Great video, thanks for posting. I remember when I first realized/believed it was a hoax, I kept wanting to discuss it with family and friends - mostly because I thought it was WONDERFUL that no children died. I was far more excited by that than the hoax aspect. However, my enthusiasm was greeted with shock, disdain, and absolute refusal to consider it being a false flag - "how can you disrespect the families and the deaths of those children". Sadly, it is those people who need to see this video and most likely will not.I never even went there for the longest time. I felt there was something wrong with the story with more to it than we had been told . It was after watching Halbig I finally realized they where at it again. People have to wake up and understand MSM are the keepers of the gate for the elites and actually take pride in disseminating the lies that they know are lies.

What amazes me is that it doesn't take a lot of digging to begin to question the event. What is also astounding is the transparency of all the "witnesses" testaments. You don't really need to be anything close to a Sherlock Holmes to see through how artificial the witnesses behavior irregularities re and how what they all say doesn't add up. The acting is really bad too. It's as if the stage management of the whole affair is deliberately meant to look suspicious. Why would they do that? I don't know why. I have heard that after a real car crash that real witnesses who saw the event with their own eyes often or always have different recollection of the event. Perhaps that's maybe what they were attempting to achieve, rather than have them all telling the same story. In a real event if ten people say the perpetrator was wearing a bright yellow jacket and and two say it was an orange jacket, the police will reasonably conclude that the jacket was indeed yellow. However in a real event I am most certain that if say five witnesses all say the jacket was five different colours the police would know that they were all lying. Do you see where I am going here? None of their stories add up to look real. Real detectives hearing all the sroties would come to the conclusion that there was indeed a conspiracy to falsify the event.

Public information on a public search on my public channel shared to my public audience.. and they claimed a "right" to my content to get it removed.

Abuse of the legal copyright system to have something removed which they don't like.

Copyright claims are supposed to be used for protecting ARTISTS and videomakers like myself (musicians, scientists, educators, and even comedians etc..) ... protecting our custom created content and opinions from theft.

To use the copyright system to file FALSE claims is no better than censorship by arresting someone under false charges to silence them in the public domain . Dictators do this. Fascists do this. And now rich Sandy Hook people are doing it to average citizens like me.

This is a case of a rich guy who stands to gain a boat load more using a 2 year old tragedy, who then uses a company he creates with the money he already raised from the TAXPAYERS (and public donations) to file false claims in order to stop a message they don't personally like.

All because I looked into the guys public information?

Filing a "copyright" claim against a THUMBNAIL of a picture of Noah Pozner which appears with 100 other pictures on a search page? Using that as the reason to file a copyright? Its not shown for even 10 seconds (which is covered under most fair use law).

At a news conference Friday, the president of the advocacy group BK Nation, Kevin Powell, called the shooting the latest in a “series of modern-day lynchings.”This week’s outbreak of angry but mostly peaceful protests began Wednesday when a New York grand jury refused to bring charges against white officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of a 43-year-old black father of six, Eric Garner, who was being arrested on suspicion of selling cigarettes illegally.



A video of his confrontation with police on Staten Island in July featured Pantaleo’s arm across Garner’s neck as he is subdued by four officers. On Thursday in Phoenix, Arizona, another unarmed black man was shot dead by a white police officer during a scuffle, leading to protests in that city.



“The government has created a monster and the monster is now loose,” Soraya Soi Free, 45, a nurse from the Bronx who has been protesting in New York, told Reuters.

The decisions by grand juries in Ferguson and New York not to indict white police officers have angered ordinary Americans and human rights experts alike.

“I am concerned by the grand juries’ decisions and the apparent conflicting evidence that exists relating to both incidents,” UN Special Rapporteur on minority issues, Rita Izsak, said in a statement.

“The decisions leave many with legitimate concerns relating to a pattern of impunity when the victims of excessive use of force come from African-American or other minority communities.”



On Friday over a hundred demonstrators stormed into an Apple Store in New York to stage a brief “die-in,” sprawling on the floor as shoppers and employees watched. They shortly left the store without incident.



Similar mini-demonstrations were staged at Macy’s flagship department store in Herald Square and at Grand Central Terminal. Police calmly stood by, letting the protesters briefly occupy the locations.

Meanwhile, up to 100 people gathered near the site of Garner’s death for a candlelight vigil on Staten Island. A group of marchers who pressed on through the rain were confronted by police on Manhattan’s lower East Side before midnight. Several protesters were arrested, Reuters reported.

If you imagine manufactured events like 9/11, the Aurora theater shooting, Sandy Hook and others as links in the greater chain of deception, you might be close to understanding the circumstances in which these events are allowed to go unchecked. This chain of events cannot survive if any one of its links is broken.

On November 30th, the fortress that protects the truth about these grand deceptions was dealt a very different kind of blow. Unlike fleeting exposures or leaks of evidence that quickly get swept into the memory hole, this blow has caused a festering wound that will persist indefinitely. The opening act in this play, long in production was the release of the documentary, “We Need to Talk about Sandy Hook.” This, nearly 3 hours long video exposing the numerous anomalies and ongoing cover-up is in itself an important, historical document. But, it’s the stories behind this story that are becoming a phenomenon.
A Documentary by and for the Common Man

In February of 2014, over a year since Sandy Hook many groups were deeply involved in research and analysis of the Sandy Hook event. This may come as a surprise considering that the media had long since moved on to speak of it as a well-documented, historical event. Referring to the little-understood, Adam Lanza as “the shooter” is but one example of their portrayal of the event as authentic and undeniable. What little attention the media paid to anyone who thought otherwise was limited to stories of “conspiracy theorists” harassing and even stalking victim’s family members. Behind these stories of bloggers turned stalkers was a large body of people who continued to question the event.

One such group questioning Sandy Hook was a research group on the topic comprised of 60 some odd members. Back in February, one of its members approached the group with an idea for a project that would involve a number of segments, each focusing on a different piece of evidence. The Sandy Hook event is, if you weren’t aware is brimming with anomalies and curiosities. These segments would then be combined to form a painstakingly factual and revealing expose. The only caveat was that nothing contained within a segment would be included if any of the others in the group specifically objected to it. In addition, each participant would be required to narrate their segment. The topics would be submitted to a coordinator beforehand, to prevent participants from covering the same topic.

Once a core group had formed, a repository for evidence such as photographs, video clips, news stories as well as narration scripts and cut lists was established and the work began. Over the course of 9 months, the work continued and the segments were produced with little consideration of cohesion or the end result. The coordinator and editor were tasked with producing an introductory and closing segment. As each completed segment was previewed, a picture began to form and as fate would have it the picture was that of a complete and very intriguing documentary.
Creating a Home for the Project and the Group behind It

Independent Media Solidarity
One other significant development emerged from within the project early on. One of the participants, who was also the editor had conceived of a way to give life to the project, prevent the video from becoming just a static document as well as give the group an informal identity. Without much fanfare, Independent Media Solidarity (IMS) was born. This would become the moniker under which the group could be identified. A website and various social media accounts were established in support of the group. Although the significance of this move was predicted to some degree by the group, none predicted just how significant or in which ways IMS would become a useful platform.
Video Take-Downs and the Surprising Counteraction

Long before the documentary was completed, it was determined that the usual method by which the video would be disseminated through YouTube would not work in this case. Many of the members had been stung previously by having videos flagged or removed through claims of copyright or privacy infringement. YouTube is heavily invested in the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) implementation, having designed an automated system by which to prevent copyright violations.

One component of the system is built into YouTube’s uploading function. As videos are uploaded, they are screened for audio that matches anything within a massive database of copyrighted material. If a match is found, one of two things happens. Either the uploader is presented with the option of disputing the claim or accepting it as accurate, or YouTube simply rejects the video on the basis of it being a violation of their terms. The second major component of their DMCA system involves the copyright owner making a claim against a particular video. In this process, the owner of the material flags the offending video and YouTube responds automatically by taking the video offline while notifying the video’s producer that a claim has been made. The video producer at this point must either accept the claim as accurate and forfeit the video or dispute the claim, at which time notice of the dispute is sent to the claimant.

The unfortunate side-effect of the overall process is that, during a 10 day period in which the claimant has to choose whether to take further action the video is offline.

As you might imagine this policy of allowing anyone to make a claim against any video is easily abused. The function largely favors claimants over producers of videos the claims are made against. As it stands, anyone can make a claim against any video to have it removed for a period of between 10 days and 3 weeks, and the uploader of the video has no recourse whatsoever. They are simply not afforded a means to legally challenge the claim aside from the initial dispute option. But this does nothing to prevent the take down of the video. It’s this concerning reality at the root of the next story behind the story.

As mentioned, the group chose not to upload their documentary to YouTube. After researching the options, it was determined that Vimeo would likely be the best home for the video. So, on November 30th it was uploaded to a newly established Vimeo account, a trailer was loaded to the group’s YouTube account and those of the participants. Despite there having been little hype in the time preceding its release, many people began to watch and the buzz was that people liked it.

Within less than 24 hours, Vimeo removed the video and sent notice that it was removed due to a violation of their terms. Here is the relevant text of that message…

Your video “We Need to Talk about Sandy Hook” has been removed for violating our Guidelines. Reason: Vimeo does not allow videos that harass, incite hatred or depict excessive violence.

Vimeo Take-Down Notice

If you haven’t yet seen the video, this might appear to be a legitimate reason for its removal. However, if you have seen the video it’s very unlikely that you’ll find the reason given to make much sense. There simply isn’t anything that could be construed as harassment or inciting of hatred. Not only is their not excessive violence, there’s no violence depicted at all. Therefore, it appears that Vimeo chose to remove the video for other reasons. I won’t begin to speculate what those reasons were and the group hasn’t bothered to inquire further into the matter. Both Vimeo and YouTube are notoriously steadfast in their take-down decisions and rarely, if ever provide detailed explanations for them.

Although the plan had been to load the video to a secondary host as back-up, that simply hadn’t been done when the primary source at Vimeo was removed. Being faced with a newly-released video now totally unavailable, the decision was made to upload it to the group’s YouTube channel. Although it was predicted that it wouldn’t last more than a day or two, this seemed the quickest way to make the video viewable again. Concerned about and fully expecting it to be removed from YouTube, the group also scrambled to upload the video to Archive.org, which seemed like a suitable back-up source.

By this time there was a growing buzz across the Internet in places where conspiracies were discussed as well as matters of free speech. The group began to receive numerous requests through the simple contact form on its website for a copy of the video that people could upload to their channels both on YouTube and elsewhere. A completely unexpected phenomenon was showing its first signs when discussions of the take down by Vimeo was seen as unfair censorship. This generated more interest, the assumption being that for it to have been taken down so quickly what it contained must be bombshell material.

Although the matter of whether any material in the video constitutes being described as “bombshell” is relative, this notion did lead to increased interest. As the group struggled to ensure the video was viewable, considering the take-down of it at Vimeo to be a setback it was in no way a ruse by them to gen up interest through promoting a perceived notion of scarcity. This appears to have been an organic phenomenon.

YouTube Claim Summary
Then the video was taken down from YouTube. In just over 24 hours, the video was taken offline by a copyright claim made by the HONR network, represented by one Lenny Pozner. For those who may be unfamiliar with the Sandy Hook characters, Lenny is the purported father of child victim, Noah Pozner. Although Lenny wasn’t amongst the many victim’s parents making the rounds on news programs and morning shows, Lenny has been highly involved in post Sandy Hook event affairs. At the point at which it was taken down, just this single source of the video had received over 117,000 views. This was learned thanks to an observant viewer who kindly emailed a screenshot to the group.

YouTube Statistics

Some members of IMS had previously had videos removed through copyright claims. What was different in this case was that the claim made no reference to any specific material. It wasn’t possible to determine which specific material within the video was supposedly infringing on a copyright. The reader might be interested to know that, in order for a claim to be made at all the person or group making the claim must be the owner of the material. The group was perplexed, as it seemed extremely unlikely that any material in the video was owned by the HONR Network or Lenny Pozner.

Once again, the documentary was offline and a seemingly endless string of notices of this fact and requests for a different link to the video began to flood the group’s inbox. The uploading process for a nearly 3 hours long video can take many hours to complete, depending upon conditions like bandwidth availability. At the time the video was removed a second time by YouTube, the upload to Archive.org was not yet completed. Once again, the video was inaccessible for a few hours until traffic could finally be redirected to Archive.org. At this time, the primary source of the video stream remains Archive.org.
Acts of Kindness and of Rebellion

Once the dust began to settle after scrambling to keep the video online, the group finally had a chance to see a sampling of the public’s reaction to it. It was overwhelmingly positive. Some comments online read like letters written to Charles Lindbergh after landing at Le Bourget Field. Messages coming in through the contact form often referred to the group as heroes. Even in places where the tone was typically cynical and comments were often times ugly, there was a swell of appreciation for the producers and many recommendations that others take the time to watch.

The list above would be dozens of pages long if you were to compile all the supportive comments. It’s fair to say the response was generally positive, despite some negative assessments. But, in another example of how this whole phenomenon is different, the documentary found its way into the Internet Movie Database. That, in itself is unusual for videos produced as non-commercial ventures that didn’t receive wide release. Again, the views of those discovering the documentary through IMDB are highly favorable. At the time of this writing, 81 IMDB users have rated the video and the overall rating is a 9.5.

It doesn’t require re-printing the entirety of the eight reviews of the video to get a clear impression of the reviewer’s opinion. Just take a look at the review titles alone…

Some will argue that the phenomenon of numerous people uploading portions of or all of the video was born entirely from the early reports that it had been taken down. The perception this led to was that the material in the video was explosive and that taking it down stood as another example of an attack on free speech. They will likely cite the spreading news of the many other video take-downs as only supporting their theory that all the uploading was in response to this.

There’s little doubt that this partly accounts for motivating this mass upload, but it simply doesn’t make sense that it accounts for it all. Fundamentally, a video is uploaded to a user’s channel with the expectation that at least some people will view it. Popular YouTube channels that regularly see thousands of views of any video uploaded to their channel would expect similar results from this video. But, the channels where videos barely garnered any views and had few or no subscribers wouldn’t expect so many viewers. Some of these less-trafficked channels broke up the video into as many as 15 or more parts. So, when a couple days had been spent uploading the first half as only a handful of viewers took notice, it was clear their channel wasn’t going to receive much traffic. Yet they diligently uploaded the remaining parts.

Simply put, never before has such a mass upload occurred on YouTube. It’s astonishing to see. As IMS isn’t aware of a method to track exactly how many copies of the video were uploaded before being taken down, the true number may be impossible to know. What is apparent is that comments from users on various channels and comment threads indicate that they too had uploaded the video and had it taken down. IMS is making efforts to record the account names and titles of copies of the video still available on YouTube. But, the take-downs are occurring at about the same rate as the new copies that are uploaded in response.
The Coordinated Efforts to Eliminate this Video and the Greater War on Free Speech

I’ve made reference to the various incidents of copyright claims being made against the documentary appearing on the official IMS YouTube channel and many others. These incidents, however aren’t limited to the actual documentary itself. It has been discovered that, likely in response to this mass upload event they’ve upped the ante.

Dutchsinse

Well known YouTube user, blogger and activist Dutchsinse has a very compelling story to tell involving his copy of the documentary being taken down, videos that merely report on the take-down phenomenon being taken down and even efforts by YouTube and other social media outlets to limit his ability to communicate with his fan base. Dutchsinse is no stranger to difficulties with YouTube and other social media portals, having had his account shut down 6 times in 4 years. Each time his account was shut down it was as a direct result of false copyright claims. In each case, he fought the claim and his account was restored.

Not only was Dutchsinse in the sights of those who falsely file claims of copyright infringement, he’s also been the victim of anonymous claims that he is an imposter. This actually led to his story being covered in grotesque detail on Nasdaq.com and other main-stream sites. In short, when an anonymous individual flagged his unwanted and unused Google+ account which happened to be connected to his popular YouTube account, it resulted in the interconnected accounts being taken offline. The 800 videos and his 75,000 subscribers just disappeared and no mechanism existed for him to refute the false claim.

Only because he had a connection inside Google was his issue raised with the proper departments, resulting in his YouTube account being restored. However, his access to the Google+ account tied to the YouTube account was not restored requiring he go through an identity verification process. Surprisingly, this was still deemed necessary despite the fact that his account was under the name Dutchsinse, not his real name Michael Janitch. The passport he used as the photo ID required by Google didn’t contain a reference to this pseudonym, and the processes in place seemed insufficient to reconcile this.

If not standing as an example of a serious campaign to harass Dutchsinse, then certainly standing as evidence of the unfair policies of Googe/YouTube he was forced to comply with this identity verification process 6 times. In each case, the anonymous person making the claim wasn’t required to identify themselves or provide any contact information.

The HONR Network Website

When Dutchsinse recently produced a video in which he merely describes how his copy of the documentary was given a strike by Lenny Pozner of the HONR Network, that video too was given a strike and taken down. But, this time there was something different about the claim and something that should be very concerning to anyone hoping to keep the Internet a home for free speech. Unlike other copyright or privacy claims he had received, this one didn’t allow him to dispute it. When he clicked on what had formerly led him to the copyright claims dispute form, there was a message instead that read simply… “This video is not eligible for a counter-notification.”

As Dutchsinse explains in an article on his blog, “The fact that I cannot dispute this means that even though I committed no crime, I have been deemed guilty by the person accusing me of the crime. I now have to get a lawyer and sue to have this accusation of a crime removed”.

CW Wade
It’s known who is doing the targeting of certain online content, in Dutchsinse’s case and in the case of IMS and others. But it isn’t only Lenny Pozner and the HONR network that’s working hard to oppose the efforts of IMS and others to speak freely about the Sandy Hook event. Take, for example one CW Wade. Wade began to appear first through his YouTube channel, Wadesvids. His very first video was a lengthy analysis of the official report in which he attempted to reconcile as many of the anomalies discovered by independent researchers with the official report. From there, he graduated to appearing on radio shows and podcasts where his position as a supporter of the official account of events was cemented.

Over the following months CW Wade began to establish a number of online blogs which he has devoted to the singular topic of Sandy Hook “hoaxers” and “stalkers.” Through first one and now a handful of blogs, he slanders many people researching Sandy Hook with an obvious proclivity to bend the words he uses to better portray his subjects as “stalkers.”

One example is an article in which he accuses one researcher of soliciting the help of another, whereby he claims they put a “…stalking hit…” on someone related to the Sandy Hook event. I’ve heard examples of stalking, but this is truly the first time I’ve heard that one stalker may have asked someone else to stalk on their behalf. It’s clear that CW Wade’s intent is to do as much damage as he can to people questioning Sandy Hook. The answer to whether anyone in the IMS group knows who CW Wade is working for isn’t being revealed.

In a bold move that only leads people to further suspect deception, Wade published another blog that this time he acquired a domain name for. The reason why a proprietary domain name was a requirement in this case was that it was needed to create the impression of being a regional news site. Writing articles now for the “Newtown Post-Examiner,” Wade appears to be making an attempt to pose as a writer working for a non-biased news organization. The strategy appears to be paying off to some degree. A few news stories on the web cite quotes from the Newtown Post-Examiner. They don’t bother to clarify that it’s a blog and likely doesn’t employ an editorial review process.

Incidents of this online persona slandering people who produce content questioning the Sandy Hook event is not only impacting the individuals but, by association anyone in the growing community of those who question the event. Making these acts even more sinister is the possibility that they are part of a coordinated effort working with other groups, one of which was mentioned previously.

Cease and Desist

When one member of IMS had received two copyright strikes made by Lenny Pozner resulting in two videos being taken offline, he noted something CW Wade said in one of only two exchanges they had with each other. Only the member and the claimant, Lenny Pozner knew that they had been saddled with two copyright strikes. In closing a comment made to the member, CW Wade asked, “How many strikes is that now?” Without explaining exactly how, the comment made it clear that CW Wade received this information from Lenny Pozner. It’s likely that CW Wade didn’t wish to make this fact known. It doesn’t seem all that far-fetched considering that Wade has allowed his blogs to be used as a pulpit by Lenny.

The relationship between Lenny Pozner and the HONR Network has been well established. In what is unlikely to be a simple case of showing appreciation for having shared values, CW Wade openly supports the HONR Network which has even been the subject of articles by Wade. Because Lenny Pozner is engaged in making false and illegal claims against members of IMS and their supporters, and CW Wade has made numerous statements that slander IMS members as well as others, they are engaging in a criminal conspiracy. CW Wade has openly called for IMS members to be the targets of law enforcement actions, claimed that they are lying to their respective subscribers and that it’s just a matter of time before they WILL commit acts of violence. IMS requests that these claims be examined carefully. They state that not a single shred of evidence exists to support them and that, to view them individually isn’t likely to reveal Wade’s true intent. But, to view them within the context of Wade’s single-minded body of work shows clearly his intent to manipulate public opinion of those who dare to question officialdom.
What’s in a Name and Why it’s a Very Serious Matter

PerjuryIt is an act of perjury to file a claim of copyright infringement via YouTube using anything but your legal name. An alias may not be used when filing these claims. It is through the work of IMS members beginning before their documentary project even began that many now suspect “Lenny Pozner”is not the actual name of the person presenting himself using that name.

One very simple technique by which the average person may see evidence of this is to conduct a search of any number of public records databases, such as Radaris. Searching “Lenny Pozner” may, depending upon the system being queried result in a match for a person in Connecticut. On Radaris, for example a result for “Leonard P Osner” can be seen in Newtown CT. Researchers who have looked into the matter of Lenny’s true identity have cross-referenced the data available through both public and commercial sources and determined that “Leonard P Osner” is almost certainly an identity used by Lenny Pozner.

With that name in Radaris are associated aliases. They include “Enta C Pozner, Len Pozner, Lenny Pozner, Leonard Posner, Leonard Pozner and Eliezer Pozner”; six in total. How many aliases do you have? The more appropriate question in this case is, how many aliases are connected to your identity? My age is close to that of Lenny’s. I checked to see in Radaris how many aliases I was shown to have. I have one alias, which is a simple misspelling of my name with the last character of my middle name missing. Likely this was the result of an input error. If, however, Lenny’s actual legal middle initial and last name is “P. Osner” the fact that he’s credited for his editorials and has established a family under the last name “Pozner” is no simple clerical error.

Radaris results

Evidence is said to be in possession of IMS members indicating that Lenny has committed numerous acts of federal fraud by providing affidavits using names other than his legal name. This is not just a case of whether there was intent to defraud. It’s a simple requirement of certain documents. If the person who has filed no less than dozens of copyright claims on YouTube using the name Lenny Pozner has a different legal name, then this is a clear case of perjury, as YouTube specifies that they require the claimant’s sworn oath.

As IMS has been forced to deal with what are likely illegal attempts to disrupt dissemination of their new documentary, the plight of their supporters has become a concern as well. Not that the people who took it upon themselves to upload a copy of the video and been subject to its removal have been taking it sitting down. Many have been quite vocal in expressing their dissatisfaction with how easily the system allows for their videos to be taken offline. In one sense, YouTube is being exploited for this purpose. However, it’s YouTube’s lopsided system, favoring the claimant that doesn’t prevent and even facilitates the fraud.

IMS has determined that the best course of action to remedy the conditions that are impacting their supporters is to provide a detailed report of the problem to YouTube. As stated, YouTube is both being defrauded by these illegal claims and are themselves employing a system that facilitates it. There seems no party better situated to resolve the matter than YouTube themselves. The support mechanisms available to YouTube users are tailored for copyright owners making claims of infringement. Although there are mechanisms for some other scenarios, there simply isn’t anything amongst their standard support means suitable for reporting the situation IMS and their fellow YouTube users are in. Therefore, IMS is considering their options as it’s in the best interest of everyone concerned to report this activity in the most expedient way possible.

At present, IMS doesn’t know of any way to obtain a comprehensive list of YouTube videos taken offline through unwarranted and illegal copyright claims. The Future Remains Uncertain but One in Which We Might Speak Freely

There are definitely stories emerging from a simple, yet unprecedented act. Regular people came together to share their individual contributions in research of the Sandy Hook event. In addition to the sensible presentation of the information, people seem to appreciate that those presenting it are personally motivated to give of their time and energy without being paid to do so. Maybe this is why harsher criticisms of the amateur effort are set aside in favor of giving thanks.

There is mounting evidence that this controversial documentary is the target of a coordinated effort to prevent it from being seen. Because of this, the very people who appreciate the work of its producers found an opportunity to help by uploading the video themselves. In so doing, they’ve joined with IMS in solidarity; in sharing their goal of achieving full disclosure. Others who watched as people came to IMS’s aid, helping ensure their documentary would be seen were touched by the display and decided to join in.

It’s unclear how long this phenomenon will continue. We can’t know for sure how far the opposition will go to disrupt it. More interestingly, we don’t yet know what other twist will develop out of all this. One thing that it calls to mind is that the Sandy Hook matter appears far from being concluded. For so many people to express their thanks, there must be far more conspiracy theorists out there than traditional media would have us believe. For still more people to go to such great length to help the video get seen, there may be a bright future in which we’re free to speak our minds in store for us after all.

When you're taught from kindergarden that capitalism is synonymous with democracy --

No one mentions that our Constitution is schizophrenic --

There was only one brief moment of honesty on TV -- the days of Malcolm X, Robert Kennedy,
James Baldwin, Martin Luther King, Jr. -- where true challenge was offered.

The 1960's "revolution" was non-violent, but it was met with violence in every area.
We all want revolutionary change -- Egyptians have tried it, Libyans, Syria ---

The only way the RW can rise and continue to hold power is by violence -- that is forever true.

IMO, that's why we've seen torture reintroduced by US -- it's the only way a

The fear that controls us is real and a huge hurdle. Its hard to express yourself knowing what is going on and declaring "I'm not scared" Accepting and facing that fear is when one breaks free and becomes able to speak the unspeakable. I have slowly gotten a few acquaintances to open their eyes to what is happening and they now continue to ask me my thoughts on many of the current events of the day. I do what I can and its never enough. I have family that still will not accept all that is happening even though they admit many things I have awoken them to is real. They shy away and I really don't blame them. I have one daughter who fears that viewing such conspiracies on the internet they will come to take her away and I have to say she's most likely correct in that assumption, as this is the fear they are entraining repeatedly daily, hour after hour . William Shanley Discusses $1 Trillion Lawsuit

On this joint edition of Real Politik and The Real Deal Connecticut-based author and filmmaker William Shanley speaks with James Fetzer and James Tracy on his trillion dollar lawsuit against big media for fraud and terrorism of the public via their reportage on the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre event. Shanley maintains that the alleged shooting was a FEMA-orchestrated drill deviously presented by major wire services, newspapers, and broadcast and cable networks as an genuine tragedy.

Interview Highlights

Shanley became involved in researching Sandy Hook while producing a film he continues to work on. He then viewed Sofia Smallstorm’s presentation, Unraveling Sandy Hook in Two, Three, Four and Five Dimensions and read several articles on Sandy Hook written by Professor Fetzer. “When I heard that Michael Bellmore, the 28-year-old former New Haven Register reporter had died for unexplained reasons I saw myself as a 28-year-old kid in radio and working for Jimmy Carter with sound equipment, and I just thought of this kid. I said, ‘This is something I can do. I’m going to go to the mat on this.'”

After further delving into the work of independent Sandy Hook researchers Shanley marveled, “The evidence is just overwhelming.” He then began to plea through traditional channels by



writing a series of letters. First of all, I wrote to [Connecticut] Governor Malloy, informing him of my background and association with Dr. Fetzer and other scholars. I started writing all the politicians with the best writing I could come up with and I was astonished [to receive no response] from the Governor, the Secretary of State. I’ve written to everyone in the legislature a number of times; the Sandy Hook Commission a number of times. I’ve written to the President twice. I’ve written to the Senate and House Judiciary Committees calling for joint hearings. There’s been no response from anyone to any communication. It’s been a complete blackout. This is like Moscow 1952.

Shanley asserts that reporters have been caught running flagrant propaganda on the Sandy Hook massacre, and that this speaks to larger concerns, such as today’s news media being run by conglomerates that care very little about actual journalism.



We have to look at the fact that the news budgets over the past 20 years have been savaged. The salaries of reporters are very low. $30,000 is the average salary for a reporter in the state of Connecticut. My mother was a newspaper reporter for the Waterbury Republican in Connecticut. They covered these little towns in Connecticut like vacuum cleaners. [Reporters] went to every town meeting, every city council meeting, every finance meeting, every environmental meeting, and it all got reported. That’s all disappeared in America with the conglomeration and the international media companies, all of whom are responsible.

Imagine Disney, which sells products to children, now being a marketer of terrorism. How can that brand ever withstand this? This is how I know these captains who are running these corporations, this little news division is just another division of their big company. That’s why they’re involved in business with the government.

They’re the people’s stand ins. They’re surrogates for us who cannot be there. They’re our voices and our ears and eyes. And they’ve chosen to besmirch their role as upholders of the sacred trust of truth in journalism, and sell out to do business with the government.

Shanley observes how the Newtown area’s background of psychiatry and occultism may be related to the Sandy Hook event and other unusual practices by Connecticut state officials. In 1997, for example, the Office of the Child’s Advocate was established to obscure the unusual and unreported deaths of 66 children in state institutions. The same agency is presently advocating a policy that will likely culminate in federally-mandated mental health screenings from infancy to young adulthood.

Those in the state government are “lunatics,” Shanley asserts.



I don’t know where this strain comes from in America or in Connecticut in particular. It’s literally like living in the twilight zone here. I’ve never seen anything like it. You can cut it with a knife–the fear, the trepidation, the sickness underlying it. Now we’ve got the Connecticut State Police who are members of the Masons. They had a project for a kidnapping kit for every parent with a school child in Connecticut. [Parents were expected] to participate in this school kidnapping kit with the local community. This was a project of the Masons. I looked at the data and there were no kidnappings in Connecticut!

Shanley notes how advocacy on the Sandy Hook incident has jeopardized family and personal relationships. Indeed, last summer, shortly after receiving an odd warning concerning his research activities, his new roommate apparently committed suicide under a bizarre circumstances. The judge presiding over Shanley’s recent lawsuits against big media has also issued a protective order to aid in protecting Shanley from bodily harm.

Overview of Lawsuits


The first lawsuit is for fraud and terrorism against the Newtown Bee, the Hartford Courant, owned by Tribune media, the Associated Press, and the New York Times. None of them have responded. That’s for $10 billion–$5 billion for each count. What I’ve designed these to do is to put these companies out of business, or put us in a position to take these media industries over by requesting punitive damage equal to one year in revenue for each of the corporations.

The second lawsuit [filed on December 22, 2014] for $1 trillion–$500 billion for each count–is against Obsidian, people like John Miller of CBS who is intimately involved as Deputy National Director of Intelligence who misled many other news agencies. Anderson Cooper is in there (I put him in especially for you, James), and all of the chairmen and CEOs of all the mass media companies. We’re talking about Reuters-Thomson. We’re talking about Disney-ABC. We’re talking about General Electric, which owned NBC up until 2013. Comcast, and all these [other] mega-multinationals.


Shanley wants to use most of the proceeds to begin a news trust that will provide a new form of genuine journalism. “This will be used to free journalism forever from the tyranny of economics.”

Rather than seeking personal damages, Shanley states that his suits involve punitive damages for the media’s dubious Sandy Hook reportage.



Punitive damages are halfway between civil and criminal. They’re basically designed in cases like OJ Simpson, where they couldn’t get a conviction in a criminal trial, where the bar of evidence is lower in a civil case. As far as standing, the court has standing, because this is a violation of federal laws. I am a citizen of Connecticut and the United States. I have standing just on that basis. Any citizen can do this.

Several individuals have recently brought to the attention of MHB that Mr. Shanley was arrested on 12/31/14 on one felony and two misdemeanor charges. He is presently being held in the Corrigan- Radgowski correctional facility in Connecticut with bail set at $50,000.

For over one week now—since December 30—William Shanley has been incommunicado, failing to respond to emails or telephone calls. Shanley is the author, onetime filmmaker and Connecticut resident who filed a $1 trillion pro se federal lawsuit against big media for fraudulent and sensationalized coverage of the December 14, 2012 shooting event at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown Connecticut.

Shanley filed the suit on December 22, 2014, naming several dozen defendants. The press release announcing the action was posted on MHB December 26, 2014. A few days later, on December 28, plaintiff Shanley participated in a recorded interview with Drs. Jim Fetzer and Jim Tracy. In the interview Shanley was well-composed, explaining how he was under psychiatric care and that his roommate was killed under unusual circumstances in August 2014.

Less than one week after filing the $1 trillion lawsuit Shanley announced a global “no money system” via YouTube that he will purportedly aid in presiding over. The video is an especially bizarre mixture of ideas, imagery, and verbiage. On December 29 Shanley appeared alongside Fetzer on “The Pete Santilli Show.” (http://youtu.be/bC0F3a0AmlM)

The appearance on Santilli’s program prompted YouTube researcher Professor Doom1 (https://www.youtube.com/user/ProfessorDoom1), who has considerable familiarity with the legal process, to contact Shanley and ask for a copy of the lawsuit. Doom telephoned Shanley, asking to interview the filmmaker and send along a copy of the paperwork. When no documents were electronically received Doom telephoned Shanley again, at which time it was revealed that Shanley had incorrectly transcribed Doom’s email address. “I still never got them after I corrected the email,” Doom tells MHB.

Later that day Prof. Doom interviewed school safety expert and fellow Sandy Hook researcher Wolfgang Halbig on his views concerning Shanley’s lawsuit. Halbig condemned the action. Doom then contacted Shanley via Skype and recorded the exchange. The discussion quickly turned uncivil, with Shanley yelling several prurient remarks while attacking Halbig for his unwillingness to be involved in the suit.

“It seems like Shanley has a split personality,” Doom notes. “He was absolutely clear and coherent at the beginning. Then as his anger level rose and he proceeded to name calling.” The YouTuber has since removed the video from his channel, although it is available elsewhere.

Such behavior does not lend itself to success in a legal process. “How’s it going to be in a courtroom when he’s being picked and probed by very skilled lawyers?” Doom asks.

Additional information solicited from one of Doom’s Connecticut followers suggests that Shanley lives in a New London neighborhood close to casinos and where illicit drugs may be prevalent. At the same time, over the past few years many individuals involved in the Sandy Hook massacre have turned up missing or dead (http://memoryholeblog.com/2014/07/10/sandy-hook-massacres-disappearing-witnesses/).

Whatever the cause of Shanley’s absence, his flights of fancy, suggested in the pro se lawsuit and curious temper tantrums are likely unhelpful for coming to terms with and addressing what took place on December 14, 2012.

Just some commentary on the video... It was somewhat painful to watch for me because I went into this thinking "slam dunk". Unfortunately Mr. Halbig and his lawyer couldn't seem to get to where they needed to go. There were at least 3 lines of questioning they attempted - one being call logs/communication between the cops, another the dashcam video available, and the last were the work orders for the supposed new security system and general maintenance.

The defense was on point and kept the questioning relevant to the specific FOIA requests. The bottom line was summed up early on when Mr. Halbig said that ultimately he didn't believe the defense had provided all the documents.

I thought Mr. Halbig really had something when he felt he had made it clear he wanted his requests filled by other than "the town". But then the defense had him read a document which defined quite clearly "the town" and it was precisely the folks he wanted answers from. Shenanigans from the defense? Maybe, but it didn't come off that way.

I only counted one big "win" and that was the fact that the dashcam video provided did not have the expected date/timestamp and other information that should have been embedded. The police chief had no good answer for that, stating all their video should have it. Even my cheap $30 dashcam has the date/timestamp. They shouldn't let that one go - something is clearly wrong here.

A minor "win" was the fact that some of the requests were fulfilled literally the day before the trial (is that why it was postponed?) So you don't get your FOIA requests filled unless you force a trial? I don't feel this was clearly stressed enough as a big problem.

I read some negative comments about the judge, but she seemed fair to me and even went out of her way to help Mr. Halbig and his lawyer a few times. I wonder what she really thinks about all this.

It's difficult enough to try to prove a document or specific content should exist when the defense says it doesn't. It's even more difficult to prove that it DOES exist when the defense says it doesn't. Unless the judge is well versed in similar matters from other cases, she won't know to question it. The defense is happily hiding behind all of this, a somewhat obvious strategy but it's definitely working.

Part 2 will likely be more of the same and I don't expect any windfalls unless they change their strategy. Maybe bring in experts who can attest to which specific documents should be available and what their content should be. But even then, if they prove some documents or content is missing, does it prove anything more than negligence? I think you need a whistle-blower type with credentials who has access to some of the key missing documents, or proof of purposeful destruction of said documents.

Unfortunately, instead of being a smoking gun, this case will just be another data point on the Sandy Hook anomaly list.

I need you to understand a few things about this email. First off it was unsolicited
so it’s not in the form of any kind of interview. I went back and asked if I could use
this, because I feel it is that important.

Secondly, I want you to understand that I do not consider myself a professional
journalist. I am a truth seeker and a blogger. I am proud of that. I will always be a
blogger. As a blogger I allow myself to be human and I respect the same in others.
You will find that I have censored a lot of sections of this email and replaced those
sections with [bold letters in brackets] to try to give you an idea of the meaning.
Why? Because this isn’t a “Rosebud” fantasy piece. This person is real. He has a
family and the safety of his family means everything. I tried to get rid of things that
might give extra clues to his identity.

There are some things that, if left alone, would have made for a much bigger story,
but we just can’t go there. For instance, the website that is blacked out is a top-100
site that gets literally hundreds of millions of views per month. I recently read that
Drudge Report gets a billion page views per month and this page is decidedly more
popular. The executive is a recognizable name that is probably on the NSA speed-
dial list. All it would take is onephone call to get the ball rolling. The truth is that
the NSA probably already has copies of our emails, but we don’t want to take any
extra risks that have not already been taken.

With that said, I present the following email to you, because I think it’s important
for everyone to understand that there are those inside the Connecticut State
Government who have serious questions about what happened at Sandy Hook
Elementary. Here is the email:


Hi Dean,

I am neither a paid researcher nor journalist. I am a citizen of the State of CT- and
I was a State of CT employee for [xx-withheld] years, and recently resigned to
pursue a career in personal/private professionalinvestigations after, sadly, seeing
the way my efforts were change were not only thwarted, but held in contempt. The
frustration and cognitive (moral) dissonance of working for a [withheld-department
that employed him] which was acting in ways so as to support [changed- term used
generally means “immoral”] activity made me feel like a hypocrite, and I left a
financially comfortable job to seek something more personally satisfying. I add this
background because I’d like you to know I am college educated, worked for the
government (got quite the inside look at some things, nothing huge, I wasn’t that
important but enough), and continue to pursue higher education and my hobby of
investigating. I do not simply buy the news I am fed, but likewise I do not simply
buy aconspiracy theory. I inductively do my own investigating, research, collect
data, etc. I like #s, charts, hard facts. I love a good mystery.

The day after 12/14/12- Sandy Hook- I overheard a snippet of a conversation
between 2 very senior officials in the state dept in which I worked. I shouldn’t have
heard it, I know, because they were whispering and did not know I was around the
corner. Their tone discussing the ‘moment of silence’ we were about to be holding
in the office in honor of the victims was a joking tone, and one of the 2 alluded to
the other one something along the lines of “well that’s what we’re being fed, so just
do it” and they snickered and I wish I had paid more attention, but it made me feel sick.

Prior to that date, the word conspiracy made me laugh, and I brushed it off. But
something in their voices that day, caused me to file it away. Then…the reports of
conspiracy surrounding SH were popping up. And little by little, the veil was lifted.
At [xx-withheld] years old, I suddenly felt disdain for the media, and

withheld]) and search for [username withheld] you *may* be able to see some
posts, or click link below. However, posting what you did, the 12/25/09 $0 values,
and my curious new finding that 3 of the victim’s families had won the CT lottery
twice, caused me to have my post removed, and my username banned from the
site-.my post was public info, in good taste, very factual and not at all breaking any
rules of the site.

Within an hour, I got a message- from [withheld, very influential online executive].
He said he personally removed my post and username- which he has never done
before- but that I was “making some people very uncomfortable”. I politely asked
what crime I committed in others’ discomfort- much of the info in challenging govt
and media is disconcerting, adding that I am uncomfortable with what I know as
well. He said basically that my information was “very thorough and well researched
and showed a lot of validity” and that he was contacted to remove it personally and
he did not want me to post anything further as I could cause a lawsuit, essentially…

Some of those in the blogosphere who maintain or at the very least suspect that
the official story of the Dec. 14, 2012 Sandy Hook massacre isn’t true, have raised
the matter of the rather strange sale date and price of the homes of some of the
victims. See, for example,this discussion on a Godlike Productions chat forum.

drill (or a drill that went very bad) — then the major participants or “players” in the
elaborate charade would have to be paid off in some way or another.

Indeed, a year ago, in February 2013, I had noticed the same thing — that some of
the homes of Sandy Hook victims all had an odd sale/purchase date of 12/25/2009,
and an equally odd sale/purchase price of $0.

I had found that information on the website of Vision Government Solutions (VGS),
a company that calls itself “a leading supplier of land parcel management software
technology and services to local government organizations, enabling efficient
assessment, billing, collections, mapping, and permitting.” One of the services
provided by VGS is an online database of residential properties in nine states in the
northeastern and eastern U.S., one of which is the state of Connecticut. If you
know the address of a home in, say, Newtown, CT, you can look up the property’s
value, present owner(s), and price history on VGS’s database.

At the time, in February of last year, puzzled by those strange 12/25/2009 sale
date and $0 sale price of Newtown homes, I had sent this email to VGS:

Hello, While browsing real estate properties using this database, I noticed a number
of homes have the same “date of sale” of 12/25/2009, and a “sale price” of 0

Feb. 5, 2013

Thank you for your inquiry Dr ____. In most instances of a sale price of $0 the
reason would be because of a family sale where thehouse ownership is simply
transferred. [In other words, nomoney actually changed hands.] The other reason
for that to happen would be a town entering a parcel into their database for the
first time they must puta first owner and a sale price. Often times they will put $0
as a filler price. The sale date of 12/25/2009 would be the same thing.

In addition to emailing VGS, I had also called the Assessor’s Office at Newtown, CT,
and left a voice mail asking the same question about the 12/25/2009 sale date and
$0 sale price.

An administrative assistant at the Assessor’s Office, Andrea Santillo, promptly
returned my phone call. She said that the Newtown city government recently had
switched to a new computer system and had not been able to enter the property
data for all Newtown homes. So the computer used the 12/25/2009 and $0 as,
respectively, a “filler” default sale date and price.

Ms. Santillo’s explanation seemed plausible, and so I did not pursue the matter any
further. But that doesn’t mean I’d forgotten about it.Flash forward a year. I decided
to revisit this matter, and went back to VGS’s database. Lo and behold, the strange
sale date and price are still there.So I undertook a systematic investigation into the
properties of every Sandy Hook (SH) victim, as well as those of certain non-victims,
such as Gene Rosen, who had a prominent media presence in the days immediately

but the poster makes a valid point about the check in sign not being put
out until 2 days after the shooting. I don'tthink Alex and Wolfgang are
deliberately misleading us , they just may have got it wrong . It will

Among the most curious aspects of the Sandy Hook event (which have puzzled many students)include the presence of a sign saying, "Everyone must check in!", Port-a-Potties, boxes of bottled water and pizza cartons in the Firehouse, name tags on lanyards and parents cheerfully bringing their children to the scene of (what was alleged to be) a child-shooting massacre. Wolfgang and his attorney were able to extract from Newtown First Selectman (which is an office), Patricia Llorda, that the sign had been placed there, not by the city, but by Homeland Security, which drew audible gasps from those who were present: emphasis mine


All of this, of course, is consistent with the FEMA manual for the event, which declares there will be a rehearsal on 13 December 2012, where the event will "go live" on 14 December, where it states (in the manual) that everyone must check in and that refreshments and restrooms will be provided. The reason Wolfgang has been unable to obtain information as innocuous as who had provided the Port-a-Potties is because it would have revealed that they were delivered on 13 December, the day before the alleged shooting, which would have thereby exposed the entire hoax.

As the Sandy Hook 3rd anniversary rolls around this December 14th, 2015, it is well worth remembering what a strange, unique, manipulative and horrific event occurred on December 14th, 2012. When I say horrific, I am not referring to what you may think was the horrific aspect of the event: the gunning down of 20 innocent children and 6 innocent adults. That is unquestionably horrific, but to date there has hardly been enough evidence to prove beyond all doubt that actual people were gunned down.

Sandy Hook has become colloquially known as the Sandy Hook Hoax or Sandy Hoax, the first false flag in recent history to be exposed as an entirely fabricated event, replete with a fake setting (a fake school) and fake victims. It marks the first in a series of false flag hoaxes where fake victims and fake victims’ families (crisis actors) have been used. 9. How was a skinny 19-year-old boy with no military training capable of killing 26 people clean while injuring none? (Trained military veterans have claimed it was highly unlikely or even impossible for someone with the weight of Adam Lanza to execute that many people in so short a time.)

10. Why was there no evidence of blood? A total of 26 fatalities (children and adult) would produce at least at a conservative estimate 20 gallons (75 liters) of blood. Thus would require a concerted blood cleanup (blood is considered a biohazard in this type of situation), yet when Sofia Smallstorm asked who did the cleanup, all the departments were ignorant of it and even claimed that no one did the cleanup.

11. Where are the alleged 600+ children of Sandy Hook Elementary School? Why is there absolutely no photo or video evidence of any dead bodies? Why did coroner Wayne Carver say the following?

Uh, we did not bring the bodies and the families into contact. We took pictures of them, uhm, of their facial features. We have, uh, uh—it’s easier on the families when you do that. Un, there is, uh, a time and place for the up close and personal in the grieving process, but to accomplish this we thought it would be best to do it this way and, uh, you can sort of, uh … You can control a situation depending on the photographer, and I have very good photographers. A belated welcome to you, Jay Freeman! I really appreciate your post. You may be preaching to the choir, but I really needed to hear what you have to say. I have seen myself slipping in a number of ways lately and it is time for me to take a good, hard look at some of the things I am doing, and tolerating. Your post reminded me of the bigger picture.

I have a lot of admiration for James Fetzer for taking the time to learn all of the details about Sandy Hook and then having the fortitude and courage to present the facts in such an intelligent and comprehensive manner. The fact that Amazon has banned his book just speaks to the power and influence of corporations. I believe that the controls we will have in the future will mostly be controls that we place on ourselves. Self censorship, being a great example of that. How many people would boycott Facebook, Amazon, Apple just to name a few to take a stand? Not enough.


If people would just take the time to really watch his presentation their entire world view would be shifted. As most of us know, once the door is opened but a crack, it can never be shut again. Hi Frenchy,

Shadow banning happens. In this case, it might be seen as Yahoo protecting their revenue, but it's still an underhand tactic.

If you didn't want to make an OP you could make a post in any relevant thread. When the evidence was strong enough, you could then make a thread, or someone else could.

You could present strong evidence by 1) Screengrabbing the thread. Or even better 2) Using a screencaster to do it. It would take an hour or two to set up, but might be worth the time.

Sometimes it's just a mistake the user makes. I have been wrong sometimes.. but other times, it's manipulation.

Good luck. It's a worthwhile project... if you caught them red handed it might make the front page of Reddit.

I live in CT.. and was traveling past this very location on a daily basis when the event 'happened'. I also have a friend who lives in town.. she said herself, that, about 1/2 hour BEFORE the news 'broke', that she saw about 20 state police cars roaring past her home... NO LIGHTS OR SIRENS.

The school had been closed since 2008, and was in disrepair. You don't and won't Ever see ANY photos of Hundreds of children leaving the school, as There Were None... the few photos available show only one small line of children, and even that photo was cropped to remove the parents, who were standing by watching their children take part in an EXCERSIZE. I'm sure that 'dead kids' is one of the most sensitive topics but, after having examined the evidence for myself since the time of the 'shooting', I'm pretty convinced that Sandy Hook is a hoax type false flag.
There's just so many inconsistencies. No official records in the government books of the kids having died, evidence of the school having been closed, evidence of a drill with crisis actors,
questionable footage from the news chopper, the extremely questionable testimonies (especially from that actor guy who supposedly gave shelter to a group of kids), etc.

Like many of you, we have seen bits and pieces of the false flag at Sandy Hook and Boston Marathon and others. I'm not sure what really happened in Sandy Hook, but I'm really sure it's not what they are telling us.

Just as a side note. I was raised in Connecticut. Sandy Hook is a village within the town of Newtown. And Newtown was pretty well known for it's mental institution, which rumor had it, strange things went on. In fact it was a common threat of mothers back in the 40's and 50's that if you didn't behave, they would take you to Newtown.

Even when I was in college in the late 50's those rumors persisted. The college I attended was in Danbury, quite close to Sandy Hook and we would go to Sandy Hook often because of it was on Lake Zoar.

My point: There's been a history of strange goings on in Newtown (Sandy Hook)

Fairfield Hills Hospital was a psychiatric hospital in Newtown, Connecticut, which operated from 1931 until 1995. At its peak, the hospital housed over 4,000 patients.

I consider him to be very credible since he was in the business of school security. And today I found out online that Leonard Pozner vs. Wolfgang Halbig case was dropped by Pozner a day before it was to go to court. Wolfgang, however, was left with court costs and legal fees to pay, so is possibly counter-suing. My thoughts now about this is that Pozner wants to go after somebody like Alex Jones because of him having deeper pockets and also being a bigger adversary. It's a really important question, and it needs an answer.

I don't believe (as Halbig accuses) that Alex is part of a cover-up. One can only guess he's been seriously threatened or coerced (maybe in other ways than physically) or has in some way done a deal, i.e. made some agreement. It's hard to understand, and it really bothers me.

I do know there are many who blithely write off Alex as being a shill or a plant. They say so in single sentences containing half a dozen words. It's rarely intelligently discussed. Alex's sincerity and passion over many issues are self-evident — it clearly seems to me.

In some way, it may conceivably be linked to Israel (go figure) — about which Alex has always been a far-from-convincing apologist. Alex feels the real threat to us all is China, and has consistently stated that. Recent events show he may have been right all along.

My summary: I don't know what happened behind the scenes. But something did, and I'm disturbed by what I heard Halbig say.

It's quite simple, in my estimation. Sandy Hook proved to be Jones' "third rail", what they finally got him on. The PTB literally took Jones down over Sandy Hook; now he's trying to walk it back the best way he can so not to discredit in the hearts and minds of the broader audience that he's not a complete charlatan. His stance on Sandy Hook set the stage for the perfect straw man. The only way to defend himself is to tear down the straw man by walking back his initial claims.

For those of you who may not recognize the bigger picture; Alex Jones is no Richie Allen, or any other internet personality flying under the radar. The smaller your audience, the bolder and more true to message you can be. Once your audience starts to compete with the mainstream, deadly voltage flows through every third rail you cover.

Every single smear piece on Jones continued to bring up Sandy Hook -- relentlessly. He literally didn't have the resources or wit to defend his initial position; whatever he said just made him look worse. This single news story is literally is the reason AJ has become a "non-person", is banned on Facebook, Instagram, from the Apple Store, etc. As long as they can contain AJ, like Richie Allen, he can talk and cover whatever he wants. But once his message transcends the world of the alternative, no so much.

Unfortunately for Alex, he stepped on it with Sandy Hook, and it contained deadly voltage.

I'm not a fan of Jones, though I know he has disseminated a lot of good information. I am interested in the information, but listening to Jones gives me a psychic headache, so I usually only hear it second hand.
But I am curious--did it go like this?:
Jones reported on Sandy Hook and said it looked like a false flag event. But evidence turned up demonstrating that there actually were some deaths, and a grieving parent took Jones to task.
The public outrage was so great (whether real or manufactured) that Jones tried to ameliorate the situation by admitting he could have been wrong, choosing not to get in any deeper as it looked like a lost cause.
(Explaining that some of the deaths could have been real even though some were obviously faked would only cause more outrage because it would stretch people's incredulity too far, and Deep State controllers would fan the flames.)
Jones was caught between a rock and a hard place and any backtracking only made him look worse. He was attacked both for his original statement and for his backtracking.
If that's how it went, then it's doubly sad because there was so much evidence presented by whistleblowers that Sandy Hook really was a false flag, even though it may have been the case that some sacrificial lambs were actually slaughtered to throw truth seekers off the track.

That is unquestionably horrific, but to date there has hardly been enough evidence to prove beyond all doubt that actual people were gunned down.

Sandy Hook has become colloquially known as the Sandy Hook Hoax or Sandy Hoax, the first false flag in recent history to be exposed as an entirely fabricated event, replete with a fake setting (a fake school) and fake victims. It marks the first in a series of false flag hoaxes where fake victims and fake victims’ families (crisis actors) have been used. Since the majority of people still cannot fathom that Sandy Hook was a staged event, the template of using crisis actors has been used again and again (e.g. at the Boston Marathon). Now that we are passing the Sandy Hook 3rd anniversary, it’s time to turn back the clock and re-examine some unanswered questions pertaining to the event.

9. How was a skinny 19-year-old boy with no military training capable of killing 26 people clean while injuring none? (Trained military veterans have claimed it was highly unlikely or even impossible for someone with the weight of Adam Lanza to execute that many people in so short a time.)

10. Why was there no evidence of blood? A total of 26 fatalities (children and adult) would produce at least at a conservative estimate 20 gallons (75 liters) of blood. Thus would require a concerted blood cleanup (blood is considered a biohazard in this type of situation), yet when Sofia Smallstorm asked who did the cleanup, all the departments were ignorant of it and even claimed that no one did the cleanup.

Well if this boy being killed both at Sandy Hook and in Pakistan isn't "Hiding In Plain Sight", I don't know what is. The Sandy Hook incident was what got me off of mainstream media for good (except for as amusement, certainly not as an information source). I already had gone through recognizing the frauds of the JFK assassination and 9/11/01 (among others), and I was so angry that they fooled me with this Sandy Hook nonsense for a couple of days. We got rid of satellite TV after that and haven't looked back.

This is another case where if someone wants to believe the mainstream story, logic will rarely get them to budge. I suppose if somehow they are forced to confront the myriad of inconsistencies and downright falsehoods surrounding the Connecticut drill, it could become a watershed incident for someone to recognize that the government doesn't have our best interests at heart.

I have always wondered. Why is the Sandy Hook topic so taboo. Even in alternative media, it is not much talked about. Every other shooting or conspiracy has its share of airtime, but Sandy Hook has always been very taboo to discuss. Is it just me or there is something especially weird with Sandy Hook?

Of all the things Alex Jones said over the years, Sandy Hook was the thing that got him deplatformed and a major lawsuit on his hands that forced him to walk back on his position.

I watched nearly all the testimony. Which was painful. Alex Jones was much too apologetic and continually repeated, "I think it was 100% real, I was wrong, people died..." Be that as it may, is he not entitled to think differently? Whether children died was never the point (Jones reported repeatedly, over and over again, five years prior, that he concluded children had died. Why are we still talking about this? Answer: because the MSM is...). People died on 9/11. That doesn't mean 9/11 wasn't a false flag or a synthetic event whose objective was to manipulate public perception and advance an ulterior agenda. In other words, that children died or didn't die is but a subset to a much larger point, that being the events at Sandy Hook are not as 2-dimensional and organic as told by the Ministry of Truth...

Even though this is a relatively small settlement, this is a horrible precedent. This trial isn't about Sandy Hook. Investigating conspiracies is what is really on trail here. Is getting to the bottom of conspiracies to be illegal now? Or subject to law suits and punitive damages? Wow. Just wow. Apparently the social engineering class can now run roughshod over their mind-controlled subjects with full immunity.

Yes, Alex Jones questioned what happened at Sandy Hook. So what? Why is he continually apologizing for that? That is what he and his platform does. His lawyers did a horrible job, in my opinion, defending this. In my view, Jones' defense team should have erected a defense on the grounds of the following bullet points:

Yes, Infowars questioned the events of Sandy Hook trying to unveil the truth. That's what we do...

Yes, getting at the truth is sometimes painful, can appear insensitive and disrespecting, and is often offensive, especially to those who maintain a conflicting version of truth

Yes, investigating conspiracies and official coverups sometimes yeilds false conclusions, especially when investigating powerful interests that specialize in obfuscation, deceit, and propaganda.

Yes, at one point Infowars questioned whether children died. We considered this possibility because the official story does not add up. Period. As we learned more, we have since retracted that position. Repeatedly. The caricature of InfoWars position on Sandy Hook (which is really what is on trail here) is fully fabricated by the MSM. We apology if some of our initial reporting--and the caricature since created of us--hurt the families of the loved ones that perished, but we do not apology for questioning a spurious narrative. Again, that's what we do....

Investigating conspiracies, and specifically conspiracies where evidence suggests governments and powerful interests are its architects is essential to a free society. This investigative-type of reporting should not be tacitly taboo, illegal, or subject to punitive recompense.

If the families are subject to defamation and harm, the damages came from the media's caricature of Infowars and of its reporting and of its conclusions on Sandy Hook. Why is Alex Jones on trial for a false caricature of him created by the MSM? Who is really responsible for the family's harm?

"A Texas jury on Aug. 4 ordered Alex Jones, founder and host of the Infowars radio show and webcast, to pay $4.1 million to the parents of a boy killed in the Sandy Hook mass shooting, marking the first time he has been held financially liable for spreading the false claim that the shooting was a hoax.

Sandy Hook refers to the deadliest school shooting in U.S. history, when 20-year-old Adam Lanza shot and killed 26 people—20 of whom were children between 6 and 7 years old—at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, on Dec. 14, 2012.

Neil Heslin and Scarlett Lewis, separated parents of slain 6-year-old Jesse Lewis, had sought at least $150 million in compensatory damages from Jones and his company, Free Speech Systems LLC—Infowars’ parent company—for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The 12-person jury’s verdict came after a two-week trial in Austin, Texas, where Jones’s radio show and webcast Infowars are based. The $4.1 million amount is significantly less than what the parents had sought.

“We are very pleased with the verdict, and we are looking forward to the punitive damages phase that starts tomorrow,” Kyle Farrar, an attorney for the parents, told Reuters in an email on Aug. 4. Lawyers for Jones did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Jones called the reduced award “a major victory” in a video posted on his website late on Aug. 4.

“I admitted I was wrong. I admitted it was a mistake. I admitted that I followed disinformation but not on purpose. I apologized to the families. And the jury understood that,” he said. “What I did to those families was wrong. But I didn’t do it on purpose.”

He added that the award was “more money than my company and I personally have, but we are going to work on trying to make restitution on that.

Mark Bankston, an attorney for the parents, said that the $4.1 million will be only part of what Jones will have to pay.

“We aren’t done folks,” he said on Aug. 4. “We knew coming into this case it was necessary to shoot for the moon to get the jury to understand we were serious and passionate. After tomorrow, he’s going to owe a lot more.”

The jury will next consider the parents’ request for $75 million in punitive damages from Jones for spreading falsehoods about the mass shooting. The deliberations in the second phase of the damages trial are expected to start on Aug. 5.

Sandy Hook ‘100 Percent Real’: Jones

Jones had previously spread the false claim that the mainstream media and gun-control activists worked together to fabricate the Sandy Hook shooting, and that crisis actors were involved in staging the shooting.

During the trial, Jones conceded that the attack was “100 percent real” and that it was “crazy” of him to have spread the false claim. Jones was the only witness to testify in his defense, and he attended the trial sporadically while still appearing on his show.

Attorneys for the parents in an opening statement said that Jones led a “vile campaign of defamation” by spreading the false claim that Sandy Hook was a hoax. “Mr. Jones was continually churning out this idea that Sandy Hook was fake,” Bankston told jurors, referring to Jones as “patient zero” for the hoax theory.

The parents told the jury that an apology wouldn’t be enough, and asked the jurors to order Jones to compensate for the years of suffering they and other Sandy Hook families endured.

Heslin and Lewis testified that after their son died, they faced more trauma over the years, including gunshots fired at a home, threats online and via the phone—including death threats—and harassment on the street by strangers.

The parents said the threats and harassments were by people who believed in Jones’s false hoax theory, and that those people had falsely believed that the parents were lying about their son’s death.

A forensic psychiatrist testified that the parents suffer from “complex post-traumatic stress disorder” due to ongoing trauma, similar to what a soldier at war or a child abuse victim might experience.

A lawyer for Jones acknowledged during his opening statement that Infowars had spread false information. He said Jones lost millions of viewers after being banned in 2018 from major social media and streaming platforms—including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and Spotify—for hate speech and abusive behavior over the Sandy Hook false claim.


“He regrets what he did, and he’s paying a price for it,” said Jones’s lead attorney, Federico Andino Reynal.

During his closing argument, Reynal said that while Jones and Infowars had reported “irresponsibly” on Sandy Hook, Jones was not responsible for the harassment the parents faced.

Jones said during his testimony that he had tried to correct his hoax claims, but “[the media] won’t let me take it back.”

Separately, in a surprising development, lawyers for the parents said on Aug. 3 that Jones’s lawyers had inadvertently sent them two years’ worth of texts and failed to request them back in time.


Judge Maya Guerra Gamble denied Jones’s motion for a mistrial. Jones’s lawyer argued that attorneys for the parents should have destroyed the texts immediately.

Now, the parents can use the records as they wish.

Bankston used the texts to undercut Jones’s testimony during cross-examination on Aug. 3. Bankston also said in court on Aug. 4 that the U.S. House Jan. 6 Committee has requested the records and that he intends to comply.

Finances

Jurors are set to hear more arguments and evidence from both sides about Jones and his company’s finances on Aug. 5. A finance expert is set to testify for the parents.

Jones’s media company, Free Speech Systems LLC, declared bankruptcy last week. During a broadcast on Aug. 1, Jones said that the filing will help the company stay on the air while it appeals.

Gamble admonished Jones on Aug. 2 for not telling the truth during his testimony when he said he was bankrupt and had complied with the parents’ request for information prior to the trial. “It seems absurd to instruct you again that you must tell the truth while you testify. Yet here I am,” she said.

Heslin and Lewis joined other Sandy Hook parents in urging a judge to block Free Speech Systems from sending Jones or his companies any money until they get to the bottom of their finances.


The parents allege that Jones took $62 million from the company while burdening it with $65 million in “fabricated” debt owed to PQPR Holdings, a company owned by Jones and his parents.

Jones was set to stand trial in a similar suit in Connecticut in September brought by the families of other Sandy Hook victims and an FBI agent who worked on the case. But the case is now on hold while the bankruptcy proceeds.

Jones also faces another trial in Austin, Texas."
