Yes, it could be lenticular cloud, specially with so many big mountains around, one of them could have been carried by the wind.

I've seen this video a few times now. I've also seen many cloud shapes like this. Add in the luminescent of a rising or setting Sun and they can be breathtaking visually.
I don't know what the orb thingy is tho, but as stated above It could be many things.
Perhaps our ET brethren have cloaked into an cloud shape. :-)

craft can hide in a cloud, but not forever, and they need that cloud to mash with other larger cloud material in order to leave the site unnoticed. In more cases than not, these clouds just dissipate and vanish without anything in sight.

When was this filmed and is the cloud still present? It would tell a lot more than with what we have so far.

As I read Turkish it looks like it was 14th December .

I know. As a Pilot that flys internationally, I can tell you I've seen these cloud shapes on every continent, albeit Antartica.
The same natural formula applies for these formations, doesn't matter if your American or Swaheli.
