We thank readers (of www.sott.net) for the video referral. Though entertaining and enjoyable, there is a dark aspect of this century old mystery. If “they” could do then what we see them doing, and a very strong case is made, what is done now?

As Veterans Today is in the business of examining such things, the history of conspiracies is very much “up our alley” as it were.

As hundreds of millions await the end of the world, supposedly only a bit over two weeks away, there may not be another chance to put our “Titanic lore” in perspective.

You can’t do that if we are dead, either a planet splitting event or a mass of brain sucking zombie Martians.

Once, long ago, I read a paper that brought forth the hypothesis that Moses, in order to have crossed the Red Sea and to have been “lost” for as long as is represented in Exodus, had, if one were to accept what was supported as “conclusory proof,” that the real “holy land” or “Israel” was actually Yemen and not Judea.

However, this is not “one of mine.”

I have enough areas of commonly accepted history that, at least I believe, can be totally debunked with little effort.

In fact, the average professor of history, is subject to instantaneous humiliation at the hands of any cable TV junkie.

The Titanic did not go down that night. It was an insurance job on another ship that was involved in an accident. The whole thing went terribly wrong and alot of people were shall we say gotten rid of with that event.

I posited once that a remote controlled or otherwise electric submarine (or mechanical Uboat) could easily have scuttled the Titanic,
ramming prow on the submarine or other vessel would have torn into her like a hook through blubber.

Icebergs aren't the only game in town!

Jules Verne wrote about electric submarines DECADES earlier... and Tesla spoke of controlling their motion via remote radio signals, years before the ship sank.

Wasn't it early this very year that John Kerry et al launched a JP Morgan friendly BILL that prohibits investigation of the site.

Not to mention the microbes eating the metal... sad that we are losing the real story!!!

I haven't watched the video yet, but I know Benjamin Fulford has talked about this before. It does make sense on some level, especially taking into account the Federal Reserve being established not long afterward. That would be a great way to get rid of a lot of influential people in one fell swoop.

I would love to read a book of fiction or see a movie based on this idea that the Titanic was intentionally sunk, making clear the motives and planning that went into place by the people who may have perpetrated such an act. I imagine it would be a sort of anti-hero tale. Not exactly a heist story, but heist-like. If people can cheer on loathsome reptiles like Nucky and Rothstein on "Boardwalk Empire", they ought to be able to get behind such a story.

I haven't watched the video yet, but I know Benjamin Fulford has talked about this before. It does make sense on some level, especially taking into account the Federal Reserve being established not long afterward. That would be a great way to get rid of a lot of influential people in one fell swoop.

I would love to read a book of fiction or see a movie based on this idea that the Titanic was intentionally sunk, making clear the motives and planning that went into place by the people who may have perpetrated such an act. I imagine it would be a sort of anti-hero tale. Not exactly a heist story, but heist-like. It wasn't the Titanic but her sister ship that was badly damaged already, JP Morgan had it rammed by a yellow ice breaker (ship) and certain people were shot to make sure they couldn't escape, people who were big enough to end the "Fed" which is what they were going to do.

I had never heard of this theory before and at the beginning I was all like as if pfffft.
But by the end I was believing it... and right at the end when it got to the "the Titanic name plates have fallen off in two places and underneath there is am M and a P I was open mouthed [cue dastardly dun dun dun DUN] well that's it then, 'arrest ALL the conspirators!!!'
but its 100 years hence.. they got away with it. Poor Rose and Jack. Jack died for nothing. Stupid 'California'.

Ahhhhh, I wonder if Cameron would be interested in doing a remake? ;)

(on a much earlier thread, allegedly, JP Morgan invited "associates" (approx 600 bankers who were opposed to the fed) onboard the trip, having no intention of sailing on her himself knowing what the outcome would be. Full speed on a dark night through black ice - a collision would be almost guaranteed even eliminating the other factors, ie that it was really the damaged Olympic etc). Being all men, their deaths would be virtually assured (and no more opposition to the Fed, or J P Morgan).


(Analogy: Imagine driving your car around on a pitch dark night, in a strange place, with only a parking light going? You can only steer a quarter turn and use a weak handbrake to stop. How long before you hit something? Please DO NOT try this at home - or anywhere else ;))

Several birds hit with one stone.

The perpetrators probably believed the TITANIC (aka Olympic) would never be found, at least, in their lifetimes. They could never be held to account - they're all dead. Scuttle the other two ships as well in some "accident".

That was a fascinating watch. I sent the link to my mum too as she has a real passion for the Titanic story because she lived for a while as a young girl (my gran was his housekeeper) with Mr Beesley, the teacher cited early in the documentary. Seem entirely feasible to me.

Anytime you google Gates and national, that movie comes up instead of history.

To the same devastating effect, Cameron's movie thrusts the popular view into everyone's faces.
It's almost inescapable, the lies our country was told about Titanic.

Would we have gone to war had Titanic and Hindenburg not been destroyed (by JP Morgan?)...

LOL I love your sketch Tesla! Easy to interpret (you should see some of the *ahem* "sketches" I get from a few clients!!)
And I agree, Kerry's Bill prevents us seeing the outside damage to the hull as it's embedded in mud... convenient to say the least.

Forensically, the porthole layout & upper deck structure match the Olympic. As for the nameplate falling off, maybe it needs a little helpin' hand. ;)

J.P. Morgan & Hindenburg as well? Wow... that's worth another thread too! :)

Indeed, the Hindenburg story should be huge even today: people watch Hitler crud on H channel.
Why don't they open cold (and hot!) cases? :)

My personal opinion is, if USA had not refused to sell Helium gas to Germany then,
Hitler would never have lost his airship and would not have forgotten his mentor Hindenburg either --
and England would have been alone in dominating the German economy by blocking the iron trade routes in the North.

I am NOT a Nazi sympathizer (maybe as a teen I wanted to join a gang, but then growing up hit me) -- but I love to look closer at history.

No worries Tesla, I'm a passionate Elfin Conspiracy Believer ;). I'm sure there was something suspiscious about Hindenburg too (as did even some of the press reports at the time), I must revisit it armed with a hopefully better understanding of the bigger picture so far. (Ooops,.. am I allowed to derail my own thread?)

No it's cool: it's about J.P. Morgan too - please tell? :) (ie, His connection to Hindenburg? Was he responsible for those blocks - sorry, this is something I haven't studied in-depth yet - I am aware of how much he destroyed your namesake ;)) By all accounts, the man was quite an unscrupulous monster!

(Hindenburg must have been on my mind: bit of synchronicity there :) - I just grabbed the DVD of it last week altho haven't watched it yet. Saw it years ago, several times) The movie alone wetted my interest to dig a little deeper...

The sinking of the world's largest ship on her maiden voyage in 1912; and the spectacular fireball and "explosion" of the giant German airship in 1937. Could these two events be related? Each tragedy serves as a distinct marker: the beginning and ending of an era in which transatlantic passenger transportation underwent a colossal transformation.

In August of 2005, two independent divers, using the Finnish-built deep water MIR submarines, found two new parts of the bottom of the hull of Titanic separate from the hull and stern at the bottom of the Atlantic. That means that this great unsinkable ship, which hardly nudged an iceberg, somehow broke itself into four pieces before leaving the surface of the ocean. Maybe it's time to consider the possibility of foul play?

Were both the Titanic and Hindenburg part of a plan to convert the world's means of passenger transportation from safe and luxurious ships to cramped, noisy and extremely dangerous aviation aircraft that use huge amounts of petroleum fuel? During this era, a conversion of cheaper and alternate fuels, used formerly in steamships, to the high octane fuels, used by the emerging passenger aircraft industry was accomplished, resulting in profits beyond measure.

The period from July 31, 1908 when Joseph Ismay signed the order to have the Titanic built until March 26, 1939 when transatlantic passenger travel via fixed wing aircraft was inaugurated, is the era of Titanburg.

During World War One, huge investments were made in the manufacture of aircraft engines which allowed the Illuminati bankers to stipulate that all aircraft engines use petroleum as the sole source of fuel. The final coup de grace: Burn the Hindenburg to give the world a reason to forget all about airships (as they consume much less fuel). And so petroleum, which had sold for pennies per barrel at the turn of the century was soon to be marketed at 100 times the cost.

Today we still use petroleum (kerosene called jet fuel) in all of our aircraft even though it burns and explodes, yet we have been sold the idea that hydrogen is so dangerous that it can't be used.

TITANIC CONTRADICTIONS

New steamships had to be broken in during their maiden voyage. They were not able to make good speed during their first two days out. So the idea that Titanic tried to set a speed record on her maiden voyage doesn't make sense. In fact, she was way behind a Cunard liner, which had more horsepower anyway.

Firsthand reports and testimonies in hearings held shortly after the disaster indicated that if the ship struck the iceberg at all, it continued to slip on past the iceberg. There certainly was no jolt. Shortly thereafter a disastrous leak was found that indicated five watertight compartments had been breached. Two hours and forty minutes later, the great ship pivoted until it pointed straight down toward the bow, and then slipped beneath the water. This was the testimony of the first officer of Titanic in a US court of Inquiry which was held days after the tragedy.

It never made sense to me that a seasoned captain such as Capt. Smith would have gone storming through an ice field. Then, there was the lack of a real collision with the iceberg itself, yet the damage done was so extreme, or was it? All the testimonies given in both the United States and later Great Britain board of Inquiries reveal that not one passenger was sure s/he felt a collision.

Today, we have the benefit of more information about this tragedy. First, in 1982 the two Mir submersible submarines came into being, and by 1985 the Titanic wreck had been located and filmed. The wreck of the Titanic was in two pieces.

In 2005, another expedition organized by two American divers, Chatterton and Kohler, found two never-before-seen large sections. They were nearly a mile away from the forward and rear pieces of the hull! These large sections span the bottom of the ship from port to starboard, through both the inner and outer hulls.

Each piece is over thirty feet in length and the width of the beam of the ship which is 92 feet. That these new pieces came loose from the main hull of Titanic at the surface. They could not possibly have come off from the force of the Titanic hitting the ocean floor. They are too far from the hull and stern!

We now have to explain a ship that hardly touched an iceberg yet is in four pieces on the bottom of the ocean!

Keep in mind, these sections are from the very bottom of the Titanic and represent hundreds of tons of steel. Each near-rectangular section is made out of 1" thick steel plate, top and bottom (two separate layers 1" thick) separated by the athwart-ship ribs that are five feet in height. In other words, there was a space of five feet between the inner and outer hulls of the bottom of the Titanic, and both are 1" thick plate steel.

Both of these are sheared through right along the edge of the ribs, all the way across the bottom from port to starboard!! So we have two double hulled hollow sections, each about 30 feet by 92 feet, enough area lost in the hull to send it down in moments! Is it not time for an honest re-evaluation of the facts?

Perhaps the Titanic did not strike an iceberg after all? We know from the original eye witness testimonies that Titanic continued moving through the water as it went by the iceberg. The story is that 300 feet of steel suffered a gash 3/4 " wide, and that this was caused by the tearing action of the iceberg. No tool made of ice is strong enough to cut 300 feet of 1 inch steel. This is the size of the wound that would have been necessary, calculated to 12 square feet of leak area in order for the ship to sink in only 2 hours and 20 minutes. Now, spread this out along five watertight sections and you begin to see the near impossible job the ice cutting tool is asked to do in this scenario.

The only way it could have ripped the bottom out is if Titanic rode up on the ice, and that would have sent cups and saucers flying all over the place. It is a steel ship and thus rigid from keel to deck. But nobody felt it because Titanic missed the iceberg and slipped by.

If you watch or read earlier versions of the disaster there was no prior mention of the stern breaking off. The doomed ship rising out of the water which sends the stern crashing down as it breaks at the deck is a recent development and likely a scramble to cover the fact that this vessel was sent to the bottom from a large underwater explosion.

From my personal evaluation I would say that the only way to accomplish this amount of cutting would be by using charges pre-set in the bilge space along the top and bottom ribs. This would require six lines of charges from port to starboard, each 92 feet long. That's how many shear "cuts" had to be accomplished in the bottom of the Titanic, from one side of the ship to the other in order to produce completely separated blown-out sections of the hull.

If this in fact happened, it would mean that somebody planned the murder of over a thousand people.

CONCLUSION

With both the Titanic and the Hindenburg, the agenda was to break the human spirit, much like the devastation in the Gulf of Mexico today.

In the case of the Titanic there was much drama about this ship's luxurious accommodations--beyond any ship that had formerly been built. It was not only going to be the biggest but also virtually unsinkable. The seas were to be fully tamed once and for all. Steerage accommodations included cabins and community kitchens, entertainment and eating areas.

In the case of the Hindenburg the world was captivated with the vision of future travel by dirigibles, which had gone from war machines during WW1 to the safest form of travel by far. One of them flew over the North Pole in 1926. The Graf Zeppelin cirmcum-navigated the globe in 1929. They were the answer to global travel after sea travel had been deemed dangerous by the tragedy of the Titanic.

In both cases the sudden turn of events from ecstasy to heartbreak was mercilessly plastered across every form of media.

There were five ships in the area within hours of the Titanic distress call, one of them came to a stop and watched the entire event. The name of this vessel was the Californian, the Captain's name was Lord. His ship witnessed the entire event and did not respond even though the Titanic was firing white flares. Lord testified he didn't see the rockets but crewmen contradicted him. Lord claimed he was 20 miles away but his crewmen said they were half that distance.

Both of these heartbreaking tragedies set the stage for World Wars. The message came down, "no, the world is not going to deliver your dreams." This was the media-promoted reality: the failure of human technology to overcome large obstacles, and then the failure in governments and economies to overcome disasters and stop wars. Sound familiar?

As youngsters, we’re all told the infamous story of the Titanic, the supposedly indestructible ship that sunk on its maiden voyage. We’re all familiar with the story: the ship left Southampton, England, headed for New York City on April 10, 1912. Four days into the voyage, at 11:40pm on April 14, 1912, the Titanic struck an iceberg and sank at 2:20am, “resulting in the deaths of 1,517 people in one of the deadliest peacetime maritime disasters in history [12].”

Bad luck, we’re all led to believe. No one saw the iceberg and so the infallible ship sank. Bummer…

But few of us ever think that through. Forget, for a moment, the story we’re all fed. Does it make sense? My point is that just because we’re told a story when we’re young, doesn’t mean we should simply accept it as absolute truth.

Let’s take a look at some of the facts surrounding the sinking of the Titanic:

1. The unsinkable Titanic sunk…on its maiden voyage. How could this unsinkable ship sink? On its first trip, no less! That alone is quite remarkable/intriguing.

2. “Captain E.J. Smith ignored multiple iceberg warnings from his crew and other ships.” Getting from England to New York as fast as possible was goal number one, at the behest of his boss, Joseph Bruce Ismay, Managing Director of the White Star Line. Ismay had pressure from his boss, J.P. Morgan, owner of White Star Line [3]. By the way, Ismay survived the catastrophe.

3. Speaking of J.P. Morgan, he had his very own private suite and promenade deck on the Titanic. He was supposed to be on that fateful maiden voyage but canceled passage [8]. Coincidence or part of Morgan’s plan?

4. Once the Titanic struck the iceberg, the captain and his crew used white flares to signal distress. Unfortunately, white flares are not the color used to signal distress; red flares are always used to show distress. So the closest ship, the Californian, ignored the flares, assuming it was a celebratory signal, rather than an emergency [7]. Oops…

5. “All ships must carry sufficient lifeboats for the number of passengers on board. The Titanic did not [7].”

6. “About three million rivets were used to hold the sections of the Titanic together. Some rivets have been recovered from the wreck and analysed. The findings show that they were made of sub-standard iron. When the ship hit the iceberg, the force of the impact caused the heads of the rivets to break and the sections of the Titanic to come apart. If quality iron rivets had been used, the ship may not have sunk [7].”

7. “The belief that the ship was unsinkable was, in part, due to the fact that the Titanic had sixteen watertight compartments. However, the compartments did not reach as high as they should have. White Star Line did not want them to go all the way up because this would have reduced living space in first class [7].”

8. Killed on the sinking ship — along with 1,514 other people — were Benjamin Guggenheim, Isa Strauss and John Jacob Astor. Astor was, at the time, believed to be the wealthiest man on the planet. Guggenheim and Strauss weren’t far behind Astor. And these three powerful men opposed the Federal Reserve.

An angry JP Morgan yelling at photographers. He hated having his picture taken.As an aside to the above facts, let’s take a look at an additional dimension to the dynamic between J.P. Morgan and John Jacob Astor. Both Morgan and Astor invested large sums of money in the brilliance of Nikola Tesla, a genius inventor who gained notoriety during the late 19th/early 20th century. Morgan’s primary concern with Tesla was making money. Astor and Tesla, however, were good friends [9].

“Col. John Jacob Astor, owner of the Waldorf-Astoria, held his famous dining-room guest [Tesla] in the highest esteem as a personal friend, and kept in close touch with the progress of his investigations. When he heard that his researches were being halted through lack of funds, he made available to Tesla the $30,000 he needed in order to take advantage of Curtis’ offer and build a temporary plant at Colorado Springs [11].”

So what was the big deal about Tesla? Well, “Tesla had claimed to be able to send electrical energy without wires before the turn of the century, and he envisioned people all around the globe sticking rods into the earth to extract that energy — free …. After Tesla admitted to financier J.P. Morgan that an experimental tower on Long Island was meant to send power as well as message, his public career ended …. Corporate moguls who were interested in creating monopolies and metering electrical power blackballed him [10].”

Now let’s take a look at a few of the above facts that, when taken together, may paint quite a different picture of the tragedy of the Titanic:

1. J.P. Morgan owned White Star Line ships. J.P. Morgan was also the main conspirator behind the creation of the Federal reserve banking system. He was supposed to be on the ship but canceled at the last moment.

2. John Jacob Astor, along with Benjamin Guggenheim and Isa Strauss, were three very wealthy and powerful men, all of whom were vehemently against the creation of the Federal Reserve, and were quite outspoken on the matter. Morgan viewed Astor and Co. as a huge obstacle. These three men died when the Titanic — a ship built by J.P. Morgan’s White Star Line — hit that infamous iceberg and sank.

3. J.P. Morgan and John Jacob Astor both funded Nikola Tesla, who created a way to generate an infinite amount of electrical energy. Tesla planned to allow people to access that energy for free, but Morgan squashed Tesla because he wanted to profit from energy, not give it away. Astor, Tesla’s good friend, seemed to have deep pockets for Tesla. Not good for Morgan.

4. Once Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss were dead, there was no more public outcry against the Federal Reserve. It passed congress and was signed into law the following year on December 23, 1913. In addition, now Tesla’s funding was wiped away, his friend in Astor gone.

You must admit, all of this is extremely interesting. Could Morgan have created this plot to kill off his biggest opponents? Did Morgan “whack” Astor because he was getting in his way on too many wealth and power-generating projects?

Admittedly, there are some holes in this interesting theory. For example:

1. Why wouldn’t Morgan have simply had Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss shot? That certainly would have been easier than sinking an entire ship. Then again, then there would have been intense investigations into their murders. When multi-billionaires turn up dead, no stone is left unturned.

2. How could Morgan guarantee Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss would be on the ship? Maybe there were behind-the-scenes events, put in place by Morgan, to ensure those men would be on the ship. We’ll never know.

3. Moreover, how could Morgan be sure Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss would go down with the ship and not get off onto lifeboats? Maybe Morgan knew well of the truly high character of Astor: “Colonel Astor was another of the heroes of the awful night. Effort was made to persuade him to take a place in one of the life-boats, but he emphatically refused to do so until every woman and child on board had been provided for, not excepting the women members of the ship’s company [4].” Apparently, Guggenheim and Strauss did the same.

4. Why would J.P. Morgan have believed that unless Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss were killed, his coveted Federal Reserve Act wouldn’t have passed? It seems strange that these three men would have had the combined political power to diffuse Morgan & Co.’s clandestine plans.

However, even with the doubt these questions raise in this theory, one cannot help but look upon the story of the Titanic with suspicion.

Is it just a coincidence that J.P. Morgan owned White Star Line, the company that produced the supposedly unsinkable Titanic, and that it went down with his enemy, John Jacob Astor, as well as Federal Reserve opposers Guggenheim and Strauss?

And is it merely coincidence that Morgan and Astor both funded Nikola Tesla, whose innovations could have been either the greatest gifts to mankind or the greatest wealth generators for the few, depending upon who controlled them?

Could the Titanic have been the most ingenious assassination in history?

The conclusion I’ve come to is that it’s certainly a possibility.

When we think of events that have transpired in history over the last one hundred to two hundred years, there are certain events that stand out as ones of great horror, great surprise and great sadness. Of the many that come to mind the most devastating have been the destruction of the the World Trade Center in New York City and the sinking of the Titanic.

The greatest tragedies in the last two hundred years can be traced to the Jesuits. We will now show that the Jesuits planned and carried out the sinking of the Titanic, and we will show why they did it.

Since the early 1830’s, America did not have a central bank. The Jesuits desperately wanted another central bank in America so that they would have a bottomless reservoir from which to draw money for their many wars and other hideous schemes around the world.

In 1910, seven men met on Jekyll Island just off the coast of Georgia to establish a central bank, which they called the Federal Reserve Bank. These men were Nelson Aldrich and Frank Vanderlip, both representing the Rockefeller financial empire; Henry Davison, Charles Norton, and Benjamin Strong, representing J.P. Morgan; and Paul Warburg, representing the Rothschild banking dynasty of Europe. We have already seen that the Rothschilds were the banking agents for the papacy’s Jesuits, holding “the key to the wealth of the Roman Catholic Church.”

The Morgans were friendly competitors with the Rothschilds and became socially close to them. Morgan’s London-based firm was saved from financial ruin in 1857 by the Bank of England over which the Rothschilds held great influence. Thereafter, Morgan appears to have served as a Rothschild financial agent and went to great length to appear totally American....

His [Rockefeller’s] entry into the field was not welcomed by Morgan, and they became fierce competitors. Eventually, they decided to minimize their competition by entering into joint ventures. These three financial families, the Rothschilds, Morgans, and Rockefellers all do the bidding of the Jesuit Order because of Jesuit infiltration in their organizations. They do whatever is necessary to destroy constitutional liberty in America and to bring the pope to world domination. As we look back over the 20th century, we see how successful the Jesuits have been. They have continued to squander the wealth of America and continually attack its great constitution and civil liberties. Daily, the power of the pope in Vatican City increases. One day they will achieve total power again.

The building of the Titanic began in 1909 at a shipyard in Belfast, the capitol of Northern Ireland. Belfast was a Protestant haven and was hated by the Jesuits. World War One began just a few years later.

The Titanic was one of a fleet of ships owned by the White Star Line, an international shipping company.

Banking was not the only business in which Morgan had a strong financial interest. Using his control over the nation’s railroads as financial leverage, he had created an international shipping trust which included Germany’s two largest lines plus one of the two in England, the White Star Lines. — Ibid, p. 246.

There were a number of very rich and powerful men who made it abundantly clear that they were not in favor of the Federal Reserve System. J.P. Morgan was ordered by the Jesuits to build the Titanic. This ‘unsinkable’ ship would serve as the death ship for those who opposed the Jesuits’ plan for a Federal Reserve system.

These rich and powerful men would have been able to block the establishment of the Federal Reserve, and their power and fortunes had to be taken out of their hands. They had to be destroyed by a means so preposterous that no one would suspect that they were murdered, and no one would suspect the Jesuits. The Titanic was the vehicle of their destruction. In order to further shield the papacy and the Jesuits from suspicion, many Irish, French, and Italian Roman Catholics immigrating to the New World were aboard. They were people who were expendable. Protestants from Belfast who wanted to immigrate to the United States were also invited on board.

All the wealthy and powerful men the Jesuits wanted to get rid of were invited to take the cruise. Three of the richest and most important of these were Benjamin Guggenheim, Isador Strauss, the head of Macy’s Department Stores, and John Jacob Astor, probably the wealthiest man in the world. Their total wealth, at that time, using dollar values of their day was more than 500 million dollars. Today that amount of money would be worth nearly eleven billion dollars. These three men were coaxed and encouraged to board the floating palace. They had to be destroyed because the Jesuits knew they would use their wealth and influence to oppose a Federal Reserve Bank as well as the various wars that were being planned.

Edward Smith was the captain of the Titanic. He had been traveling the North Atlantic waters for twenty-six years and was the world’s most experienced master of the North Atlantic routs. He had worked for Jesuit, J.P. Morgan, for many years.

Edward Smith was a ‘Jesuit tempore co-adjator.’ This means that he was not a priest, but he was a Jesuit of the short robe. Jesuits are not necessarily priests. Those who are not priests serve the order through their profession. Anyone could be a Jesuit, and their identity would not be known. Edward Smith served the Jesuit Order in his profession as a sea captain.

Many interesting points about the Titanic are discussed in a videotape made by National Geographic in 1986. The videotape is entitled The Secrets of the Titanic. When the Titanic departed from Southern England on April 10, 1912, Francis Browne, the Jesuit master of Edward Smith, boarded the Titanic. This man was the most powerful Jesuit in all of Ireland and answered directly to the general of the Jesuit Order in Rome. The videotape declares:

A vacationing priest, Father Francis Browne, caught these poignant snapshots of his fellow passengers, most of them on a voyage to eternity. The next day Titanic made her last stop off the coast of Queenstown, Ireland. Here tenders brought out the last passengers; mostly Irish immigrants headed for new homes in America. And here, the lucky Father Browne disembarked.... Father Browne caught Captain Smith peering down from Titanic’s bridge, poised on the brink of destiny. — The Secrets of the Titanic, National Geographic, video tape, 1986.

Here is Jesuit treachery at its finest. The Provincial [Father Francis Browne] boards Titanic, photographs the victims, most assuredly briefs the Captain concerning his oath as a Jesuit, and the following morning bids him farewell. — Eric J. Browne went over with Edward Smith one last time exactly what he was supposed to do in the North Atlantic waters. The Jesuit General told Francis Browne what was to happen; Browne then tells Smith and the rest is history. Edward Smith believed that the Jesuit General

. . . is the god of the [Jesuit] society, and nothing but his electric touch can galvanize their dead corpses into life and action. Until he speaks, they are like serpents coiled up in their wintry graves, lifeless and inactive; but the moment he gives the word of command, each member springs instantaneously to his feet, leaving unfinished whatsoever may have engaged him, ready to assail whomsoever he may require to be assailed, and to strike wheresoever he shall direct a blow to be stricken. — R.W. Thompson, The Footprints of the Jesuits, Hunt and Eaton, pp. 72, 73.

Edward Smith was given an order to sink the Titanic and that is exactly what he did.

By the command of God, [the Jesuit General] it is lawful to murder the innocent, to rob, to commit all lewdness, because he [the Pope] is Lord of life, and death, and of all things; and thus to fulfill his mandate is our duty. — W. C. Brownlee, Secret Instructions of the Jesuits, American and Foreign Christian Union, p. 143.

There is no record in history of an association whose organization has stood for three hundred years unchanged and unaltered by all the assaults of men and time, and which has exercised such an immense influence over the destinies of mankind… ‘The ends justify the means,’ is his favorite maxim; and as his only end, as we have shewn, is the order, at its bidding the Jesuit is ready to commit any crime whatsoever. — G. Let us remember the oath that every person takes to become a part of the Jesuit Order:

I should regard myself as a dead body, without will or intelligence, as a little crucifix which is turned about unresistingly at the will of him who holds it as a staff in the hands of an old man, who uses it as he requires it, and as it suits him best. — R. When a person takes the Jesuit Oath, he is bound to his master until the day that he dies. Edward Smith had become a man without will or intelligence. He would commit any crime the Order wanted him to commit. Edward Smith had been required for martyrdom. On board the Titanic that night, Edward Smith knew his duty. He was under oath. The ship had been built for the enemies of the Jesuits. After three days at sea with only one pair of glasses for the bridge, Edward Smith propelled the Titanic full speed ahead, twenty-two knots, on a moonless dark night through a gigantic ice field nearly eighty square miles in area. Edward Smith did this despite at least eight telegrams warning him to be more cautious because he was going too fast.

Did Edward Smith need one caution? No, he had been traveling those waters for twenty-six years. He knew there were icebergs in that area. But eight cautions did not stop this man who was under the Jesuit oath, and under orders to destroy the Titanic.

The absurdity of warning veteran Captain Edward Smith repeatedly on Titanic’s tragic night to slow down is nothing short of preposterous. The fact that Smith never listened or heeded the warnings is insane. He had been given orders from his god in the Vatican, and nothing would turn him from his course.

The encyclopedias paint a very tragic picture of Smith in his last hours. When it came time to give the order to load and lower the lifeboats, Smith wavered and one of his aids had to approach him for the order to be given. Smith’s legendary skills of leadership seem to have left him; he was curiously indecisive and unusually cautious on that fatal night. Are these words to describe a legendary sea captain with 26 years of experience, or are these words to describe a man who was struggling in his mind whether he should do his duty as a sea captain or obey his master who told him to sink the ship?

John Jacob Astor’s wife got into a life boat and was saved, while John Jacob Astor perished in the waters of the North Atlantic. There were not enough lifeboats and many of them were only half full with only women and children.
To prevent nearby freighters from responding with help, the distress flares were white when they should have been red. White flares to passing freighters state that everybody was having a party.

One of the greatest tragedies of the twentieth century, the sinking of the Titanic, lies at the door of the Jesuit Order. The unsinkable ship, the floating palace was created to be the tomb for the wealthy, who opposed the Federal Reserve System. By April, 1912, all opposition to the Federal Reserve was eliminated. In December of 1913, the Federal Reserve System came into being in the United States. Eight months later, the Jesuits had sufficient funding through the Federal Reserve bank to begin World War One.

14 years later this fictional book would play out in real life [almost] exactly down to the name, with the wreck of the Titanic; but this time it would have major political implications. FACT: JP Morgan funded/built the Titanic
FACT: JP Morgan was booked on the voyage but canceled at the last second.

Similarities to the Titanic

Although the novel was written before the Olympic-class Titanic had even been designed, there are some remarkable similarities between the fictional and real-life counterparts. Like the Titanic, the fictional ship sank in April in the North Atlantic, and there were not enough lifeboats for the passengers. There are also similarities between the size (800 ft long for Titan versus 882 ft 9 in long for the Titanic), speed (25 knots for Titan, 21 knots for Titanic) and life-saving equipment.

Beyond the name, the similarities between the Titanic and the fictional Titan include:

Sinking

The sinking of the RMS Titanic has become a symbol for the ultimate catastrophe. But in light of the various factors that led this iconic “unsinkable” ship to meet with tragedy in 1912, one very significant element is often overlooked: the Titanic‘s advertisement and marketing strategy.

The White Star Line’s marketing plan for the Titanic was both wildly effective and tragically flawed. While the campaign certainly achieved its purpose of attracting a throng of passengers, significant mistakes were made that ultimately contributed to the disaster that occurred during the ship’s maiden voyage.

The incident created a lasting and painful blemish on the company’s reputation. In the wake of the disaster, White Star Line’s chairman J. Bruce Ismay (who managed to survive the sinking) was skewered in the media, and retired in disgrace.

Is it actually possible that the Titanic and the White Star Line’s esteem might have been saved had they simply used a different advertising strategy? We might never know for sure, but nonetheless, there are valuable lessons to be learned from the Titanic‘s marketing.

Be realistic

The claims in this White Star brochure were somewhat embellished and exaggerated.

Despite the shipbuilders’ claims to the contrary, the Titanic was, at least to some extent, marketed as an “unsinkable ship.” Look no further than a brochure advertising both the Titanic and its sister ship, the Olympic: “…as far as it is possible to do so, these two wonderful vessels are designed to be unsinkable.”

Needless to say, this was an exaggeration. It’s true that exaggeration can convince people to buy a product; after all, the Titanic had no trouble attracting passengers. But being honest and forthright is a much better option, because it convinces prospects to come back for more.

The trick is to know the limits of your product and promote it in an appealing way without embellishment. Most customers aren’t looking for “the absolute best” or a product that reaches the very pinnacle of human achievement. They just want something that can fulfill a need or solve a particular problem. They don’t necessarily want an “unsinkable” ship; they just want a ship that gets them from point A to point B. And the Titanic, unfortunately, was neither.

Be wary of word of mouth
Many of the ship’s most assertive “unsinkable” claims came not from the official marketing campaign (which usually made a point to include qualifiers such as “practically” or “designed to be unsinkable”), but from word of mouth. As Snopes notes, ‘unsinkable’ is a pretty grand claim even with qualifiers attached. Word began to spread amongst the public about the ship’s assured unsinkability, and the White Star marketers did little to quash these rumors.

Thus, thousands boarded the Titanic with a false sense of security. After the disaster, survivor Margaret Devaney confirmed that she had wholeheartedly believed the “unsinkable” claim, saying, “…I thought it would be a safe steamship, and I had heard it would not sink.”

With today’s social media frenzy, word of mouth is more significant than ever, and it can often work to your advantage. But potential customers can sometimes blow your claims out of proportion in ways you might not plan for. For example, when Snapple was rumored to be in support of the Ku Klux Klan (no, really), they had to employ a major marketing campaign to set the record straight. It’s a good idea to stay on top of what the public is saying about your product and ensure that as few people as possible get the wrong impression.

All that “unsinkable” hype didn’t only affect White Star Line’s consumer base; it also affected their employees. You might recall that legendary deckhand purported to have uttered the phrase “God himself could not sink this ship.”

This was an attitude that predated even the Titanic. The ship’s captain, Edward J. Smith, had made a similar claim about another ship, the Adriatic: “I cannot imagine any condition which would cause a ship to founder. I cannot conceive of any vital disaster happening to this vessel.”

Even White Star’s vice president in New York was quoted the morning of the Titanic sinking as saying “We place absolute confidence in the Titanic. We believe that the boat is unsinkable.”

Clearly White Star had confidence in their products. But there’s a fine line between confidence and complacency. And it may have been that complacency which led to a terrible tragedy. If you believe that your ship is unsinkable, after all, why bother looking out for icebergs?

Your marketing strategy will have an influence on the way your staff does business. If the plan is misguided, your employees will be misguided as well, and this can lead to serious mishaps. By providing accurate and helpful marketing to your prospects, you’ll also help prevent misinformation among your staff.

Know your audience
This is one instance where the Titanic‘s marketing team actually did something right; they tailored their campaign specifically to their individual customer demographics, attracting a huge and diverse base of customers.

Luxury and comfort was a major selling point of the ship, so filling the lavish first-class section with prosperous passengers must not have required a very elaborate strategy. But what about those who weren’t quite so wealthy? How were the Titanic‘s marketers able to engage customers of lower income?

Simple: they knew their audience. Rather than try to sell potential third-class passengers exclusively on the ship’s opulence, White Star allured them with promises of a prosperous future in America. Many struggling Europeans were enticed by the idea of learning profitable skills and seeking their fortune. Seeing this desire, White Star supplied their international booking agents with brochures that addressed the precise needs of their prospects. The plan worked like a charm; sadly, many of these poor immigrants would never reach America.

Market research combined with simply envisioning your prospect’s wants and needs can provide you with a fantastic advertising strategy. Just make sure that you can follow through on your promises.

Regardless of the exact reason why the Titanic struck that iceberg, an undeniable oversight was the fact that there weren’t enough lifeboats. Though the ship technically met legal regulations (which were somewhat outdated), it had more lifeboat capacity than was actually used.

This may have been to maximize space and “luxury” for the passengers; Dave Nielsen speculates that the lifeboats may have even been viewed as a liability to the ship’s marketing. After all, if the ship were “unsinkable,” why would it even need lifeboats? Perhaps the White Star campaign felt (ironically) that passengers would feel less secure if they saw an overabundance of safety precautions.

Social responsibility should always be a priority in any marketing strategy. It’s the same reason most commercials for medication include a laundry list of possible side effects. If customers face a potential risk by using your product, they need to be made aware of it. You won’t just be helping to safeguard your company against lawsuits; you may help prevent a tragedy.

The safety of your customers is more important than the bottom line.

Conclusion
The world of advertising has changed since 1912, but the essential principles remain the same. It’s vital that we analyze the errors made in the past and not let history repeat itself. By avoiding the catastrophic mistakes made by the Titanic marketing team (and emulating the more positive aspects), your ad campaign might just become truly unsinkable.

Yes I did read it, ta - is all interesting "stuff" :) The23rdman (... but spare me the sarcasm thanks ;)). Like many other popular conspiracy theories, the theory(ies) happen to fit the facts (and sometimes, better than the so-called facts from an "official" source). Any combination of the ones cited so far remain possibilities. Like airplane accidents, there is rarely just one cause or motive.

Okay, to begin with you are interpreting sarcasm where there is none. A touch of exasperation, perhaps, but no sarcasm. I posted the link because it is way too easy to just believe everything we read without looking at it from both angles. I am a zetetic and therefore do not take anything for granted.

The complete Oath published in 1883 [with emphasis added by Eric Jon Phelps] reads:

What you’ll read below is the true story as to what really happened to the famous ship called Titanic. The information you’ll read below is not a conspiracy theory, but rather well-recorded in the books of World History.

Sinking of the Titanic
The sinking of the Titanic has always been an event surrounded by a great deal of mystery. Elements that led up to the eventual demise of the ‘unsinkable’ vessel have been questioned and analyzed for nearly 100 years. Many believe that fate brought the maiden voyage of the Titanic to an end, others believe that reckless tactics throughout the voyage played the primary role in her sinking, and others still believe that the Titanic tragedy was brought upon by much more sinister events. One of many Titanic conspiracies floating around, many believe that the sinking of the famous vessel was well planned, well executed, and orchestrated shape the world as we know it today. This is the Federal Reserve Titanic conspiracy.

Certain conspiracy theorists believe that there was a force behind the sinking of the Titanic. A Catholic order known as the Jesuits compelled to carry out Jesus’ work. In this instance, theorists believe that the establishment of the U.S. Federal Reserve was ushered into being. Those in belief of the theory speak of a group of Illuminati, enlightened individuals with a plan for a New World Order, in which it will be necessary to establish the Federal Reserve.

Many are unclear on what exactly the Federal Reserve is. Operated outside of the constraints of the U.S. government, the Federal Reserve has these responsibilities.

1. Conducting the nation’s monetary policy by influencing monetary and credit conditions in the economy in pursuit of maximum employment, stable prices, and moderate long-term interest rates.

2. Supervising and regulating banking institutions to ensure the safety and soundness of the nation’s banking and financial system, and protect the credit rights of consumers.

3. Maintaining stability of the financial system and containing systemic risk that may arise in financial markets.

4. Providing financial services to depository institutions, the U.S. government, and foreign official institutions, including playing a major role in operating the nation’s payments system.

Jesuit Seal
Theorists believe that this Jesuit establishment was created so that the order could loan money, shape the world landscape, and become one of the most powerful organizations in the world. Here’s how the Federal Reserve and the Titanic are connected. In 1910, seven men met on Jekyll island just off the coast of Georgia to plan the Federal Reserve Bank. Nelson Aldrich and Frank Vanderclip represented the Rockefeller (Illuminati) financial empire. Henry Davidson, Charles Norton and Benjamin Strong represented J.P. Morgan (Illuminati). Paul Warburg (Illuminati) represented the Rothschilds (Illuminati) Banking dynasty of Europe. The Rothschilds were the banking agents for the Jesuits and hold `the key to the wealth of the Roman Catholic Church.’

Necessary to their plans, the Federal Reserve did have some opposition; those who saw what the future would become if banking was outside of the government’s hands, the rates set by a private company such as the Fed. All the wealthy and powerful men the Jesuits wanted to get rid of were invited to take the cruise. Three of the richest and most important of these were Benjamin Guggenheim, Isador Strauss, the head of Macy’s Department Stores, and John Jacob Astor, probably the wealthiest man in the world. Their total wealth, at that time, using dollar values of their day was more than 500 million dollars. Today that amount of money would be worth nearly eleven billion dollars. These three men were coaxed and encouraged to board the floating palace. They had to be destroyed because the Jesuits knew they would use their wealth and influence to oppose a Federal Reserve Bank as well as the various wars that were being planned.

It can also be mentioned that J.P. Morgan, the individual contracted to build the Titanic was scheduled to be on the maiden voyage, but canceled.

Supporters of the idea that the Titanic shipwreck was orchestrated carefully, a Jesuit tempore co-adjutor was picked to captain the ship, a man that would do anything for the order and God’s will; Captain Edward Smith. Quite possibly the most experienced captain of the time, Smith had navigated the waters of the Atlantic for 26 years, a master of the icy waters that the Titanic would be sailing. He was a Jesuit and worked for J.P. Morgan. As National Geographic stated in their 1986 documentary entitled ‘The Secrets of the Titanic,’ “Anyone could be a Jesuit and their identity not be known.”

When the ship departed southern England, on board was Father Francis Browne. He was the most powerful Jesuit in all of Ireland and the Jesuit Master of Edward Smith. Here is Jesuit treachery at its finest. The provincial Father Francis Browne boards the Titanic, photographs the victims, most assuredly briefs the Captain concerning his oath as a Jesuit, and the following morning bids him farewell. Theorists believe that the mysteries surrounding the sinking of the Titanic are simply too coincidental not to be premeditated. Smith, being a mater navigator of the Atlantic, allegedly sailed directly into iceberg territory, failing to heed the numerous warnings given by other ships to decrease speed, and tread carefully. The glancing blow to the side of the Titanic is also said to violate basic safety measurements associated with sailing. Danger is meant to be met head on to avoid exactly what happened to the Titanic.

Less well known: the Titanic’s flare guns fired white flares. Red was (and is) the emergency standard. Other colors were used for identification (white = White Star Line). When the Titanic was sinking, her crew fired her flare guns. The Californian and other ships saw the white flares, but didn’t consider them a distress call. At one point, the Californian, commanded by Captain Lord, may have been as close as six miles to the stricken vessel.

Titanic Flare Gun Conspiracy
According to other websites, the box containing this gun was the box taken off the Titanic by one of the ship’s crew on that fateful April night. The box contained . . . an unused flare gun.

Clearly, the Five Shot, 33 Pinfire Derringer Revolver here does NOT fit this case. What happened to the Titanic’s flare gun contained therein? It was most probably destroyed as part of White Star Line’s cover-up of the failures leading to the disaster. Someone kept the box for decades. Did they keep the flare gun?

All three men, whom were opposed to the Federal Reserve, died during the sinking of the Titanic.

The Federal Reserve is installed as part of the Federal Reserve act in December of 1913, roughly a year and eight months after the Titanic tragedy, and World War I less than a year later. Theorists believe that the Federal Reserve and the Jesuits were responsible for funding the United States, Germany, and Russia in the war.

Titanic & Olympic differences

The Physical differences between Olympic and Titanic were:

Different air vent arrangement around the funnels

Titanic was 4 inches longer than Olympic

Olympic's bridge roof was painted grey while Titanic's was bare planking

Olympic's breakwater was painted black while Titanic's was white

Olympic's keel number was 400, Titanic's 401. These would be also apparent on the ships propellers

The propellers on he two ships had different pitches and were therefore not interchangeable

Olympic's outdoor forward stairs had covers while Titanic's did'nt

The porthole arrangements on Shelter Deck "C" between the two ships were different

The lounge furniture on both ships had their ships own names on them

The forward third of Titanic's promenade Deck "A" was enclosed. Olympic's was open all the way

The reception room on Saloon Deck"D" was larger on Titanic than Olympic

Bridge Deck"B" was drastically different on both ships.Olympic had a first class promenade whereas Titanic had two private verandas and suites that were plush with the sides of the superstructure.

The extra interior rooms on Titanic were used as rooms for a passengers personnel help.Also on Titanic,the second class promenade was eaten up for a larger A la ca rte Restaurant and cafe Parisian.These modifications would result in Titanic having 1,004 gross tons(or 100,400 cubic feet) more enclosed space than the Olympic.

The paintings in Titanic's smoke room was "Approach to Plymouth Harbour" while on Olympic Was "Approach to the New World."

Titanic had red carpet on her first class staircase, Olympic's was bare oak(supposedly)

Another reception room was added to Titanic's Bridge Deck "B" next to the A la Ca rte restaurant.

The officers Deck House was pushed out more on Titanic than Olympic

Olympic had open third class berths, Titanic did not

The steel plating arrangement on the two ships was noticeably different.

The name plates of each ship were brass that had to be screwed onto the hulls, Had passengers seen Olympic when they boarded instead of Titanic they would have figured something was not correct.

The layout of the Turkish baths on the two ships was also different.

Titanic had extra First Class cabins on the Boat Deck.On Olympic that area was crew quarters.

Titanic had additional cabins on the Promenade Deck"A" around the aft staircase.

On Olympic,the wireless room was on the port side of the officers deck house While on Titanic it was situated amidships.

Thanks for the above Norman.

This video addresses some of those differences. It would seem that prior to TITANIC's launch, the OLYMPIC - in addition to repairs made - was also "revamped" to make it look as close as possible to the TITANIC, removing quite a few of those "differences".

That aside, and regardless of whether the ship that sunk was actually the TITANIC or OLYMPIC, getting rid of the bankers who were opposed to the fed was achieved.

I haven't read this whole thread so I don't know if it's been mentioned, but the underwater photos of the wreckage show, among other anomalies, the ripped open hull showing traces of white paint. The Olympic's Hull had been painted white, not the Titanic.

Another amazing co-incidence in all this is the date the "Titanic" sunk.... April 15th. Ring a bell?

1. Why wouldn’t Morgan have simply had Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss shot? That certainly would have been easier than sinking an entire ship. Then again, then there would have been intense investigations into their murders. When multi-billionaires turn up dead, no stone is left unturned.

2. How could Morgan guarantee Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss would be on the ship? Maybe there were behind-the-scenes events, put in place by Morgan, to ensure those men would be on the ship. We’ll never know.

3. Moreover, how could Morgan be sure Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss would go down with the ship and not get off onto lifeboats? Maybe Morgan knew well of the truly high character of Astor: “Colonel Astor was another of the heroes of the awful night. Effort was made to persuade him to take a place in one of the life-boats, but he emphatically refused to do so until every woman and child on board had been provided for, not excepting the women members of the ship’s company [4].” Apparently, Guggenheim and Strauss did the same.

4. Why would J.P. Morgan have believed that unless Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss were killed, his coveted Federal Reserve Act wouldn’t have passed? It seems strange that these three men would have had the combined political power to diffuse Morgan & Co.’s clandestine plans.

Is it just a coincidence that J.P. Morgan owned White Star Line, the company that produced the supposedly unsinkable Titanic, and that it went down with his enemy, John Jacob Astor, as well as Federal Reserve opposers Guggenheim and Strauss?

And is it merely coincidence that Morgan and Astor both funded Nikola Tesla, whose innovations could have been either the greatest gifts to mankind or the greatest wealth generators for the few, depending upon who controlled them?



Astor, Guggenheim and Strauss were the main players, but there were more than 600 bankers on board who were in opposition to the Fed. They knew what it was and most likely knew very well the sentiments of our founding fathers and what would happen if these central bank parasites ever burrowed their way in here.

Morgan probably knew that anyone who was anybody would not want to miss this voyage. He also knew that "women and children first" would get all the bankers killed because they were almost all men and there were not nearly enough lifeboats for them.

While the U-boat theory is interesting it doesn't explain why Edward Smith ignored 22 SOS's and steered the ship at full speed directly into the iceberg field. He knew those waters better than the back of his own hand with more than two decades experience. There is a picture of the Jesuit priest who was hypnotically mind-controlling Smith as he stood on the dock and watched while the ship sailed away. There is a theory of weakened steel being used or deliberate design flaws because Morgan purchased the White Star Lines only six months previously and the ship was completed afterward. There are even theories about hot coals burning inside the hull to soften the steel. Jaye P. Morgan has the same good fortune as Lucky Larry when it comes to these things. They always seem to step in $h*t at just the right time.

The Tesla-Astor connection fits perfectly into the entire story of the suppression of free energy. The Cabal decided a long time ago that they were going to use oil to take over the world and I would even go so far as to say that Robert Moses was in on the plot because he was the one that built all the expressways and parkways and turned America into a nation of commuting motorists living in suburbia and working in the city, which he made uninhabitable by building banal, prison-like housing projects with street grids removed and isolated from the neighborhood... the "Tower In The Park" concept which led to the destruction of the inner cities and the flight of the white middle class out of the city centers. The assassination of Martin Luther King and the ensuing race riots finished the job. More than half of NYC looked like Hiroshima for decades after that. Moses, because of his overt disdain for black people, purposely built the parkways with low overpasses so that the blacks could not take buses out to the State Parks that he built for the exclusive use of the white folks.... but now I'm rambling sorry ;)

But let's not think for a minute here that Morgan was any kind of mastermind in any of this. He was no more than a tool and a puppet for the usual suspects operating behind the scenes in anonymity.

I haven't read this whole thread so I don't know if it's been mentioned, but the underwater photos of the wreckage show, among other anomalies, the ripped open hull showing traces of white paint. The Olympic's Hull had been painted white, not the Titanic.

Another amazing co-incidence in all this is the date the "Titanic" sunk.... April 15th. Ring a bell?
