I remember Bob Dean talking about feb 2013 , we would be in for rough times. who knows. I wouldn't put it past the secret space program to go into space and hurl an asteroid right down on the U.S. anyone who asks questions will suddenly die of heart attacks, suicides, car wrecks, or be committed. I'm convinced our government is slowly killing us with anything they can use. War, disease, famine, earthquakes, chaos, Haarp, chem-trails, frequency weapons, mind control. what ever that thing is, it is moving very fast for a comet.

Spaceweather.com has this today (don't know if it is the same thing or not):
BIG ASTEROID FLYBY: Large near-Earth asteroid 4179 Toutatis is flying past Earth this week. At closest approach on Dec. 12th, it will be 7 million km away, or 18 times farther than the Moon. Astronomers are taking advantage of the flyby to learn more about the asteroid's orbit, shape, and topography. Here are a few shadowy images of the asteroid illuminated by NASA's Goldstone radar in the Mojave desert:
http://spaceweather.com/images2012/08dec12/toutatis_strip.jpg
Measuring 5 km in length, Toutatis is one of the largest known potentially hazardous asteroids (PHAs) and its orbit is inclined less than half-a-degree from Earth's. No other kilometer-sized PHA moves around the Sun in an orbit so nearly coplanar with our own. This makes it an important target for asteroid studies.
Fortunately, there is no danger of a collision with Toutatis for hundreds of years. Radar observations should improve researchers' ability to predict the asteroid's trajectory even farther into the future. Goldstone will pinging Toutatis from now until Dec. 22nd. Stay tuned for daily updates.
...and scrolling down to the bottom there is a list of NEOs. Interesting the Feb 15 2021DA14 asteroid to pass just 0.09 LD (Lunar Distance) from Earth.

Hmm not sure. I'm interested in astronomy & have a *little* bit of an educational background but i can not say what or not this is but it does raise my curiosity. I'm pretty sure we have a "Star Wars" type technology that can blow up just about anything before it got too close to Earth. That being said though, would we even be told or would they keep it quiet as to not freak anyone out? I guess as long as we're safe, then we are safe & that's all that matters.

DA14. It is an asteroid. And it is heading toward Earth space with arrival in Earth space around February 15, 2013. Yup, in about 1 week... it is supposed to arrive in close proximity to this planet, close being as close as: 14,000 miles away, and as far away as about 21,000 miles away.
---------
From an outer space perspective... this is very, very close to Earth. Most Earth scientists start to get nervous when celestial objects get as close as: 425,000 miles.
Again, this one will enter as close as: 14,000 miles over Earth, right into and travel through our geosynchronous satellite zone.
It is not expected to hit Earth, but is expected to cause some serious 'roll & roll' down here.
We shall see.........
take care,
Tolec

That was a quote from Tolec at the andromedacouncil.com website, when I asked him what it was...
