movies and tv programs that I've been drawn to. Sometimes, if my mind is open enough, these messages can seem so blatant as to be quite comical.

I appreciate the effort you've put into your solution and I feel quite comfortable wading about in its content. For me, I am not an ostrich that buries its head in the sand – I have spent 20 years looking at things head on wherever the trail leads. I have watched from afar the Machiavellian nefarious agendas unfold upon humanity, kept abreast with all the many layers of control that is not just 3D but inter-dimensional involving many super technologies used to control on a planetary scale. When one finally pieces the jigsaw pieces together it makes a huge big horror story that involves lots of intergalactic wars on ‘Souls’.

As I see it, simply put in a nutshell, we are experiencing a War on Frequency between ‘Love’ or ‘Fear’. All the above mentioned with insidious agendas is to promote ‘fear’ – when one is filled with fear, one is disconnected to their Great Spirit.

For myself, I had to define whether I knew/believed that I was an ‘Eternal Spirit’ OR was I a ‘mortal one lifer’ that all balled down to ‘survival of the fittest’ and needed to save my short time sorry arse?

I have been there and done that over the year’s stock piling food, seeds, joining communities, gathering non electrical tools, read books on survival tactics, learnt to shoot, and build tree benders and hobbit home hovels etc. I was like a busy bee, dead focussed on the many gauntlets I needed to protect myself and my family from.

I was about 5 years into this survival drive when I suddenly realised I had lost my sense of humour, I rarely laughed anymore. I no longer appreciated the quiet healing walks engaging with Nature because my mind was consumed on what ‘else’ I needed to do on the exceptionally long ‘prepare list’. I had lost my ‘JOY’ and inner tranquillity. My psychic intuitions and out of body experiences had dwindled away. I found it hard to engage with anyone who wasn’t into the survival plan. Life was no longer seen as a joyful gift to experience, inspire and learn by; I had unwittingly turned it into a spiritless nightmare filled with anxiety, worry, fear and death.

While the rest of my dear friends dug undergrounds, stock piled etc, after having this personal reality check, I suddenly dropped the whole survival thing. I spent a year reclaiming back my joy composing songs on my guitar, painting, writing, and making hundreds of unique handcrafted cards. My friends were busy preparing for planet X, Nibiru, Sun flares, comets, Reptilian invasion, worldwide and Galactic War, martial law, starvation, drought, tsunamis, volcanoes, earthquakes...... while I made pretty cards unleashing my creative mind. It was all quite surreal.

Allowing my creativity to flow in whatever direction the day inspired me, I found self love and love for others again; joy, peace, enhanced intuition, laughter, strength, courage, empathy, wisdom AND more importantly reconnection to my Great Spirit bringing pure ‘Knowingness’ into my life.

Do I have any regrets of being in survival mind for 5 years – NO; it taught me useful tools, I understand how it is every human’s self responsibility to be as sovereign as their situation enables, this is self-empowerment. It is prudent and common sense to have some extra food stored away; you never know when you might need this either for yourself or a neighbour. Eating one’s own home grown produce is so rewarding spiritually and for physical health – and is relationship building with Nature. For me, these 5 years and the 1 year re-discovering my Joy was all a ‘Grand Initiation’. Interestingly, 80% of my friends’ years later came to the same realisations and insight.

Using pure reason, why would 7 billion Souls choose to incarnate in a lifetime where their arses was inevitably going to be fried? What would be the point of that? Only a very small percentage of humanity has the millions to finance and fully ‘prepare’ for the myriad of onslaughts prophesied. There has to be much more to this story methinks. Are we simply a mortal human having a onetime experience – or are we Eternal Spirit?

Just look up on Youtube what has been happening around and inside our Sun on the 11-13th March 2012 – what was the large dark Triangle that appeared inside the Sun? Was this showing a Star Gate? Also we had a temporary Earth electromagnetic pole shift! Something very strange is occurring.

Look up the 13th March 2011 and what happened between 7-8am GMT. I witnessed dawn arise, and then turn back to night that morning before rising again at 7:45 GMT. Something very BIG happened to our Sun that morning, it was as if it was turned off from the inside! I started a long thread about this on PA. Was this morning a grand example that we are living in a Holographic Universe?

I see and feel the suffering on this planet, I feel it in my heart and I desire with all my heart/soul/spirit for Evolutionary ‘Change’; Change that will allow Humanity to get back on track and walk the Spiritual Path of our unique Evolutions. My loving focus includes ALL - Human, Animal and Nature. Hiding in a bunker with the few is not the spiritual answer for me. I Know together united we can be so much greater than this.

I send love and compassion to every one of us, we are experiencing great changes on so many different levels right now. This is likened to going through our masters degree and imho, connecting to one’s inner self and inner knowingness will guide us to where we are meant to be. For me, my life turned around when I opened my heart, my soul connection, allowing joy to flow through my being that enhances my compassion and empathy for All Life. And to those who walk the path of survival this is especially for you, for I understand the grand Initiations you are in. Every path has a golden lining bringing great wisdom.

‘HOPE’, imho is not a weakness, rather a precious spiritual quality we humans have, and while there is hope in one’s heart there is always inner strength and will power to overcome whatever comes our way. When such hope is slashed completely, stagnation becomes all consuming on the human spirit. Be ‘Mind-Full’ and may God-Speed you on your journeys. This lifetime is about Great Conscious Changes! Reality is so much bigger and awe inspiring when we shift our perceptions from the head to our hearts.

What an awesome post Real Eyes. Often I find that some of the most important posts, I mean "real" information gets overshadowed by non-verifiable chatter. Obviously all contributions have a place, and I don't want to take away from the importance of other threads, even the dark ones, but I really hope that people pay close attention to those of us who post real life experiences as we look within ourselves for the truth.

I see a process happening with several forum members that I think is important to point out. We are all having different experiences, but I'm noticing a pattern where several of us are coming to the end of the path with the same conclusion. The more I recognize it, I have to admit that I find myself smiling because the transformation is taking place before my very eyes and I wonder how many truly see what I'm seeing. Your post Real Eyes, is a perfect example of this transformation and the very thing I'm looking for to take place on a mass scale.

Several of us are coming to the realization that our focus should be "heart centered". This is how you transform your reality. As I've said before, I really want to put a thread together explaining this concept with a personal experience combined with an interview that David Icke did not too long ago, which verified my own conclusions that "heart centered" should be the direction we all find ourselves putting a collective effort into. I just may come back to your post Real Eyes if it's ok and insert it as an example to help make my point.

Like you I went through various stages of my awakening, including the stock piling of food, some fear based thoughts etc, etc.....but as I look back on the path I chose, I have found myself concentrating on "heart centered" concepts as I seem to instinctually know this is the future, this is where it's at, this is the change we are all seeking. There is a rumour going around that suggests that the pyramids were built on the ley line intersections to suppress our higher frequency ability and some in Egypt are calling for their dismantling. I understand the length of the great pyramid in giza has a base length that is matches the frequency of our avg heartbeat, .7 seconds if I recall. The member's support in regards to the content of this thread has been fantastic....and to think I almost wasn't going to post it.....something about the timing didn't feel right when I originally had put my idea to paper back in June of this year. Then recently I re-visted the movie V for Vendetta and posted a thread in regards to my thoughts "here". Since Dec. 7th was my birthday back in those times and Dec. 7th is my wedding aniversary in these times, I felt it fitting to post on such date as now it seemed more than appropriate to share the heart-centered information in a public manner.

I am with you 100%. I'm also a little jaded by our families attention given to lesser subject matter.

I see people being more attracted to sensation as opposed to quality. The reason i believe is twofold. Good informatin is calming, it brings answers and introspection. Secondly our type of information requires the reader to apply them selves. This is intended to un cover the problems with sustaining such threads. We cannot force peole to be a part of such a bold and excellent idea, but those who gravitate to it will be richly rewarded.

....I always state to try not to label or judge or sift through information finding faults in it but rather take the good bits and work with them.

Like everything else, Avalon may find it needs to make a transformation, as the frequencies held by the dark are no longer conducive to the environment they once use to call home. Change will be difficult for all of us and no one is immune from the transition as the energy field won't allow for it, the higher frequencies will overtake the lower ones that are no longer needed and things that seemed important won't hold the weight they once did. Avalon covers such a wide range of topics I would imagine it could handle change with grace as its format encompasses topics not typically condoned by those of the programmed matrix.

Your last sentence is exactly how I feel. We are all here to learn and often those that stand up in the forefront to share what they have acquired take the brunt of humanity's judgmental nature when really, they should be commended for their efforts even though not always accurate. Good to hear....I wanted to add to whoever may find the original post of great use to wake up others, please take the material and work it to however you feel may serve the best purpose. I laid out the information in a particular order as I thought it would be easiest to understand, especially for those who are relatively new to this kind of information. I could have added more to prove my point, but the post was all ready a monster size and sometimes too much information can detract from the original message. There could be some variance in the science portion but I would not suggest removing the holographic universe concept as that is key, they must understand this in order for the bigger picture to make sense.

I think we need to educate as many people as we can in regards to the energy field and how belief systems affect them, which is why the study of Epigenetics is so fascinating and useful. The science is there, but few are aware of it's importance. If you want to have some fun with this, take the original post to your friends. Hook up your computer to your flat screen T.V. one night on a cold snowy/rainy day and have your friends/family commit a few hours to watch. It takes two simple cables attached from your computer to your TV, to achieve a big screen presentation. The you tube clips can be blown up to a larger size giving a movie-like atmosphere.

I don't know about you guys...but I don't think I could stomach my days in Summerland, peering through that crystal ball wondering why I just sat there and did nothing, especially when I had the proper information in hand. And let's just say for some reason it isn't correct(though I believe it is), at least I can say I did something.

Dear We-R-One, I read your post shortly after you posted it and there was such resonance... I am not very computer savvy but wanted to link to something that I felt went along with your ideas. This was a reply I wrote a few months ago to a post elsewhere on the forum.

For now I will copy and paste Default Re: Tap into an ENDLESS FLOW of Knowing, Peace and Vital Energy.

For me, until we surrender to what is, we remain trapped in our judgment and this world of duality. Surrendering is something I am trying to remember on a daily basis. I have found over the years this is my only way to peace.

Two wonderful teachers that have help me to see the value of surrender and how to apply it are, Bryon Katie "Loving What IS" and Eckhart Tolle, "Power of Now" and "A New Earth".

What surrender means to me, is stopping the inner NO! For example, when we don't like what we are experiencing. We have an inner rejection to what is happening. I feel like I have lived much of my life in a place of constant tension because I was internally struggling against the things I saw in the world I didn't agree with. I feel this struggle is the source of all of my health conditions. On a much grander scale, I do believe this inner no is the source of our fall from grace. Fighting against what we see out there.... rather than surrendering to life, (the inner path). Just as the butterfly surrenders to the cocoon when we surrender to what is, we transcend it.

Being on a spiritual quest for many years I would read great books and grasp the teachings but I held onto my inner NO. In my mind there were many situations in my life and the world that were just wrong! When something would happen to me that I didn't want to experience I would stew on it. Reliving stuff over and over again in my mind and hone my skills of pointing my thought at what the problem is. This focus of mine only brought about years of pain. It seems even though I was growing in my spiritual journey I was experiencing some heavy negativity in my life. It was during a tough night of feeling very victimized that I stopped resisting and let my inner screaming fall away. All became peace... I could feel the oneness of all and for the first time I really understood the phrase "what you think about you bring about". My years of looking with my mind at what I believed were the problems in my life only seemed to perpetuate my experience of it. "Could my attention to the problem really be the cause of the pain I was seeing in my world?"

Surrendering to what is... is how I have had every transcendent experience in my life. By dropping all judgment good/bad, right/wrong, etc... and just being in the experience everything seems to expand and peace remains. Getting to this place has been a struggle and I continue on a daily basis to have to redirect, redirect, redirect my thoughts to allowing what is, without attaching myself to it. When I can do this it is like the bigger picture is realized, I am part of everything, we are all one... When I fight within I am like a cancer cell in a body causing pain in the being of humanity. From this perspective all the grand teachings seem to make sense. In a state of surrender, Loving all humanity is so easy! We are all one and we have not known it. We have spent lifetime after lifetime struggling against what we believe is out there.... But we can lay the struggle down. It has served us in so many ways. The lessons gained on this journey of duality are blessings I believe we won't truly grasp until we evolve. In my opinion surrendering is how we get there.

I was feeling a bit of a hump in my spiritual development today. I was wishing i could be back with my true family, my family on a star out there. . .
So i sat down to meditate and planned some intention into it.

I first thought, id like to visit my star family. Id like to feel connected. And with this i found a gem of truth.

When i asked to be connected, i was. But after i was connected my wishes did not come true unless they had some " purpose " imbedded into them. So i spoke to my family from my heart. I asked questions and did specific healings. I also sent blessings to members of my family down here.

I felt a connection that didnt wear off after i got up. I understood the strength of my reality depends on the ability to sustain good thought. To be centred so that when you see a person in the street, you hear your first thought of them before saying it. And feeling that thought was from a place of integrity and peace.

Well i walked down town tonight in my meditation gear. . . White t shirt, white shorts, . People looked at me, and smiled. Not because i looked funny but because i smiled first. :-)

I ordered take away from a vietnamese restaurant. When i left the lady gave me a big gummy smile and i chuckled to myself. These are people, they are alive, they have feelings and families like me.

The evening is peaceful and the wind cool. My tummy is full and i pray yours is too.

To undo these blocks may be a work of a life time, if not many. However, in my mind/heart, it is essential. How many of us do have the strenght to go through true knowledge about oneself, and go through the pain and difficulties that are part of the way to clear the heart path. And not be distracted by the mind or ego? Then love/universsal energy will flow through.

Now I am making steps towards that goal. Hopefully, universal grace does exist to assist us in these steps and accelerate the process.

Thank you for sharing your post- this is what it's all about. The difference in replies proves there's no specific way to come to the conclusion that we all have, which makes these moments so beautiful. By bringing our individual thoughts to the forefront, we create a frame of reference for others who are still walking the path, and might not yet be able to see. Dropping judgment is huge! For me, remembering who I was through my journey into reincarnation is what created my understanding to stop all judgment, so here again, I walked a different path, but came to the same conclusion as yourself. When I could see that this life time and a past life were paralleling each other it has become very clear that this is being orchestrated by intelligent design. We're all down here playing roles whether good or evil, so how can we judge one another when it's merely a game? My biggest lessons have come from those who have played the evil roles, and there is much love and gratitude felt for those who put themselves in dark positions to be judged by all so that I may have my epiphanic moments. And it's because we have chosen to change the way we think that we can come to this conclusion. This is stepping outside of the matrix belief system, this is stepping outside of status quo.

Genevieve, thank you for your contribution! It's very easy to get sucked in to all the conspiracy stories, but they're merely a distraction pulling you away from where your real focus should remain. I mean seriously, I want the UFOs to make an open appearance just as much as the next guy, but if we can't get right within ourselves down here, why should they give us the time of day? It is my belief that they are very much behind the intelligent design of the 3D experience. They're not going to come down here in mass until they feel that we are ready to join the galactic community with a higher perspective than what we have. We lack spirituality plain and simple, and until we figure that out, all bets are off for contact of an epic proportion. So the focus should be on heart-centered concepts for those of us who are ready for a new reality whether it be on this planet or some place else.

I wish David Icke would have put more emphasis on the heart-centered topic at his recent Wembeley Arena presentation. One thought did occur to me as to why he didn't....By releasing this information in the manner which I have, do I ruin the spiritual growth of others by spilling the beans? Would it have been better to let others have the experience organically like I did myself? You see I will not be disappointed if I don't see the complete change before I leave this planet. I believe I came here, did what I was suppose to do(kundalini interjected into the energy field), and learned what I was suppose to learn(experiencing the awakening period) and I'm truly grateful for all that has transpired.

I have often asked myself if "The Solution" is applicable to be manifested for this time period....maybe we are 100 years away from realizing the complete transition???? Maybe "The Solution" is a concept of the future life all ready experienced on other planets rather than this one. You see when I look at history, it's no mistake that we keep repeating it....how else are souls to learn unless they experience it for themselves? Glad to see you on here Flash! You're right, it can be a painful process to get to this heart-centered point. Emotional clearing requires you to feel the pain, there's no getting around it. Some just can't do it, some commit suicide and others just won't even go there. Forgiving is hard to do in an environment that condones dualistic behavior that reinforces the eye for an eye concept. You learn that belief system early on, so to go outside of that preconceived misconception is difficult, especially when those around you are enforcing this thought process through their behavior. Now if you remember the video on Epigenetics from the original post, you can see how easily the energy fields affect people and why it can be a challenge to break the pattern as it takes you outside the status quo of the majority.

Welcome! Good thing I spelled Masaru correctly otherwise you might not have found us! LOL Thanks for sharing the link, I will take a look- I have enjoyed his work and I actually wanted to incorporate his water crystal study into my post, but held back because it was all ready large in size and I was afraid I might scare people away with too much information. Maybe what I'll do is create a list of relevant studies that relate to the point of power of intention, belief systems, etc. and post all at once so people can use them in their own presentations as additional information when discussing with others.

What I have found is everyone learns differently. So when you present something it's helpful to cover as many senses as possible. A movie-like showing is most favored, but many like to have something in hand that they can go back and read in order to process what they're learning. You see it's easy for me to stand up in front of people and rattle this off, but I've also been doing this for quite some time now. I forget that many are just waking up and haven't had time to absorb the information. We all think differently and sometimes you can have two people say the same thing, but in a different context, and yet one way will resonate more with another even though the same message is being conveyed.

I wanted to make a small contribution to it by citing a book I'm reading right now "The Last Hours of Ancient Sunlight"(yes I'm only reading it now, lol) where he says that technology is not the answer, changing the CULTURE is the answer to much of what we see as the biggest problems on Earth. And you know, the implication is there, that once enough of us 'wake up,' great transformation of our global culture is possible. I believe in a sort of tipping point or 'critical mass' of consciousness where transformation of all humanity becomes inevitable. Of course that is but one aspect of the bigger picture.

Came across your thread today we-R-one and wish to send you love and strength in your work...I see in you the nature and enthusiasm of a true server :)

The most significant thing about this thread is love...so I thought I would quickly jot down some thoughts for consideration by those who wish to serve.

The great question is... "is there degrees of love"...and I guess a large number of people would raise their hands and nod.

We have been brought up in different lifestyles and with different values and different ideals and in different cities and countries and continents but one thing we all seem to know is that love plays some role in our lives. We love our parents for being the ones who have raised us and given us all their time and help and support. We love our brothers or sisters for all the fun and togetherness. We love those special friends around us for just being them. Then we meet that special person in our lives which makes our heart race ahead and do flips. We get married or decide to live with another and we suddenly find a new set of acquaintances and each is considered for our love. Our children become the love of our lives and we nurture and protect them. I have often seen 2 families, who are racially different, form a bond of strong love when a marriage takes place between lets say the daughter and son of these different families. Many have had their jaw drop to the floor because they may have thought there was no way that some person would ever have love for another from another race until we come face to face with the power of love when 2 people find each other in love. Love seems to breaks all barriers and seems to defy logic for those who are set in their ideas and prejudiced in some way. So...Love often seems to be a decision we make based on our personal choice and the feeling we get when we receive it and give it to those special chosen few in our lives.

So then...what is this 'other kind of love' which some seem to have and others not? This other kind of love is all encompassing, and we do not need any reason to show this 'other kind of love', and yet we go about our lives as if it were something which would costs us dearly...as if we will be laying out a huge collateral and spend all our valuable time to achieve this state of 'other kind of love'. We think of the commitment we will need to honour if we were to display this 'other kind of love' to just anyone...never mind everyone. So we seem to rarely even give it a chance.

This 'other kind of love' is called Unconditional Love...and it costs exactly zero effort and zero financial outlay to apply fully. When was it the last time that you never had to move a muscle, or buy a present, or use the phone, or walk a mile, or give up your time and money to be able to be in possession of such a wonderful gift which you can hand out to anyone or everyone? All 100% FREE!...and all it takes is the very thing that makes all of us meek and warm inside.
It seems that unconditional love is a difficult thing for some to achieve...and yes it is an achievement...an achievement which comes from many years and life times of plodding through the miles and miles of emotional turmoil we have gone through in order to realise that we are all brothers and sisters in one life and that we own no one and wish no one to own us because we already belong to one another. We should clearly see the difference between emotional and real love, because emotion does not play any part in real love, real love is totally unconditional and requires nothing in return to fill the gaps in your heart because your heart is so full of love there is no place for gaps.

Unconditional Love is the result of a learning curve, a gathering of knowledge to the point where we see the connection we have with each other, and we see the fight is over...and only love prevails, because we know we are one.

A couple of years ago I experienced a heart opening, through no effort on my part. It was spontaneous and unexpected. I suddenly fell into another state of being where I experienced bliss and oneness with everything, and everyone.

I soon popped right back into fear though, and since then I have been going back and fro between the two states. I find it quite easy to enter into oneness when I am on my own. But with my familly .... Hard. I am a fixer. I pick up on others pain, and then I go in and fix it ( usually uninvited ). But this is fear based. It is so hard to feel a loved ones pain..and not DO anything about it. This is what I am learning now. To just feel the pain.

Maybe what I'll do is create a list of relevant studies that relate to the point of power of intention, belief systems, etc. and post all at once so people can use them in their own presentations as additional information when discussing with others.

Your plan sounds like a good idea, it'll be helpful for many of us to have all the relative material on this topic put together.

Dear Fellow Avalonians and Guests,

I humbly ask for your undivided attention while initially viewing this thread. Right up front I need a time commitment from you. Though at first glance this introduction will appear long and intimidating, please stick with me in order to have a full understanding of the message I’m trying to convey and help in implementing its success by your participation, even if it means you have to come back another day.

Many have asked on various threads for a "Solution" to the tyranny that seems to encompass our every move no matter where we reside on this planet; and I feel confident that I/we, have found it. There is no cost, there is no group to join and it’s something you can do on your own time, in your own way without any constraints, judgments or harsh ramifications. This may be the most important thing you do not only for yourself, but for those around you and humanity itself.

With much anticipation and love, I lay before you this resolution to the conundrum that we as the human race all face and I hope every one of you will take this proposal quite seriously. In fact, my desire is that you incorporate this thought process I’m suggesting into every facet of your life. But, before going any further I ask that you do three things if you haven’t come to this conclusion as of yet.

1. No matter how scary things become, do not operate in fear.
2. As new truths come forward be willing to shift your set of beliefs to match those truths.
3. Do not allow a truth to become an untruth because you cannot find the capacity to see it as a possibility, always keep an open mind.

This should help your spiritual transition go smoother, allowing you to focus on the tasks at hand. "The Solution" has been in front of us this whole time, but because it’s not in the conditioned form that many are expecting, it’s ignored, overlooked and passed over. Why should you pay attention to this “Solution”? Because your fellow brother and sisters are pouring out their hearts with a treasure trove of information in their posts which more than eludes to the answer you seek. They are you! They are not joining some group, they are not necessarily following a particular messiah as gospel, they are merely looking within for the answers; and with their initial discovery, posting what they have found for all to divulge and absorb. Though each and every one of them has chosen a different path through the process, they are all coming to the same conclusion in unison at the end of the trail no matter how long it’s taken them to get there. How lucky are we to have access to a forum where this information can be collected, shared and observed by all, with the shear advantage of dispersing this message far and wide in a way that no other civilization has been able to do in their time period due to lack of technological gains.

So what is “The Solution”? I have become very aware of a quiet movement taking place that many of you might not have recognized as of yet and it’s this very movement I believe, to be the key component to ending our reality as we know it. It’s happening here on Avalon, but unfortunately it’s being overlooked and drowned out by threads that focus on unverifiable information, gloom and doom scenarios making one feel powerless, unfulfilled and longing for some real answers. And though you know the days of “following” are just about over, there unfortunately is a lot of attention being placed on individuals who have attempted to offer information to the masses only to be slaughtered by their own with discussions that go nowhere and solve absolutely nothing, but rather continue to divide and conquer instead of unifying us as one. Have we not learned anything? Does anyone feel like they’re on the hamster wheel to nowhere? We can and will change this reality, but only if we begin to change the way we think!

Several Avalon members are all ready manifesting this "Solution" and posting their experiences, but unfortunately they're being bypassed and overlooked. We are so conditioned that many of us are missing the one key component - The change is YOU, and the science is there to prove this theory. Until humankind understands, we will continue this vicious cycle over and over again repeating history as we’ve seen for eons of time. “The Solution” is to become more heart-centered by making everyday choices that are of the heart - not the mind, and not the gut. The famous eye for an eye concept no longer applies in this changing paradigm. If you want your surroundings to change, change yourself and how you respond. It will not happen overnight and in the manner in which many of us would prefer, myself included. Before you question what I propose, I ask fellow Avalonian's this.....what's it going to hurt to follow what I'm suggesting? The cavalry is you, the messiah is you, and not any of the other named groups offering their messages of how they're going to save us. As you know, we are at cross road here where technology has surpassed spirituality, it is our responsibility to begin changing how we handle situations and focus on elevating our own spirituality by stepping outside status quo and the belief systems that accompany the programs within. This is what you do, this is “The Solution” and many, but not enough are beginning to come to this conclusion.

My goal in putting together this thread is to integrate the science background in conjunction with real life stories from every day souls as yourself to further demonstrate how this truly is the answer to our future. This is not some fairyland dream, this is happening, and the more of us that get on board by doing the real work, not by just being a spectator, the sooner our reality will manifest to the degree that our efforts will be viewed as instrumental in creating the very reality we all have come to hope and pray would transpire. But it’s going to take work, and I need each and every one of you to make a commitment of contribution with your hearts and nothing more. This is the way out of the matrix, this is what they don’t want you to know and this is the future environment you’ve been waiting for.

Could you do your fellow brothers and sisters the biggest honor by granting me the wish of making this thread the most viewed ever in Avalon history? Will you make this the one point we can all agree on? So I could have just posted individual’s stories, but I felt that some background and science were needed to reinforce why I believe this concept cannot only be achieved, but is all ready in the works. What caught my attention was a recent posting of a David Icke video here on Avalon back in August 2012 I believe. Now please don’t discount this post because you happen to not like David Icke. Listen, he’s just one of us. He’s contributing information that he feels should be in the public eye. So before you blow him off, listen to what he has to say, because he is basically coming to the same "Solution" that many of us fellow Avalonian’s have, so I don’t find that to be a coincidence, but rather an enforcement that something is going on and that we are choosing the correct path to our future. I think David fills in beautifully the why’s and how’s. Please take the time to listen to all of this video as David lays out how we got to this point thousands of years back. Pay close attention to where he discusses Gnostic teachings that were discovered and what their message was to humanity. Also take note how he repeatedly discusses being heart-centered and why we need to be taking heart-felt approaches.

...sigh....this is extremely difficult...I can hardly type as the tears are welling up in my eyes....as most of you know there's been a shooting in New Town, Connecticut at Sandy Hook elementary school, that has taken the lives of 27 at this point of writing my post- mainly children. I'm going to ask you to send all the love and compassion you can to the families and community of New Town as I can't even imagine what they're going through right now.

Your frequency, your energy, your heart is needed. I'm asking you in a communities time of need that you change the way you think. We need this on a mass scale and unfortunately it's going to take atrocities like this to generate the fuel needed to transform our environment. Remember the science I put in front of you, remember my words,

Annette, your efforts are very meaningful, thank you and yes spread the message far and wide. We have to get a spirituality movement on the table, so we can transform the energy fields. I know this is the way. The most difficult thing is we can't see instant results from our efforts, and since we're at the beginning stages of a new reality, these horrific events will continue until more and more spiritually awaken and respond with heart-centered thoughts rather than the emotions of anger. I would love for this to be an immediate change, but at this point, I don't see this happening...UNLESS, we have a tragedy of such an enormous magnitude, which in turn, allows for the creation of an immediate shift based on humanity's heart-centered response.

We must be confident in the science behind belief systems and how they affect the energy fields. There is no way around this, we have to change the way we think, it's the only "solution" that has the validation of scientific proof.

You see I believe these events are by design, because again, you have to have "fuel" in order to make the transformation. People need a reason to forgive. The horrific events aren't suppose to make sense, otherwise if they did, we would use our 3D perception to reason them away and then the opportunity is wasted and the cycle begins all over again. Thanks we-R-one and all above. This thread to me, is a portal. Avalon is a portal, but this thread is assembling and re-focusing all of the best ideas presented on Avalon, and pointing to the "list" of the writers and public leaders active in "The Solution" oriented sciences and belief systems.

I want to mention one idea that I heard from Bashar about 20 years ago, because I think it's highly relevant here.

The first part of this idea, is that we are in a period, or maybe a lifetime, of integration - integrating all of our selves, the good the bad and the ugly, which we can do with no judgement.

The second part of the idea is that, when a part of the collective begins to focus on an idea, the momentum accelerates. Which I believe this thread is doing. Tremendous momentum.

The idea that this is going to take so many decades, maybe our grandchildren will live in it, etc., is reasonable. Yet, I feel it can become, is becoming a happy runaway train. All aboard!

The context in which Bashar presented this acceleration idea was this: at one channeling Daryl the channeler announced that Bashar wanted to give a workshop on integration, because we as humans could not meet ET face to face as our deepest fears would be activated (stuff we don't like and cannot accept about ourselves). Our psyches would be shattered. In fact, Bashar was going to in some way "screen" participants because shattering was to be avoided. Like, some folks wouldn't get in. The only time I ever heard Bashar mention exclusion of any kind.

Yet, a week later, Bashar announced the workshop was cancelled. Reason being, that the mere mention of the idea of integration accelerated the momentum in the collective and the workshop was no longer necessary.

One week! With the focus on what you want, not what you don't want. Just wanted to mention the momentum thing. I'm feeling the train picking up speed. The vibration is picking up speed. As far as I'm concerned if any Darkers want to climb aboard, they're welcome.

Their switch will flip and wooosh!

Thank you for your great posts the past couple of days. I know the shooting that occurred here in the U.S. was a distraction for me, and I have not overlooked any of your comments. I hope to get back on here more frequently this week. I've been watching a couple of videos that are perfect for this thread and I think you guys will enjoy them.

At some point I'd also like to revise the original post so it can be used in a universal format rather than geared just for Avalon. Probably won't get to that until after Christmas. I want to dig for more videos as I think it makes the presentation more interesting rather than a bunch of typed words. One of the videos I just watched, reinforces what we all ready know, but it also explains how our heart affects the magnetic fields. Additionally it identifies some studies I was looking for, but couldn't remember the names, but I remembered they had an adverse affect on our environment during the time of a particular event. I'm sure some of you will remember these studies being mentioned several years ago. I'd like to see if the same data will be made available to the public, especially after the recent shootings in Connecticut. There is much to share so stay tuned!

Funny thing, I was watching Bonacci last night too! Thanks Black Panther for posting his video, post #44 above, on this thread. I had seen it before on another thread, but didn't get a chance to watch it and of course because I didn't tag it, couldn't remember where I had seen it earlier. I really like what he had to say and it definitely ties in with this thread. I think it's the most perfect video to watch on Dec. 21, 2012...it makes me excited for what's to come as the message is uplifting and reassuring. It makes sense the way they explain the cycle of the sun and the different stages we go through. Currently we are at the end of the Iron Age, thank god, and heading into the bronze age, which will be followed by the silver age and then the golden age. If I understand Bonacci correctly it is the two Suns, ours and Sirius that are creating the increase in frequency as they draw closer to one another, which in turn affects man's consciousness....did I get that right?

Additionally it seems like we go through these cycles every 24,000 years...I'm not sure why some say it's 24,000 and others say, what is it...25,950? So if what he's saying is accurate, this pattern will repeat all over again. I like the diagram they use as it makes more sense once you see it as opposed to reading someone's words. Now they said each age is about 2,000 years, but that doesn't add up right, because you have 4 stages, so I would think that some of the stages would be longer than others. Since we are currently shifting up through the cycle into the bronze age, we will see an improvement in consciousness. Which matches with what's happening amongst many of us. I have to say...the only bummer is, I'm not convinced we'll achieve optimal consciousness in this lifetime. If each cycle takes 2,000 years and we're only in the Bronze age, we have a long way to go....dammit, that means I probably have to come back down here...lol. I think a lot of us, want the change to occur immediately and all at once so the tyranny will end.

So if you're following me, that means once we've gone up the ladder(remember this is the sun making it's rotational cycle with optimal being closest to the sun of Sirius), then we head back down from where we came to repeat the pattern. So Gold, to Silver, to Bronze back down to the Iron Age.

All right...NOW...I have to ask.....Remember all the talk about time-lines???? Well if our sun takes this cycle consistently......how can there be two time-lines? IF the frequency is increasing based on the Sun's movement towards the sun of Sirius, the whole time-line 1 and time-line 2 story doesn't add up. Remember that from Wilcock and Bill Brockbrader? That has to be bunk? It was said that we were headed on time-line 1 which was portrayed as the one of the light and time-line 2 being one of the dark. How can you go down the dark time-line if the frequency is shifting up? You cant! So I think the whole time-line story is crap, as it doesn't match the scientific scenario that Bonacci layed out, who by the way is an astrologist.

Curiously, I think that I first let go of the walls around the heart around the time that this thread started, yet back then I was not a member of the forum yet, nor was I following it. This may well be the most powerful synchronicity I have experienced so far. Anyway, I love how everyone shared their personal story on the thread and I experienced many sighs of relief (and deep breaths) because of the recognition and resonance. Therefore I feel invited to share my story as well :). This feels like a great time and place to look back on my journey so far from a heart perspective.
Like many of us have, I learned to close my heart off while growing up. Because my parents fought a lot verbally I did not feel safe at home and closed off from them a lot. School was hard as well. The playground was too intense for me emotionally and I got teased quite a bit, mostly because of my second hand clothes and short hair. With no safe place to go for a long period of time I guess I closed off from myself as well. I did not feel at home with the world or with myself. I realize now that this is not all that surprising because inner and outer are inextricably linked  If I only had known that back then! :p Yet as mentioned here before, your traumas can become your gifts and I truly feel it that way now for the first time.
I realize that what made me get through it, are crucial moments in which I did reclaim the heart and therefore myself. I acted out my true self by playing with and caring for my dolls, together with the neighborhood children. Also I loved playing to be a dog and through that I got my parents back together sometimes and got the positive attention from them that was lacking throughout the day. And then I got a real dog! Also there were some teachers and parents of children I positively connected with. These moments of being connected to the heart gave me so much strength and vitality, I do not think I would have survived it otherwise.
Yet I was in survival mode most of the time, until very recently. It is only since a couple of months (even weeks) but I feel fully awakened now from the heart perspective. The rediscovery of the heart has been a parallel process to a two year rollercoaster ride through the alternative media. It began with an observation that I felt uncomfortable when I felt my heart beating. Which I thought was strange and not how it was supposed to be. I needed to tumble through the rabbit hole of the alternative media to discover the illusion of this world and the holographic nature of the universe. In retrospect I think that I could not open my heart because if you believe only in 3D you are way too vulnerable to open your heart to this world. Yet when you become aware that there is more you can open your heart in other dimensions first in order to be able to do it in the 3D world as well without fear or boundaries. With this I will continue practicing :)

Hi 4Talismans, welcome to Avalon and thanks for your input. I'm glad you're grasping the vision I was hoping to convey. We can no longer address our problems with the usual systems and groups. In order to come to this conclusion it's imperative that one looks at the situation from an energetic level rather than a 3D spatial viewpoint...I hope I'm making sense.....Everything is energy, everything vibrates at a particular frequency. Understanding this makes "The Solution" all the more a reasonable option in transforming our reality to one of peace and love. I know this is the way, I know this is the future. Science is already enforcing this concept, it's just a matter of bringing it to the people in a more public format so they can establish a frame of reference and knowledge base that validates how their reality can conform in ways that couldn't be experienced under the harsh environment of duality.

Bottom line...if you want peace and love you have to be the peace and love....each individual has to make that choice and the sooner that more do and hold that vibration, the faster our reality can change. Everyone affects the source field. It makes perfect sense to me that we would be facing armageddon-like situations right before a transformation takes place. Those over-the-top experiences, if you look at them on an energetic level are the fuel needed in order to provide the opportunity for some to experience emotional clearing there-by transforming that negative fuel by forgiving and then generating the higher frequencies of love and compassion through the forgiveness process. You need that negative energy to have something to transform and if you look at all the examples of the life experiences that people are having to deal with the pattern is right there in front of you. I wonder... if a skeptic claims something isn't true, is the truth perhaps that the skeptic is simply afraid of the implications of this something being possibly true?

I experience observable (observable by third parties) psi events daily... often dozens of times each and every day. Those who are close with me in my life see these psi events. My sons, my wife, a few close friends... and none of them are ever surprised anymore. Interestingly, I have found a direct correlation between open minded enthusiasm regarding the phenomena (both from myself as well as those involved in my life) to the amount of and profundity of these events.

A side effect of these events is that I have a sense we are indeed all connected at the psychic level. It appears the strength of that connection depends, in part, on the openness of the various connection points or nexuses (which is what we are at this level of our being).

This has made me a better person because I now know, with zero doubt, my responsibility beyond myself in so being and in so being truly from the heart.
