I just ordered some MMS Master Mineral Solution Kit, that Contains 1 bottle of Sodium Chlorite (4 oz/120ml of 28% solution) and 1 bottle of Citric Acid 50% premix activator solution. (ordered from futurehealthtoday.com)
I have looked online at several ways to use and am more confused than ever.
I also looked at many of the threads posted here on Avalon and didnt find specific information on how to mix the citric acid and sodium chlorite together. Either the information I read was just too vague or I am just not getting it.
I really want to be careful on using this product as I am worried about getting the nausea and still have to work full time. I couldnt afford the books that come with these kits but thought I had better do something due to my recent silver filling falling out and dentist telling me that I needed root canal, to which I am dead set against after researching it further.
Things to be noted in recommending usage/dosage and directions on mixing:
My silver filling fell out with part of my tooth also exposing the nerve (not in pain yet from it)
There was decay under where the filling was which concerns me about the toxins I am probably absorbing. (most likely mercury/silver as it was a very old filling)
I am a smoker still (5-7 a day)hopefully not after this week.
I cant stress enough that I cannot afford root canals, would rather have them pulled to avoid getting sick from keeping these teeth in my mouth.
I researched (for at least 8 hours)many dentist, including holistic dentists in my area and cannot afford the 1600 dollars and have been denied for Care Credit. I also called Native health care services and would have to wait a month to even be seen which does not gaurantee that they can even provide anything more than extractions anyway.
As you can see, I am in a pickle ! The only thing financially that I can afford is to have them extracted. I think my best preventative is to take MMS to avoid any infections and killing the obvious bacteria where the filling was.
Your help in understanding how to mix / and take MMS is much appreciated :)
Thanks in advance
Annette

If you have citric acid 50% .... In a glass add 1 drop of MMS and 1 drop of citric acid 50% mix it with the movement of the glass.
Wait 30 seconds or longer, add a little bit of water and drink.
You can drink it every hour. 1 hour it's the time that MMS has to neutralize pathogens, bacteria, viruses in the body.
If you want more, just do the same but with more drops. 2 and 2, 3 and 3, 4 and 4 etc etc.
Here is jim humble's website. you can find all that you need there. www.jimhumble.com

I have had much luck using MMS directly on a tooth. The pain subsided withing hours and did not return. Also have cured several infected gum line issues by squirting a few drops of activated MMS (with a half teaspoon or so of water added). So, to be clear, I'd add one or two drops of MMS to the glass, add the same number of acid drops. Wait the one minute or so, then add a tiny amount of water. Then take a few drops of this solution and drip on the gums or teeth. If you drop them along the gum line the MMS will find it's way into the lower areas and provide relief.
If you experience nausea simply reduce the amount of MMS until your tolerance increases. Likely you won't have issues with one or two drops of MMS orally every hour or two. More frequent use is now the recommended protocol by Mr. Humble and his team.
Don't forget MMS for the flu too!
p.s. you are right about root canals. Don't do it!

i have used mms for a broken teeth. it had a bad root canal treatment years ago. it was getting messy painful and it smelled like death animal. (not funny if your nose is right up the source)
i also don't have the money to fix it right, so i treated it myself this way:
i put 3 drops of mms and 15 drops of vinegar in a clean glass. ( 1 : 5 )
waited for 3 minutes with a lit on the glass.
and then dropped 1 or 2 droplets of this solution directly into the gaping hole of my teeth. (keep it away from other mercury silver fillings!)
after a minute i drunk the remaining mms mixed with a little bit of water. (apple juice is also okay but no juice with added vitamine c!)
it sounds like a cheap commercial but the pain almost directly diminished and after a few ours it was totally gone!
also the stinking was neutralized. which to me was a proof the bacteria had gone!
after a few days of doing this treatment (3 times a day would be sufficient ill guess) i made a new appointment with my dentist, and he improvised a composite filling. so now i have the time to find the money for a descent solution.
don't let them take away your tooth!
but do take care of the silver fillings!
remove them as soon as possible
i have also still a few of them and they don't like mms!
by the way, i have experimented a lot with mms, i had up to 28 drops of mms in one take, with lemon juice, vinegar of different sources
my conclusion is, its not about how much but how often you can take mms.
1 or 3 drops of mms in one take is enough.
it wont make you nausea.
you can temper the mms a bit if you take lemon juice instead of vinegar
also the night time, just before bedtime is the best intake moment.
succes!

Can you explain this a little more? I do have other silver/mercury fillings. Probably cant take them all out at the same time.

Emergency Toothache Options:
There are many reports of people whose toothaches were stopped completely within a few minutes of holding activated MMS in the mouth for two minutes. This would be one of those situations where you couldn't get scheduled for dental work and you have no choice but to clinch down on cloves to mask the pain - which might mean days or weeks while you wait for an opening on the dentist's waiting list. However, after one or two MMS treatments, the tooth ache might not reappear for 12 to 24 hours. The reason for tooth-pain is usually that bacteria has found a home deep in a tooth cavity and bacteria are feeding on nutrients near or touching the nerve. The tooth will not cause any more pain until more food is pressed into the crevice and new bacteria begin feeding again. Generally the pain will be gone for good. This procedure can be executed with a low dosage like this: one MMS drop in a small cup with 5 drops of the acid. After three minutes, add 1 or 2 table spoons of water and stir it with a toothbrush. Your toothbrush is now nicely sterilized. Stir the mixture onto the brush, carry it into your mouth, and brush the tooth or teeth where the pain is felt. Carry more MMS into your mouth and repeat for two minutes or more. Often you can even kill an absses inside of a tooth by using DMSO. Just mix an equal amount of DMSO with the MMS and an equal amount of water and use that on the tooth brush to brush the tooth with the absses. Doesn't work every time but most of the time.
Regarding a Pressure-sensitive Tooth:
It should be noted that if your tooth is pressure sensitive - meaning that when you bite down on it then pain is felt, this usually indicates a pocket of infection forming under the tooth. In this case, mere brushing is futile but you have a powerful option for reducing and eliminating the infected tooth. Do it quickly. Use DMSO with the MMS for this purpose. It usually works, but you must remember that the MMS and DMSO must be used within 10 minutes as the DMSO kills the MMS after 10 minute.

If you go on a course of MMS, based on my experience while I was working full time:
a) DON'T rush the dose increases
b) Ensure you have a clear route to the bathroom, you may well need it more than usual
c) Keep a spare pair of underwear handy
For me it was worth it and it did contribute to solving the problem I had. It does have the potential to take your body on a bit of a roller coaster though during the process.
Now, a little rant.
The concentrations in the thread above are not expressed in an unambiguous way. Is it percent by volume or percent by mass? You need to know this to work everything out properly.
It REALLY, I mean REALLY p1sses me off that companies will sell stuff like this without proper instructions. Then when you ring them and ask for advice, they cannot give it as they are not licensed to give it (commercially, medically or in a manner that is in anyway covered by liability insurance). But hey, you can buy a hypothetically helpful book from them.
All is not lost though, what you can do is ask them exactly what the concentrations are (or maybe it does say on the label - have a look) and if they don't give them to you, then report them to the trade standards police.
Then you can download the Jim Humble book from the internet.
In chemistry the concentration of a solution has a specific and scientifically precise method of expression. It works. If they are doing this properly then there will be no ambiguity and no room for doubt. http://chemistry.about.com/od/lecturenotesl3/a/concentration.htm.
Once you know the exact concentrations you know exactly how much of solution A to mix with solution B to get the desired result.
I am not actually a chemist and I am sorry if this is not helping you directly.
The fact that there is ambiguity and room for doubt in material like this plays right into the hands of the people that want to kill this stuff with regulation.

DMSO is Dimethyl sulfoxide, and it is a a useful solvent. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimethyl_sulfoxide, and from that site, with added emphasis:
Use of DMSO in medicine dates from around 1963, when an Oregon Health & Science University Medical School team, headed by Stanley Jacob, discovered it could penetrate the skin and other membranes without damaging them and could carry other compounds into a biological system. In medicine, DMSO is predominantly used as a topical analgesic, a vehicle for topical application of pharmaceuticals, as an anti-inflammatory, and an antioxidant.[15] Because DMSO increases the rate of absorption of some compounds through organic tissues, including skin, it can be used as a drug delivery system. It is frequently compounded with antifungal medications, enabling them to penetrate not just skin but also toe and fingernails.

Aha - thanks!
I had a pressure sensitive tooth developing (next to the implant that I removed a bit earlier, where much infection had formed below the implant). My dentist resolved the pressure sensitivity in the remaining tooth by injecting a bunch of ozone enriched stuff into that area. I was already in her chair for other work that day, so it was convenient enough. But I could probably treat it myself, with materials I have on hand already (DMSO and MMS ingredients), if the sensitivity returns, there or somewhere else in my mouth.
Cool :).

I keep a bottle of the following on hand:
http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/314eiBga-EL.jpg
DMSO Liquid Concentrate (http://amzn.com/B001L538IY)
Horse veterinarians use it to help get lineaments and ointments through a horse's hide to the underlying tissue (muscle or tendon) being treated. It's a solvent that makes whatever it is mixed with more easily absorbed.
Also DMSO quickly goes through out the body, regardless of where you apply it, and it has a distinctive (mildly unpleasant, but not too bad) taste.
When for example I was using some with an anti-fungal on a toe nail fungus I had (it is notoriously difficult to get topical anti-fungals to go underneath the toenail), I would taste it within a minute or two after applying it to my toenail.

Australian Shamans use Melaleuca oil. Melaleuca oil has Cineole in it whose property is its ability to get through skin and melaleuca is a powerfull anti-microbian.
And since you are in US, Cayce recommend Glyco-Thymoline that you can buy via Heritage Store in Virginia Beach.
First Melaleuca then gargle with Glyco-Thymoline.

mms disolves old mercury and silver fillings!
so, if you have them, use mms only there were its needed and don't brush all your teeth with it.
also before and after drinking mms, it helps to brush your teeth with a non fluor tooth paste.
if you need mms for internal use, like to ban out a flue, drink it quickly without keeping it in your mouth. and brush your teeth afterwards.

also to reassure you, mms is a very strong in its capacity or potential to clean out your system.
its nothing more than a cleaner.
it scrapes lose the toxic, and kills the pathogen bacteria.
the good thing is, after its work in your body, all mms leaves behind, is a grain of table salt.
but your body has to do the rest of getting rid of the toxic and all the killed bacteria.
so listen to your body. it will make you clear enough what you can handle in this time. you will see that mms gives a lot of room to experiment safely and find a suitable or comfortable pace for you to cure
if you are worried about all the toxic in your body, don't be overwhelmed by it, you have found a tool to clean it.

I have heard that if you can make a sterile mud mix and you press it into a cavity and keep doing so it will make a kind of a filling, even if it is only temporary. I have heard it can work. It might depend on how big the hole is.

Yes, I use DMSO as a carrier of the MMS. I believe (no proof) that the DMSO carries the MMS deep into the tooth structure, perhaps down into the tiny vessels and tubes where bacteria hide after a root canal. It has certainly stopped my pain cold in two different teeth and for extended periods of time.

4evrneo,
Don’t know if this post is too late for your tooth but likely useful in other cases where an emergency sealant is needed.
But first have you seen this Jim Humble video?
How to fix an Abscessed Tooth, with Archbishop Jim Humble
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMBuB_wOzd8
Check out this link on curezone, it mentions ZOE which can provide a temporary filling until you can afford a full fillig. It’s a natural composite of eugenol and clove oil to be replaced every 6 months.
http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=40364#i
When used as a temporary filling material or cement, this material is called "zinc oxide and eugenol", or ZOE for short.
Zinc Oxide and Eugenol (ZOE) is not very durable, and it wears away after just a few weeks, but it works to relieve pain, calm the nerve and protect the tooth until an appointment can be made to get it filled permanently. During the Vietnam war, the US Army invented a more durable form of ZOE called Intermediate Restorative Material (IRM) which is fortified with plastic powder. (It originally came in red, white or blue colors.) IRM is used almost universally in dental offices throughout the world for temporary fillings. The increase in durability allows the temporary to last three to 6 months (sometimes even longer).

Thank you Londoni,
I havent seen the video as of yet but I will take a look. I have since had the problem tooth removed. From what I understand its not a good idea to use MMS on fillings, but I do belive I made the best decision and just removed the problem without having to deal with a root canal and potential problems later.
