Intersting footage.Im guessing this has been around for decades. They hide the tech very well.

I think this is a fake. The red circle is only there to guide your eyes to this area. I think the soldier comes from behind and right of the tank. As the circle hits this area you can see a slight jump. That is my opinion anyway.
