This is my consciousness and intention as we forge ahead towards 2013. Thought I'd share my intentions and my wish with you.

War against others is indeed war against ourselves.

It's funny how science these days is always reinforcing what spirituality has always said.

Listened to a great vid by Deepak Chopra the other day about quantum biology where he said the science shows that if we have a friend who is happy, it increases our happiness. But if that friend has a friend we don't know who is happy, that also increases our happiness! And if that friend we don't know has a friend who is also happy, that increases our happiness that much more!

Interconnected without even knowing, the degrees of separation are one of the greatest illusions. The happiness of our perceived enemies contributes to our own happiness, in the End.

What better reason than that is there for an end to war? Blessings, One and All!

Been saying it for a while now, with my signature,
which actually rhymes, to make it more catchy.
